Great boss for everyone to have fun with, we had a great evening with good food :)

From the friendly welcome, to regional dishes, to the great preparation of the food, everything was perfect. Gladly again. Continued success.

If you want to combine good food with a great ambience and friendly service near Vöhl, you've come to the right place. The only drawback: unfortunately no card payment, but that was known from the start.

We would stop here again on our next trip to the Edersee. Very personable and friendly host who can also cook well. :) we felt very comfortable. The small outdoor area also looks very inviting. Opposite a very pretty church and an old linden tree. For e-bike riders. There is a charging station!

We ate there twice during our vacation and were very satisfied both times. A nice restaurant with friendly staff and a chef who caters to all your wishes. However, it is only recommended for guests who have "a little time" with them, as it can take an hour until the delicious food is on the table. For everyone who “brings” the time, definitely *****

We stayed in a holiday home here for a week and unfortunately only found the Kutscher Haus on the last day and got Jägerschnitzel with fries and salad there. We were totally thrilled. Everything was freshly made and the host was incredibly friendly. So an absolute must if you are in the area.

After a long hike, we stopped at this inn and were welcomed by an incredibly friendly innkeeper who was able to anticipate our every need. The food was excellent - the dishes were perfectly tailored to our wishes and the execution was simply excellent! A family business as you would imagine: warm, attentive and authentic. The only downside is that this wonderful inn is not near us - otherwise we would certainly be regular guests!

The Kutscherhus is a cozy restaurant with menus of Balkan and German cuisine, which are extremely tasty. The service asks in a friendly manner every now and then whether everything is OK. After ordering, the chef asks if there is a special request for the order. The visit was really fun! It definitely won't be our last visit! You can wish the young team all the best for the future. Wonderful little restaurant with a lot of love and family flair. Dad behind the counter and in the dining room, son (singing) in the kitchen. When the chef enthusiastically presents the shrimp that he is about to prepare for the guest or comes to the table with the meat for the rump steak to show that he has cut out a tendon (so that the guest is not surprised about the cut steak), then that makes a great first impression. The ambience is very nice. The chef's skill makes one fear a much higher price range and much smaller portions, but: nothing there! Portions large, prices absolutely humane! Another plus point: here you don't buy in bulk and throw it away if necessary! If a dish is sold out, it is sold out! Then there is also the tiramisu without fruit decoration on top. Mini-Mimimi: "Papa" forgot our drink order at the beginning and didn't give me a steak knife. Small family business, very close to the guests and so much passion with incredibly great cuisine and an unexpectedly great price-performance ratio. I would love to go there again and can recommend it indefinitely! [And our dog was also allowed to lie under the bench inside :-) ]

This was the first time I thought it would be good if I could give it 6 stars. The food was of excellent quality and the host was wonderful in his speech to the guests. It was a real joy, given how crowded it was and the innkeeper alone with the cook. Great regional food. Fried potatoes made from jacket potatoes, so delicious! We would love to come back here.

Starting with the warm welcome, the recommendation of the day personally from the chef and of course also super tasty, high quality and beautifully presented dishes. Special requests are catered for perfectly. The prices may be a little higher, but you get quality that you can taste. Many regional products are also offered. We felt very comfortable, recommend and would be happy to come back.

We happened to pass by here on a bike ride and decided to eat here in the evening. We both had schnitzel and it was very tasty and great quality! The second time we both had schnitzel and we weren't disappointed, the service is super friendly and attentive, the owner comes to the table himself, it's all very familiar. Keep it up!

We were looking for a place to stop and found this somewhat remote restaurant. A nice, cozy and manageable beer garden. The owner and chef were very nice and accommodating - always looking after the guests. The mushroom schnitzel was by far the best thing I had eaten in a long time. Highly recommended restaurant! There are no customer parking spaces, we parked opposite on the street.

We were there on Whitsunday, it was raining heavily, we were surprised by the rain on a bike ride and everyone was soaking wet. Google led us to this beautiful restaurant and we received a very friendly welcome. The landlord put together a super tasty appetizer platter for us with his own great recommendations. For example, with fresh ham from local pigs from the farmer across the street. A real culinary delight. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back!

We happened to pass here during our hike around the Edersee. That was a really great find! Because this is a friendly shop with delicious food and great service in a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended! We'll definitely come back when we're in the area.

Very good down-to-earth cuisine. Whether it's schnitzel, Macedonka or chicken nuggets, everything here is obviously homemade. The KutscherHus is very nicely located in the village center of Basdorf, and the beautiful outdoor area is the perfect place to end a day at the Edersee. The operator and chef also deserve 5 stars: extremely friendly, committed and genuinely concerned about the well-being of his guests.

Small, cozy, rustic, tasty and a chef who personally advises the guests with great personality and enthusiasm for his job... Very friendly family, a good mix of options, something for everyone. We were in the restaurant on Saturday evening and the ambience was still nice. We had reserved a table and it was quite busy. Although it was very busy, the owners responded to our (special) requests regarding vegetarian food and the food was really excellent. Not only was it a treat for the eyes, it also tasted very, very good. And also very friendly hosts. All around great. Thank you very much, we look forward to the next time.

Auf Empfehlung von 2 verschiedenen Personen, die ich bekommen habe, wollten wir den neuen Wirt testen. Das Essen war hervorragend. Alle Produkte kommen aus der Region. Die Schnitzel würden frisch geklopft. Der Service sehr gut. Wir hatten einen tollen Abend, der viel länger wurde als geplant. Da waren wir sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal.

Waited 1 hour for the food. There was no side salad with the schnitzel, even though it was described on the menu. Food rather tasteless, salt and pepper apparently not used. Beer prices are suspect, 2 small beers 0.3 (€3.40) cheaper than 1x 0.5 liter. (6€). Service was friendly, but a bit overwhelmed. No card payment possible, no longer suitable these days. There is still a lot of room for improvement...

We had dinner there with a group. The innkeeper put together a buffet for us individually. The food was good, as was the service, everything went well. Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly friendly host who looked after us very well. The only negative point: we couldn't pay by card.

Went to the buffet on Christmas Day. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Buffet: lentil soup, boiled sausages, meatballs, dead-cooked goulash, thin goose slices like soup, schnitzel, without champion cream sauce, rice cooked dry, noodles were indefinable, croquettes and salad were okay, price €35 per person, way too expensive. I spoke to the boss, that this has nothing to do with a Christmas buffet.

We ate there today. 6 people with very different requirements. There was something for everyone at the buffet. From meat eaters to sauce lovers to vegetarians and vegans, we were all satisfied. The food was freshly prepared and there was even a portion of oven-baked vegetables, straight from the chef to our table. Everything was done to satisfy us. We'd love to come back!

Essen OK. Service unterirdisch. Bei 2 Personen bekommt man Speisen 5 Min versetzt. Da ist das Essen kalt oder 1 ist bereits fertig wenn der andere sein Essen bekommt. Und diws bei insgesamt 6 Gästen im ganzen Lokal. Zudem hat Bedienung lieber dekoriert als zu fragen ob man noch was zu trinken möchte. Sorry das geht gar nicht.

Ein wirklich spitzen Abendessen auf der Durchreise! Qualität und Zubereitung wirklich klasse! Wir kennen die ehemaligen Betreiber nicht, aber man muss die neue Küche unbedingt kennenlernen. Grüße aus dem Taunus

Wir haben hier heute sehr gut gegessen. Das Kutscher Hus Schnitzel kann man nur empfehlen und man sollte großen Hunger mitbringen wenn man es schaffen will. Frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Auch die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich rustikal und man fühlt sich wohl. 😊👍

Wir waren spontan da, leider ohne Reservierung. Es gab keinen Platz, aber uns wurde angeboten, das Essen mitzunehmen. Da unsere FeWo nur 5min entfernt war, eine gute Lösung. Das Essen war super lecker, frisch und schön angerichtet. Sehr schönes Ambiente.

Wir haben hier an zwei Tagen gegessen und sind beide Male super zufrieden nach Hause gegangen. Tolles Ambiente. Sehr leckeres Essen, vor allem feinste Bratkartoffeln :-) Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und auf Zack. Einen 6. Stern vergebe ich für die Kinderfreundlichkeit. Mehrere Kinderstühle, Kreide, Malbücher und Stiften sowie weitere Spielsachen liegen bereit. Sehr sehr gerne wieder. Auf bald!

Wir waren heute zum Mittagessen hier, nach einer kleinen Wanderung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Portionen ordentlich. Man hat ein Herz für Kinder und auch für Hunde. Wenn wir in der Gegend sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall gerne wieder vorbei.

Auf der Umrundung des Edersee mit dem Fahrrad 🚲 ist es ein "Muss" dort Rast zu machen. Nach 40 km war dies eine willkommende Pause. 🤭☺️ Wir haben nur Getränke genossen aber die Speisekarte sah sehr viel versprechend aus.😉 Und für die E-Bike's gibt's eine Ladestation.👍

Wir sind hier, am Ende einer Fahrradtagestour rund um den Edersee, Samstagabend eingekehrt. Im vollbesetzten Biergarten wurde gerade ein Tisch frei. Das hatte gepasst. Das Restaurant hat einen Biergarten mit ca. 30 Plätzen und einen Innenbereich, der in mehrere Räume eingeteilt ist. Es wurde offensichtlich kürzlich renoviert. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend. Wir wurden sogleich begrüßt und auf die Tagesgerichte hingewiesen. Die Karte ist übersichtlich, Gerichte "bodenständig". Für jeden dürfte etwas dabei sein. Fleisch+Buger, Nudeln, vegetarisch. Fisch hat leider gefehlt. Auf der Tageskarte u.a. Kichererbsenbällchen mit Gemüsereis und Tomatenjuc. Dieses und ein Kutscherschnitzel wurden auch geordert. Die Gerichte kamen zeitgleich und waren sehr schmackhaft. Auch der Beilagensalat war sehr lecker. Die Bedienungen waren sehr aufmerksam und fragten mehrmals nach ob alles in Ordnung sei. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Auf Empfehlung sind wir im Kutscherhus eingekehrt und können die Empfehlung nur weitergeben. Super zuvorkommender Service, gemütlicher Außenbereich und leckeres Essen in ausreichender Portionsgröße. Zwar gibt es nur eine übersichtliche Karte, aber es ist für jeden Geschmack (auch Vegetarier) etwas dabei. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem die Aufmerksamkeit, die auch den kleinen Gästen geschenkt wird.

Spontan haben wir uns nach einem Restaurant umgesehen. Dank der bisherigen Bewertungen entschieden wir uns hier zu essen. Bedienung inklusive des Chefs ist freundlich und flott unterwegs. Es gibt eine schöne Auswahl mit nicht zu vielen Gerichten. Das Essen war super lecker! Alle sechs Personen am Tisch hatten am Ende die gleiche Meinung. Wenn man Lust auf eine sehr leckere deutsche Küche mit einem schönen Biergarten hat ist hier genau richtig. Klare Empfehlung! Gerne wieder.

Ich war mal wieder am Edersee im Urlaub. In dieser Zeit habe ich mehrere Restaurants besucht - darunter auch mal wieder das KutscherHus. Es war mal wieder hervorragend. Ich kenne keine Ecke wo man besseres Essen als hier bekommt. Alles frisch, alles Lecker und von herausragender Qualität.

Das Essen war der absolute Hammer. Einfach einzigartig. Da muss man unbedingt hin. Sehr zu empfehlen. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Ich besuche das Kutscher Hus regelmäßig, wenn ich in der Gegend bin und bin noch nie enttäuscht worden. Die Qualität gehört für mich zudem besten, was man in der Gegend gekommen kann und das zu vernünftigen Preisen.

Seid Jahren gehen wir hier besonders gerne essen da wir ca 10 km entfernt wohnen und hier immer nett und gastfreundlich bewirtet wurden . Das Essen ist von Hutewaldschwein bis Weihnachtsganz einfach richtig gut und phantasievoll. Preis / Leistungs Verhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Die Karte wechselt regelmäßig und der Biergarten ist auch richtig schön. Plane gerade mit dem Küchenteam das Catering für meinen runden Geburtstag und freue mich auch heute Abend auf ein qualitativ hochwertiges Abendessen.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und nette Bedienung. Vom Essen waren wir positiv angetan. Waldeck Schnitzel war lecker zubereitet. Das Rindersteak war perfekt gegart und sehr zart. Man merkt, dass hier Qualitätsprodukte verarbeitet werden. Wir können nur empfehlen selbst das aus zu probieren.

Wir waren mit 8 Personen im KutscherHus und alle waren super zufrieden mit dem hervorragendem Essen. Wir haben nach einem tollen Tag am Edersee hier gemütlich draußen sitzen können, Service war perfekt und super aufmerksam. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!
