I really like the concept. Since the dishes are small, you can try several. Everything tasted absolutely excellent and was beautifully presented. The service was very friendly, and the decor is very tasteful. We'll be back soon.
Update:
We've been there several times since then. The food was always excellent. Last time, we felt a bit like second-class guests. Sitting next to us were probably regulars, who were quite loud and were treated like absolute VIPs. The difference in service and friendliness was so extreme that we felt kind of stupid. Almost unwelcome. Perhaps they could handle this a bit more discreetly. Hence, one star less...
Very friendly and accommodating service, especially if you speak English! The food is delicious, freshly prepared, and plentiful; we were full and satisfied. Even our special requests (a special drink for the child and a platter for three people instead of two with beef AND mushrooms) were accommodated and fulfilled to our complete satisfaction. I've been there twice already and will definitely be back! The vegan version of the platter for two is just as delicious, by the way!
Unfortunately very bad, cake was super hard, staff extremely overwhelmed, I had to go in and order myself, complaint was simply skipped, sorry it wasn't good.
We always enjoy eating here. The food is always great quality, the selection is huge, and the food simply tastes amazing.
The people who work there are very friendly and attentive.
You can also sit outside.
Our whole family is happy that Ye's Haus is in Hermsdorf!
An absolute recommendation!
We had dinner there with friends. Honestly, the interior and the overall atmosphere are really beautiful. The location is also super convenient.
However, the food quality seemed pretty average to us. Just regular pasta nothing special, no unique ingredients or interesting sauces. Very basic, like something you could easily make at home. Even the quality of the pasta itself was just okay. There wasn’t that “wow” factor at all.
And another big thing - the service. We found it a bit… confusing. It felt like we weren’t really welcomed as guests. The waiters interacted in a strange way, and some of the food presentations were odd. There was some warmth in their attitude, but also a kind of tension that made it hard to relax.
The vibe was cozy at first, but overall the experience didn’t quite live up to expectations. I also feel like the prices are too high for the quality you get.
One more thing: when we left in the evening, a group of teenagers started gathering there - they looked like high school seniors, drinking alcohol and behaving quite loudly. The music got very loud too, and it just didn’t feel comfortable anymore.
So, if you’re looking for a peaceful, cozy evening - I wouldn’t really recommend this place.
A lovingly designed hotel with tastefully furnished rooms and a beautiful outdoor area.
The breakfast is excellent and the staff very friendly.
A place to feel at home.
I'd love to give this place a very bad review! Why? Because I'd love to get a table again on my next visit 😂 I've never experienced such a Spanish restaurant before! Warm and completely authentic in the ambiance of a tennis club. I really wasn't expecting such a culinary and humanly convincing experience, given the drab (horrible) furniture! I'll be back, I promise 😀
