The pizza tastes above average. It's very thin, and the crust is great for dipping. It would certainly be much better eaten in, but the delivery was... late, my additional request was ignored, and the food was lukewarm.
Dog lovers: Forget this hotel. They don't want us, or rather, our dogs. Instead, they offer all the other problems: noisy guests, whiny children, and penny pinchers. What a shame!
There were six of us, and we were very satisfied! The atmosphere is really cozy and clean. The service was very, very friendly, and the food was perfect. The menu is small but excellent!
Very nice hotel, very quiet. At night the hallways to get to the rooms are very dark would recommend pulling out your phone flashlight as there’s no lights in the hallway except for the blow in the dark exit signs at the hallway entrance.
And the blanket is about half the size of the bed.
Other than the dark hallway,… Great location, friendly Staff once I arrived, traditional German style rooms, which I found very interesting and intrigued by. Much nicer than a Marriott hotel (like the Munich Marriott hotel).
Cute little restaurant, really great service, nice, friendly, always with a joke… food was incredibly delicious 🥰 Excellent value for money… we'll be back!
The restaurant initially impresses with its stylish and tastefully decorated ambience – a place that certainly invites you to linger and enjoy yourself. It's all the more regrettable that the culinary experience didn't live up to this first impression.
We opted for two main courses – duck and fish – which sounded quite promising on the menu. However, the portions were very manageable, and both dishes fell short of our expectations in terms of taste. They lacked finesse, depth, and flavor – the culinary signature that would elevate a dish above the average. For the price, more refinement and precision would have been desirable.
Disappointed with the main course, we ultimately forwent dessert and ordered anything else – a decision that speaks for itself.
Unfortunately, the service also failed to provide a positive counterpoint. Despite the dining room being only moderately full, the staff were inattentive and noticeably slow. This became particularly apparent at the end of the evening: A wait of around 15 minutes for the bill further dampened the overall impression.
The ambiance remains the only bright spot – stylish, pleasant, and designed with attention to detail. But unfortunately, even this setting couldn't redeem the lackluster culinary experience.
All in all, an evening that fell far short of our expectations – we probably won't be returning.
