Really excellent, I have been there more than 10 times, excellent food, friendly and fun owners, my favourite place in Ettlingen. Better to have a réservation, it's usually full from 18:00 to 20:00...

Long-established pizzeria with a very good, authentic Italian menu. Very friendly staff. Large, shaded patio area. It's best to make a reservation as it's always busy. Difficult parking situation.

It would certainly have been nice, but unfortunately the Padellini is currently closed for vacation 10/1/24 this time it was open and as expected everything was fine.

My food was way too salty. The others were OK. Complaint management inadequate.

Ich hatte am Mittag angerufen um eine Reservierung zu machen, 1 Person mit nettem Hund. Der Hund sei überhaupt kein Problem sagt man mir auf Anfrage. Als ich am Abend ankam brachte man mich zu meinem Tisch: an bester Lage und nicht wie manchmal bei Tischen für 1 Person üblich irgendwo, am besten neben der Küche oder der Toilette. Obwohl das Restaurant sehr gut besucht war und neben den Bestellungen der Gäste noch viele Take out Bestellungen raus gingen, wurde das Essen überraschend schnell serviert. Alles, vom Jogurtdressing am Salat über die Pizza bis zum Tartufo al Limoncello, hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Ich habe einen netten Abend im Padellino verbracht, würde jederzeit wieder dort essen gehen und empfehle es uneingeschränkt weiter.

Unfortunately no one answered the phone. Then the line was busy. Always changing. My guess is that the restaurant was busy and that's why they aren't taking orders. But then, out of decency, you pick up the phone and communicate it. It's a shame

Very tasty food (not just Italian, had an excellent rump steak) at fair prices, very friendly, competent and attentive staff (yes, that still exists!) and a nice, cozy atmosphere. Best place to eat in Ettlingen!

Can only recommend it, always friendly, very nice staff, requests were always implemented, we were always very satisfied with the food. A table was always found for us so that our Bernese girl also had enough space.

Despite the restaurant being full, very fast and friendly service, very good pizzas. Absolutely recommended, will be happy to come back.

Im Sommer sehr voll, viel Hektik, laut, viele Mücken, Fisch essen kaum machbar, Pizza klein, sehr geworden, viel Teig, wenig Auflage, meist aussen verbrannt, schade, sollte da besser aufpassen, schönes, neues Terrassendach zum auf-abrollen, nur, wenn es sehr warm iist, bekommt man Schweißausbrueche, Personal sehr nett, vor allem junger Kellner, weenn voll ist, merkt man den Streß, welchen das Personal hat

I had the pleasure of spending an evening at Padellino and once again I was impressed. Not only was the food, especially the Spaghetti Frutti di Mare, a culinary delight, but the staff also left a lasting impression. Friendliness and courtesy made the visit a real pleasure. I was also impressed by the price-performance ratio. Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy good Italian food. Reservation is an advantage.

Frankly, I have a hard time understanding why this place is so popular... Although the quality of the food is not bad, there is nothing to exaggerate about its standard, both in terms of plating and taste. I have eaten better food at places with much more pleasant ambience. The service is definitely rude, far from polite and friendly… The atmosphere of the dining room is cold, I prefer the open garden hall. It's a preferred place where we usually go with friends, but if it were up to me, I wouldn't choose it, sorry.

Always a pleasure to eat there. Spontaneously got a spot. Usually reserve 3 days in advance to get a nice table. 100% worth it and beautiful Italian ambience.

We tried it three times without a reservation. Without success. But today it worked. With reservation. And it was worth it! We had antipasto misto, then pizza or grilled calamari. Finally, an almond parfait. Very good from A to Z. Gladly again. A dopo!

I was with some colleagues on March 22nd. for a cozy dinner here, I already knew the place and we went here based on my recommendation. This time too I wasn't disappointed, on the contrary. In addition to the very good, friendly service, there was once again the excellent cuisine. I had the tomato cream soup, the rump steak with pepper sauce and tagliatelle, and then panna cotta for dessert. All the food was very fresh and tasted excellent, so five stars from me for this great Italian restaurant in Ettlingen, chapeau!

Super delicious food. Both the pizza (the dough is super tasty) and the pasta. The portions of the pasta are not huge but are completely sufficient - then there is room for a dessert. Be sure to reserve a table - you won't be able to get a seat spontaneously. The only problem for me was the noise level. Shortly after 6 p.m. the restaurant was full and it was already very loud. The waiters are very attentive and very friendly. So I'll definitely come back

Best Italian restaurant and pizzeria. When you go to an Italian restaurant outside Italy mostly of the time it is not original. It is not the case of padellino where you get a real Italian food experience at a very affordable price. Top restaurant for service, originality, atmosphere and service. Ratio quality price is unbeatable. Pizza is very good as well, and they have a special every day with a buffet option on Tuesday. Just do not miss it, good stuff, Italian guarantee!

Ich war mit meinem Kolleg*innen nach langer Zeit wieder mal hier. Und das Essen war sehr gut und lecker. Die Pizza war knusprig, die Spagetti mit Meeresfrüchten köstlich und auch das Schnitzel war sehr gut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

UNSER Italiener in Ettlingen. Auch wenn Chef / Chefin (zu Recht) oft mal gestresst wirken … die Bude ist immer rappelvoll… Sie finden immer eine Lösung / einen Platz und machen eigentlich immer alles möglich. Und wenn mal eine Pizza KOHLE ist kriegt man sie anstandslos umgetauscht und neu gemacht. Die Bedienungen sind aufmerksam und freundlich. Sanitär habe ich noch nie schmuddelig vorgefunden! Von mir volle Fünfe! Und das ist kein beauftragter Fake!

Sehr guter Italiener was das Essen angeht! Immer frisch und lecker! Service teilweise leider etwas unfreundlich und genervt, dass macht dann eher keinen Spaß. Vor allem zum abholen aber sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir bekamen ohne Reservierung draußen einen schönen Platz. Der Service war top, die Getränke und Pizzen kamen alle sehr schnell. Leider waren am Ende sehr viele Fliegen am Tisch und haben genervt.

Sehr unhöflich der ältere Mann, wir wollten drin essen und wurden angepflaumt, es sei draußen eingedeckt....!!! Unglaublich, wir hatten sogar reserviert. Daraufhin sind wir sofort gegangen, gefolgt von einer italienischen Schimpftirade.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und super Service über den gesamten Abend. Wir hatten Pizza - sehr lecker. Einziger Kritikpunkt; ich habe Sardellen bestellt und Anchovis bekommen. Stand aber beides nicht auf der Karte, von daher war ich glücklich, dass man mir hier überhaupt entgegenkommen konnte.

So was Überhebliches hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Wir hatten reserviert und wollten drin sitzen. Der ältere Herr (Pächter oder Besitzer, keine Ahnung) pflaumte uns sofort an, es sei draußen für die Gäste gedeckt. Wir wollten aber drin essen. Na, da sind wir woanders hin gegangen....

Ottima pizza. Servizio attento e cordiale. Atmosfera informale. Location all’aperto ideale. Consigliato anche per famiglie con bambini, con accesso diretto ad un piccolo parco giochi tenuto molto bene.

Ein kleiner Ort mit reichlich Gastronomie, in dem jeder schon was bieten muss. Essen und Service waren gut, nichts was störte oder auch besonders hervorzuheben wäre. Das Ambiente eher Geschmackssache. Bedienung sehr freundlich,schnell und trotz hohen Andrang sehr entspannt.

Eventuell lag es an der Hochzeitsfeier die die Stimmung an diesem Abend getrübt hat. Es hatte ein wenig Kantinen Flair, wie wir alle unter dem Zeltdach geschwitzt haben, während das bemühte Personal hin und her wuselte. In einem Gespräch erfuhren wir dass es die 2. Großgesellschaft an diesem Tag ist. Schade eigentlich denn den Ruf des Lokals ist es an diesem Abend nicht gerecht geworden. Die Speisen waren durchweg in Ordnung aber mehr auch nicht.

Waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen. Waren nicht zufrieden. Bedienung war sehr unfreundlich und benahm sich wie ein Feldwebel. Schrie herum und war ungeduldig. Es ging zu wie in einer Kaserne. Der andere Ober war bemüht, verstehen konnten wir ihn kaum. Essen war einigermaßen ok. Wir waren insgesamt enttäuscht.

Das Essen war gut, nichts zu meckern. Jedoch hat uns der Service überhaupt nicht gefallen. Die Dame die uns bedient hat, war leider unfreundlich. Sehr schade.
