We have been there quite a few times now, and we will continue to come there😁.
I have nothing to complain about, there is always good service and good food, regardless of whether it is Alberto, Andreas or one of the other waiters who serves us.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻♥️
The concept with an open counter and various vegetable and meat options for self-selection is great. In my opinion, the vegetables are overcooked, as they are extremely soft and therefore have little nutritional value. Portions are quite generous. Overall, the place is rather rustic and simply furnished. It's more or less self-service, with service at the open counter. A bonus is the complimentary water and tea. The price-performance ratio is okay.
Yesterday, the two of us ate at Braustüble and it was so delicious! 🤤 All the tables were already full by 5 pm, which speaks for itself. The service was friendly, and the drinks and food arrived super fast. The look, smell, and taste of the steak, as well as the cordon bleu with homemade fries and salad, were top-notch! 👌🏻 We'll definitely be back! 🤩👍🏻
First off, I'd like to say that the ramen tasted okay, but nothing special. The noodles were fine, but nothing more. The broth was alright, neither particularly good nor bad.
But that's not the real problem.
You can immediately tell that the restaurant isn't run by Japanese people. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but then the food, etc., should at least be somewhat authentic.
It starts with the chopsticks, which are Chinese chopsticks, not Japanese. Okay, not a huge deal, although it wouldn't have been difficult to simply provide the proper ones instead of the cheap ones you get at Chinese buffets.
But why are the gyoza served with just plain soy sauce? Normally, they come with a specific sauce made from soy sauce and vinegar, and optionally chili oil. This is also the case at other Takumi restaurants, at least in Düsseldorf. That's really unacceptable. Especially for the price...
It also took quite a while for the ramen to arrive. It was pretty crowded, but ramen is fast food after all...
Well, the place seems to be doing quite well, judging by the reviews. The restaurant is clearly aimed at Germans. They're trying to pass it off as Japanese, but the clientele hardly cares. Most of them probably don't even know what authentic Japanese food is 🤷 The poster wall also looks like some things have snuck in there in Chinese. Are the posters AI-generated, by the way?
Unfortunately, the service this time was completely unacceptable. I placed a normal order and only received a call afterward. After more than an hour of waiting, I inquired about my delivery and was told that they supposedly couldn't deliver to my area. Then they even said the food wouldn't arrive for another three hours – even though I had already waited an hour. That's simply unacceptable. The customer service on the phone was also a disaster, with absolutely no willingness to help. And the food itself isn't what it used to be. Very disappointing.
Burguers are really good. 20-22eur avg price.
The french fries are terrible! That is why star reduction.
Today we asked the combo 53eur of two burguers, two fries and onion rings. The fries and onion ring are tasting like old fat, and it was all soft. We totally dislike. We raised the feedback to the kitchen, and we did not receive anything, not even an apology.
Again, 3 stars in respect of the tasty beef burger, the rest is terrible and I do not recommend!
I really enjoyed the food.
Well done!
In addition to my previous review, I extend my greetings and thanks to the staff, especially Mohammed. After trying all the restaurants, it's clear to me that Al-Bayt Al-Arabi is the best and most suitable choice for eating out.
The staff, especially the respectful Hamada, were very polite and courteous. Well done! My advice: don't go to Beit Al-Karam Restaurant...
Best Greek restaurant in Leck and Niebüll. Always friendly service and always delicious food. Unfortunately, I have to deduct two stars because, in my opinion, the restaurant's reservation policy leaves much to be desired. You can only book a table for either 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM, and not in between. And if you book a table for 5:00 PM, you can only occupy it for a maximum of two hours because it's then reassigned. To me, that's mass production.
On a cold day, I like to wander into Iro Izakaya to warm up with some delicious ramen.
I can also recommend the sushi.
The service is sometimes more, sometimes less motivated, depending on the day.
At least they always bring the drinks and food quickly.
I enjoy coming here! :)
