You immediately feel welcome, almost like being with good friends. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed yet professional – ideal for both a cozy dinner and special occasions. The food is fresh, prepared with love, and beautifully presented. Whether meat, fish, or vegetarian dishes – everything tastes excellent! I would particularly like to emphasize the quality of the ingredients – you can tell that they really value freshness and flavor. The prices are absolutely fair for what you get. Large portions, top quality, and service that's worth every cent. Conclusion: For me, "Bei Arsim" is one of the best restaurants in the region. I was at the sports restaurant with two coaches from TSV Neutraubling to have a chat in a pleasant atmosphere – at my own expense, of course. I've been a regular guest here for over ten years, often eating and celebrating there, and always tipping generously. What happened this time, however, was almost beyond disrespect. The coaches didn't want anything to eat, just something to drink – which should really be a given in a sports restaurant. Nevertheless, we were treated unfriendly by the service from the very beginning. Our glasses remained empty, and we were ignored, while other guests were served much more quickly. When I asked for the bill at the end, I was loudly insulted in front of all the guests. The employee explained to me in a condescending tone that "next time I can only make reservations with food" because other guests had supposedly been turned away – even though several tables were visibly free. Everyone in the room looked at us as if we were unwanted or out of place. It was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing to be humiliated there. I remained calm, even though the behavior was anything but professional. Later, I discussed the incident with the manager by phone, but he didn't show any understanding. Instead of understanding, only excuses – very disappointing after so many years as a regular. Conclusion: A grade of 6 for service and customer service. I have rarely experienced such an unprofessional demeanor, focused solely on sales and artificial friendliness. Even though I ordered the right pizza, I was served the wrong one at this restaurant. When I politely complained, I was given an annoyed and condescending look – as if to say, "What do you even want?" Instead of properly remaking the pizza, the missing side dish – mushrooms – was simply slapped on afterward. Such behavior is extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, and disrespectful. No apology, no effort to please the customer – just indifference and a bad mood. Conclusion: Completely disappointing service, zero friendliness, no appreciation. Anyone who eats here should be prepared for unloving food and condescending treatment. Never again – a 6!

I had dinner with a colleague in this restaurant, which is located on the grounds of a clubhouse. The ambience is therefore rather simple and functional – typical of a club building. If you value chic decoration, you've come to the wrong place. But if you want to eat really well, this is the place for you. The food was excellent on both evenings. I had the grill plate once and the onion roast roast another time. Both dishes were great – plentiful, strong in taste and perfectly prepared. The onion roast was more than fairly priced at 21 euros, the meat was tender as butter and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was full on both days, which speaks for itself. A reservation is strongly recommended. The value for money is really hard to beat and the portions are generous. There are enough parking spaces - that's also a plus. Conclusion: If you are looking for good food at fair prices and have no problem with the rustic atmosphere, you should definitely make a reservation here. Absolute recommendation.

We have been here many times (including for birthday parties with friends) and have never been disappointed. The food is really excellent for a club restaurant and better than in many “normal” restaurants. No matter whether cordon bleu, grilled plate or grilled squid, everyone is sure to find what they are looking for. Prices are cheap to reasonable. Only the ambience, as expected, creates a very light but not exaggerated club restaurant feeling, but the food definitely makes up for that. We will be back!

A typical Vreinswirtshaus without any special facilities. A few club photos and trophies are displayed in the inn. Unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. Very long waiting times for the waitress to take an order. Despite the inn being mediocrely attended, we waited over half an hour for drinks and much longer for food. When paying, you even had to go to the counter and wait again until you could pay. The invoice was only available on a notepad. The food itself tasted okay, even if the quality of freshness wasn't really there. I prefer finished products. It's ok if you're slightly hungry, but going out for a nice meal is not recommended. Price performance I would classify it as medium.

After making a reservation for 8 people on Christmas Day, only 4 people came to eat due to personal reasons. The innkeeper understandably didn't like this, which he then expressed quite clearly and angrily. Afterwards, the drinks and side salads were served with confidence. Unfortunately, the salad drowned in the far too rich cocktail sauce. That's why no one at the table wanted to finish it...the main courses were really tasty, well prepared and very plentiful. Here, too, there was too much sauce on the plates. The supplements literally drowned in it. You could also do less on it or add extra. Unfortunately, the ambience of the sports center is just less inviting... but overall the food is good and the portions are generous! Price performance still fits here!

Wir waren gestern das erste Mal dort zum Essen. Alle Gerichte (3 X Grillteller, 1 x Salat Italia, 1 x gegrillter Tintenfisch, 1 x Pizza Meeresfrüchte und 1 x Bruschetta) waren wirklich sehr gut. Portionen sind relativ groß. Pizza schöner luftiger Teig und das Fleisch vom Grillteller gut gegrillt und nicht zu trocken oder zäh. Tintenfisch war auch schön weich. Der Service war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Wir können nur die Pizza bewerten, welche gut ist. Der Boden ist knusprig und der Belag ausreichend. Die Auswahl ist ebenfalls ausreichend. Der Service ist durchschnittlich, isb bei mehr Betrieb etwas unkoordiniert. Der Innenbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, außen lässt es sich im Sommer ganz gut sitzen.

Wir sind heute das zweite Mal dort gewesen. Beim ersten Mal war es eine Einladung. Aufgrund der Qualität des Essens haben sich die Kinder einen erneuten Besuch dort gewünscht und würden definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Die absolute Überraschung! Es war gar nicht geplant hierher zu gehen aber sind dann doch spontan hingefahren. Der Laden vor voll, zu zweit einen der letzten Tische bekommen. Sehr fleischhaltige Speisekarte mit typischen Balkan-Gerichten sowie Pizza- und Pasta Auswahl. Herrlich, es gibt Helles und Weißbier vom Fass und das für nur 3,40 € die Halbe. Die Portionen sind groß und reichlich, schmecken obendrein auch sehr gut und sind preislich echt günstig. Eine Riesenpizza für unter 10 € muss man erst mal woanders finden. Klar, das Ambiente ist wie in einer Kantine, aber das ist vollkommen egal. Schneller und sehr freundlicher Service und einen Schnaps aufs Haus gab es nach dem Essen auch noch. Wer gerne scharf isst muss unbedingt das hausgemachte, eingelegte Chiliöl probieren.
