Merry Guten Appetit is a truly inviting Vietnamese restaurant with a warm and stylish interior. The atmosphere is pleasantly relaxed, the decor charming, and it immediately feels cozy – perfect for a leisurely evening meal.
The dishes were delicious and freshly prepared. The curries and pho soups, in particular, impressed with their aromatic spices and fresh ingredients. The portions were also generous, and the value for money was excellent.
The service was friendly and attentive, though sometimes a little slow when the restaurant was full – the only minor drawback that prevented it from receiving five stars. Nevertheless, you feel well taken care of and welcome.
Highly recommended!
This place shows that fast food doesn't always have to be unhealthy.
They have a huge selection of bowls that are very filling and more than satisfying.
The zucchini noodles are especially recommended as a base.
Also available via Uber Eats. Good and fast delivery.
Pricey - compared to other fast food places, where the food is nowhere near as healthy or filling, but perfectly fine.
I'd go back anytime!
The team is incredibly friendly and the restaurant has a really cozy atmosphere. The menu offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, and some are also gluten-free. The portions are a bit small considering the high price.
As a native of the Ruhr area, from Duisburg, the birthplace of currywurst, I can confirm: Original Ruhr area currywurst.
Fruity, spicy sauce, an excellent bratwurst, and fantastically crispy fries.
10/10
Karl, you put that thing in there, I'm telling you, or what?
I waited over an hour for my order, even though it said 35 minutes. Then I called and was rudely told to think a little because the drivers were on bicycles and it was snowing outside.
The service was absolutely unacceptable.
They pretend to be a Michelin-starred restaurant, but that's completely wrong. The food was way too spicy, the service was very poor, and it was way too expensive.
€12.50 for a glass of wine! You couldn't pay by card either.
