KutscherHus in Vöhl

Schon vor zwei Tagen vorbei gewandert, mussten wir heute auf der Rückfahrt nochmal hier einkehren. Super Essen und eine äußerst freundliche Bedienung haben unsere Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Kleine aber feine Karte mit tollen Kreationen.

Wir haben wacker eine Edersee-Runde gewagt und uns von Herzhausen raufgekämpft. Naja, wenn man oben ist, gibt es auch eine schöne Waldtour. Da kam dann das Kutscherhus als kurze Unterbrechung sehr recht. Das haben wir zufällig entdeckt und und sehr über die supernette Bedienung bei leckeren Schorlen und Essen zu adäquaten Preisen gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Die Stullen war sehr, sehr lecker, allgemein sah das Angebot sehr gut aus. Das Personal ist super freundlich, man fühlt sich sehr wohl.

Wir drei Mädels aus Rand Berlin sind zufällig durch Basdorf gefahren und haben das KutscherHus endeckt. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Bewirtung super. Vielen lieben Dank an die Gastwirtin😊

Trotz 30°C konnte man es im sehr gemütlichen Biergarten sehr gut aushalten. Die Linonade war toll, es gab sogar extrem leckeren Matcha mit Erdbeeren! Vom wirklich guten, frischen Essen habe ich leider kein Bild gemacht, da wurde zu schnell gespeist. Wäre es nicht so weit weg, würden wir gerne wiederkommen! ☺️

Ein sehr ansprechendes lokal. Zentrale Lage am Radweg, schöner Biergarten, Leckere Kuchen, gute Auswahl an Getränken und frisch gezapftes Fassbier. Total nettes Ambiente mit Liebe zum Detail.

Die möglichen Sterne reichen nicht aus um auszudrücken wie dieses hervorragende Cafe eigentlich ist. Sehr sehr freundliche Bedienung, schön angerichtete Frühstücksplatten! Alles sehr lecker und frisch! Tolles Ambiente. Die Möglichkeit fleischlos zu essen sehr gut vertreten. Es ist 1000%ig ein Einkehren wert. Wer hier nicht war, hat was verpasst!!! Wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch. Weiter so und hoffentlich noch lange.

Wir waren heute zum 1. Mal zum Frühstück im KutscherHus. Tolles Ambiente, sehr leckeres schön angerichtetes Frühstück, freundliche Bedienung. In der Vitrine gab es tolle selbstgemachte Torten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und werden noch weiteres von der Karte testen.

Wir waren heute im Café Kutscherhus (wie es jetzt heißt) zum frühstücken. Die neuen Besitzer sind sehr nett. Das Frühstück war liebevoll und mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Der Kaffee war ausgezeichnet. Es ist sehr nett eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😉

Nach einer freundlichen Begrüßung durften wir uns unseren Tisch aussuchen. Wir haben zu zweit das Frühstück für 2 bestellt. Dazu einen sehr leckeren Filterkaffee. Die ausgewählten Lebensmittel sind wirklich alle sehr köstlich und wurden mit viel Liebe auf der Platte angerichtet und serviert. Es hat uns wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Es wurde auch häufig gefragt ob wir noch Wünsche hätten. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal wiederkommen um alles andere zu probieren!

Haben hier eine kurze Pause auf unserer Radtour gemacht. Das Essen war sehr lecker und ansprechend zubereitet, Service war sehr freundlich!

Ein großer Lichtblick in der ansonsten kulinarischen Wüste hier in der Region, wenn man nicht so auf Schnitzel in tausenden Varianten mit fettigen Saucen steht. Einfache, aber sehr leckere Gerichte, auch vegetarisch oder vegan, sehr netter Service und leckere selbstgemachte Limonaden. Die Windbeutel sahen sehr verführerisch aus, daher müssen wir wieder kommen!

Wir hatten den besten Cappuccino der Region. Dale Copper würde sagen “Damn fine coffee!”

Absolut besonders! Dieses Café hat eine herzliche Atmosphäre, weit weg von abgedroschenen Standards, Chefin mittendrin, hier herrscht Ruhe und Besonnenheit. Das Essen war super lecker, auch hier kein 0815, sondern regional. Die Dinkelfladen, das Salatdressing, soooooo lecker!!! Die hausgemachten Limonaden herrlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder, weil man hier Zeit wie im Urlaub verbringen darf. Danke dafür, ihr macht das super!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und es ist ein sehr schönes Café. Hat alles gepasst 👍 Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit der Seniorenabt. der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr da zum Kaffee und Kuchen. War alles absolut lecker und der Service war auch sehr gut!!!!!

Sehr leckerer Kuchen und Kaffee. Die Mädels waren sehr nett, allerdings war es an manchen Stellen ein bisschen umorganisiert und man musste ein bisschen länger warten. Wir werden aber trotzdem wieder kommen :-)

Hier ist seit 1. Mai eine neue Inhaberin mit neuem Konzept drin. Wir haben heute Kaffee und Kuchen auf der schönen Außenterrasse genossen. Der Kuchen ist selbstgemacht und schmeckt sehr lecker. Außerdem gibt es auf der Karte z. B. Waffeln, Eis, kleinere Gerichte und auch Frühstück. Auch für Veganer gibt es eine kleine Auswahl. Die Getränkekarte ist abwechslungsreich und bietet z. B. auch alkoholfreie Spritz-Getränke. Der Service ist freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass alle Gäste zufrieden sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊.

Der Kuchen war sehr gut und selbst gemacht, Daumen hoch dafür. Zufällig bei einer Fahrrad Tour rund um den Edersee gefunden. Eine sehr nette Chefin.

Ein gemütliches Dorfcafe, wo einfach alles gut und stimmig ist. In der angenehmen Atmosphäre muss man sich wohlfühlen. Kaffeespezialitäten, (auch) veganes Essen und Kuchen oder Waffeln. Für ein kleines Dorf gibt es hier die Höchstpunktzahl.

Danke für das tolle Frühstück zu Muttertag. Das Buffet war reichhaltig mit regionalen Produkten (Wurst und Käse) bestückt und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei, egal ob süß oder deftig. Preis-/Leistung sehr gut wenn man bedenkt das Getränke (Prosecco, Orangen-/Apfelsaft, Tee, Kaffee und Wasser) im Preis inklusive waren. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben zwei Pizzafladen bestellt, die waren so unglaublich lecker. Schneller Service, sehr zu empfehlen!

It's always a culinary delight! No matter which dish we've eaten so far, you can taste the love and passion alongside the high-quality ingredients, which are also sourced locally. Highly recommended. If we could award more stars, we would.

We went there for the Christmas buffet. The food was wonderful, the selection was fantastic, and the service and atmosphere were fabulous! We'd love to come back!

What are we dealing with here? A blatant rip-off or simply a naive restaurateur? I have never eaten as badly in my entire life as I did here in December 2024. Words cannot describe what we were served here.

On Christmas Day, we went to the Kutscherhaus restaurant for lunch with our family (eight people) to spare our grandmother the cooking. Our grandfather had met the owner's father in the hospital, who raved about the restaurant and its delicious venison. It sounded so promising that we decided to make a reservation. The friendly owner impressed us from the very first contact, and the service on-site was excellent and welcoming. The buffet was traditional German fare, plentiful, and offered something for everyone. From croquettes and schnitzel to mixed vegetables, sliced ​​meat, salad, currywurst, fries, and potato soup, there was something for everyone. We especially appreciated that extra requests, such as an additional portion of fries, were promptly fulfilled. The price per person was absolutely reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. A warm and cozy restaurant that we highly recommend!

We come here regularly. The food is always great! The owner/chef uses local ingredients and always manages to create something fantastic!

I recently discovered this wonderful restaurant and I absolutely love it! The dishes are a real treat - every ingredient is fresh and perfectly balanced. You can immediately tell that the cooking here is done with a lot of love and dedication. The flavors harmonize wonderfully and ensure a taste experience in a class of its own. The price-performance ratio is also excellent. The prices are more than fair for the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. You really feel in good hands all around. The service is friendly and attentive, and the ambience ensures a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant - a real insider tip for everyone who loves fresh, expertly flavored dishes!

Delicious food, nice ambience, chef who really cares about the guests. The menu is rather small and it happens that individual dishes are no longer available. We'd love to come back.

Very, very great. We called late in the afternoon to say we were coming in 15 minutes with a group of 10 people. When we arrived, a long table was lovingly set for us, as if they had been waiting for us all day. We were warmly served and served great food. A great performance by the landlord, who runs the place and kitchen all by himself.

Today we were at Kutscher Hus for the first time since the change of ownership. The new owner is a young chef who is very nice and motivated. The man is my heart and soul, and that shows! The food was amazing! A little more expensive, but almost everything from Basdorf (meat, potatoes, juices,...) - very worth supporting! :) The owner has apologized several times for being almost alone in the restaurant, but he has not yet found a suitable waitress. Some dishes from the menu at the lecture were completely sold out (we were there on Sunday) and the chef thought of alternatives to offer instead. We'll definitely be back!

On our first day in Basdorf we had a delicious meal at Kucher Hus. On the last day we had a drink together. Sule, the owner, is a really good and above all nice chef and prepares his food with passion. You will definitely enjoy this again! Essen has improved significantly compared to the previous operators. Very individualized food, extremely nice. It's worth it. Shrimp, bruschetta and beef fillet excellent.

If you want to combine good food with a great ambience and friendly service near Vöhl, you've come to the right place. The only drawback: unfortunately no card payment, but that was known from the start.

We would stop here again on our next trip to the Edersee. Very personable and friendly host who can also cook well. :) we felt very comfortable. The small outdoor area also looks very inviting. Opposite a very pretty church and an old linden tree. For e-bike riders. There is a charging station!

Food was very tasty. Service was super nice. Definitely recommendable. According to her niece, one of the best schnitzels she has ever eaten.

We ate there twice during our vacation and were very satisfied both times. A nice restaurant with friendly staff and a chef who caters to all your wishes. However, it is only recommended for guests who have "a little time" with them, as it can take an hour until the delicious food is on the table. For everyone who “brings” the time, definitely *****

We stayed in a holiday home here for a week and unfortunately only found the Kutscher Haus on the last day and got Jägerschnitzel with fries and salad there. We were totally thrilled. Everything was freshly made and the host was incredibly friendly. So an absolute must if you are in the area.

After a long hike, we stopped at this inn and were welcomed by an incredibly friendly innkeeper who was able to anticipate our every need. The food was excellent - the dishes were perfectly tailored to our wishes and the execution was simply excellent! A family business as you would imagine: warm, attentive and authentic. The only downside is that this wonderful inn is not near us - otherwise we would certainly be regular guests!

The Kutscherhus is a cozy restaurant with menus of Balkan and German cuisine, which are extremely tasty. The service asks in a friendly manner every now and then whether everything is OK. After ordering, the chef asks if there is a special request for the order. The visit was really fun! It definitely won't be our last visit! You can wish the young team all the best for the future. Wonderful little restaurant with a lot of love and family flair. Dad behind the counter and in the dining room, son (singing) in the kitchen. When the chef enthusiastically presents the shrimp that he is about to prepare for the guest or comes to the table with the meat for the rump steak to show that he has cut out a tendon (so that the guest is not surprised about the cut steak), then that makes a great first impression. The ambience is very nice. The chef's skill makes one fear a much higher price range and much smaller portions, but: nothing there! Portions large, prices absolutely humane! Another plus point: here you don't buy in bulk and throw it away if necessary! If a dish is sold out, it is sold out! Then there is also the tiramisu without fruit decoration on top. Mini-Mimimi: "Papa" forgot our drink order at the beginning and didn't give me a steak knife. Small family business, very close to the guests and so much passion with incredibly great cuisine and an unexpectedly great price-performance ratio. I would love to go there again and can recommend it indefinitely! [And our dog was also allowed to lie under the bench inside :-) ]

This was the first time I thought it would be good if I could give it 6 stars. The food was of excellent quality and the host was wonderful in his speech to the guests. It was a real joy, given how crowded it was and the innkeeper alone with the cook. Great regional food. Fried potatoes made from jacket potatoes, so delicious! We would love to come back here.

We were looking for a place to stop and found this somewhat remote restaurant. A nice, cozy and manageable beer garden. The owner and chef were very nice and accommodating - always looking after the guests. The mushroom schnitzel was by far the best thing I had eaten in a long time. Highly recommended restaurant! There are no customer parking spaces, we parked opposite on the street.

We were there on Whitsunday, it was raining heavily, we were surprised by the rain on a bike ride and everyone was soaking wet. Google led us to this beautiful restaurant and we received a very friendly welcome. The landlord put together a super tasty appetizer platter for us with his own great recommendations. For example, with fresh ham from local pigs from the farmer across the street. A real culinary delight. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come back!

Very good down-to-earth cuisine. Whether it's schnitzel, Macedonka or chicken nuggets, everything here is obviously homemade. The KutscherHus is very nicely located in the village center of Basdorf, and the beautiful outdoor area is the perfect place to end a day at the Edersee. The operator and chef also deserve 5 stars: extremely friendly, committed and genuinely concerned about the well-being of his guests.

Small, cozy, rustic, tasty and a chef who personally advises the guests with great personality and enthusiasm for his job... Very friendly family, a good mix of options, something for everyone. We were in the restaurant on Saturday evening and the ambience was still nice. We had reserved a table and it was quite busy. Although it was very busy, the owners responded to our (special) requests regarding vegetarian food and the food was really excellent. Not only was it a treat for the eyes, it also tasted very, very good. And also very friendly hosts. All around great. Thank you very much, we look forward to the next time.

Auf Empfehlung von 2 verschiedenen Personen, die ich bekommen habe, wollten wir den neuen Wirt testen. Das Essen war hervorragend. Alle Produkte kommen aus der Region. Die Schnitzel würden frisch geklopft. Der Service sehr gut. Wir hatten einen tollen Abend, der viel länger wurde als geplant. Da waren wir sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal.

Waited 1 hour for the food. There was no side salad with the schnitzel, even though it was described on the menu. Food rather tasteless, salt and pepper apparently not used. Beer prices are suspect, 2 small beers 0.3 (€3.40) cheaper than 1x 0.5 liter. (6€). Service was friendly, but a bit overwhelmed. No card payment possible, no longer suitable these days. There is still a lot of room for improvement...

We had dinner there with a group. The innkeeper put together a buffet for us individually. The food was good, as was the service, everything went well. Particularly noteworthy is the incredibly friendly host who looked after us very well. The only negative point: we couldn't pay by card.

Went to the buffet on Christmas Day. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Buffet: lentil soup, boiled sausages, meatballs, dead-cooked goulash, thin goose slices like soup, schnitzel, without champion cream sauce, rice cooked dry, noodles were indefinable, croquettes and salad were okay, price €35 per person, way too expensive. I spoke to the boss, that this has nothing to do with a Christmas buffet.

Food is okay, but plenty. Unfortunately lukewarm, too expensive as a buffet and at over 400 euros for 10 adults, 1 small child and 2 babies and a maximum of 2 drinks per person.

We ate there today. 6 people with very different requirements. There was something for everyone at the buffet. From meat eaters to sauce lovers to vegetarians and vegans, we were all satisfied. The food was freshly prepared and there was even a portion of oven-baked vegetables, straight from the chef to our table. Everything was done to satisfy us. We'd love to come back!
