Very friendly service, excellent food selection, above the norm. It would be nice if smokers and non-smokers were more clearly separated outside. Otherwise, you'd have the smoke from the neighboring table's cigarettes, which are thoughtfully held back for the sake of their fellow diners, in your face while you eat.

As a native of the Ruhr area, from Duisburg, the birthplace of currywurst, I can confirm: Original Ruhr area currywurst. Fruity, spicy sauce, an excellent bratwurst, and fantastically crispy fries. 10/10 Karl, you put that thing in there, I'm telling you, or what?

Highly recommended! This place shows that fast food doesn't always have to be unhealthy. They have a huge selection of bowls that are very filling and more than satisfying. The zucchini noodles are especially recommended as a base. Also available via Uber Eats. Good and fast delivery. Pricey - compared to other fast food places, where the food is nowhere near as healthy or filling, but perfectly fine. I'd go back anytime!

The best restaurant to feel the Italian taste

Yes, you could say that you should allow a little more time, and the lighting might be a bit too bright for you. But you could also simply say that you get excellent food from extremely competent and friendly service for a great evening...

We had a nice evening; the waiters were very friendly and didn't seem stressed despite the restaurant being full plus a wedding party.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and was absolutely thrilled! The menu is concise and sophisticated. The service was exceptionally good; you hardly ever see that these days, unfortunately... I will definitely go back and have already told everyone I know about this newfound gem!

We visited Da Gallo in Heroldsberg and were unfortunately extremely disappointed. After ordering our drinks, we waited an unusually long time for our food – over an hour – without anyone even bothering to inquire, even though several employees (including the manager) walked past our apparently empty table several times. When we finally asked, no one knew what we had ordered or who had taken our order. The waitress who had taken our order became loud and irritated instead of apologizing – which was not only unprofessional but also unpleasant. Even when the manager intervened, there was no offer to rectify the mistake – not a word of apology, not a small compensation, not even a free espresso. Instead, she simply said, "The food's here now." For me, as a paying guest, this is simply outrageous. Mistakes can always happen – but how you handle them makes all the difference. Here, you feel like a nuisance as a guest. It was the first time I didn't tip—and definitely the last time I ate here as a guest. What a pity.

The guys are very nice and super fast, even at busy times, they process orders promptly. The food is delicious 😋 My colleagues and I really enjoy eating here!

If you want to experience the Italian sun in these chilly temperatures, you've come to the right place! Starter: eggplant tart: a delight of sun-ripened tomatoes with a silky-smooth bite from the roasted eggplant; carpaccio—not overdone, but just right, so tender and melting in the mouth. Main course: lamb fillet in olive oil with roasted garlic, so tender, and the sweetness of the garlic complements the rosemary; Irish beef fillet in cognac, flambéed with freshly ground pepper—if that doesn't make you dance?! Dessert: mascarpone cream with raspberry coulis, so creamy with a hint of sweet and sour freshness from the raspberries; tiramisu—just as tiramisu should be, almost a shame it ran out. If you want to sit down, make sure you've made a reservation. It's a small-scale restaurant; the hostess and chef run it together and hire just the right number of people so they can run it together. If you manage to get a table, you absolutely will not regret this sun-drenched Italian experience.

"Die Blume" has become a staple of our Black Forest holidays. A tip led us to this wonderful inn. Whether it's the view of the beautiful garden, the small flea market, or the warm welcome, you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The food offers excellent value for money. A soup of the day or a fresh salad is served at the table. The various fruit and herbal spritzers with homemade syrup are highly recommended. Our thanks go to Katrin and Ulla for the lovely evenings.
