Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Wir haben Lachs mit Nudeln, Spinat und Tomaten bestellt. Das Essen kam zügig. Leider war der Lachs so durch gebraten,dass er total trocken und außen Rum eine harte Kruste hatte. Ich habe noch nie so einen grauen lapprigen Spinat in eine Gaststätte serviert bekommen und die Teller sahen auch nicht wirklich appetittlich aus. Der Tellerrand war ziemlich verschmiert. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf keinen Fall. Wir können das Schwalbennest leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Abend im Schwalbennest und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert war ich von meinem Steak mit frischen Pfifferlingen. So stand es zwar nicht auf der Karte, aber mein Wunsch wurde trotzdem ganz unkompliziert möglich gemacht – und es war wirklich richtig lecker! 🥩🍄 Ein großes Lob geht auch an unsere Bedienung: super aufmerksam, herzlich, lustig und für jeden Spaß zu haben. Genau so eine lockere und freundliche Art macht einen Restaurantbesuch einfach besonders. 😊 Tolles Essen, super Service und eine Atmosphäre, in der man gerne noch ein bisschen länger sitzen bleibt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! ❤️

Waren wegen der Rezessionen extra hingefahren, fanden das Essen nichtvsllzu lecker und auch das Ambiente hat nix dolles…. Dafür waren die Preise zu hoch

Auf Allergien wird keine Rücksicht genommen! Mein Sohn hat eine schwere allergische Reaktion, obwohl wir bei der Bestellung extra auf die Allergie hingewiesen hatten. Als das Essen gebracht wurde haben wir nochmals nachgefragt. Als die ersten allergischen Reaktionen bereits im Restaurant auftraten, gab es nur Schulterzucken und nicht mal eine Entschuldigung.

Wir waren heute im Schwalbennest essen und waren sehr enttäuscht. Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit kam von 4 bestellten Vorspeisen lediglich eine und das war ein Brotteller , welchen man nicht als solchen nennen kann ( ein aufgeschnittenes Brötchen für knapp 5 Euro ) . Nach einer weiteren Dreiviertelstunde Wartezeit und ohne die bestellten Vorspeisen , kamen dann die Hauptspeisen (davon zwei nicht zu empfehlen ). Danach wurden uns die Vorspeisen gebracht . Die Mitarbeiter waren zwar freundlich aber komplett überfordert . Der Bürger war geschmacklich ganz gut .

Waren schon oft hier essen un es war auch immer super👌bis dieses Jahr.Beim ersten Besuch nach 1h45min(man hat ja Veständnis wenn viel Gäste sind) irgendwie vergessen worden und dann noch die falsche Beilage bekommen.🤔dann ein Besuch bei einer Veranstaltung,die war wirklich spitze.👍👍Beim driten Besuch nach1,5h warten und zwischendurch 3 mal vergebens Getränke bestellt wird uns mitgeteilt das unser bestelltes Essen nicht mehr machbar wäre und wir uns bitte erwas anderes aussuchen möchten🫣dies dann auch so getan und nach einer weteren halben Stunde dieses bekommen haben aber geschmeckt hat es bei weitem nicht so wie wir es dort gewohnt waren.

Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit haben wir das Restaurant verlassen. Unser Essen wurde vergessen und anstatt sich zu entschuldigen, schiebt man die Schuld auf die Kunden, weil sie alle am Handy sind, ist das System blockiert und die Bestellungen kommen durcheinander. Nie wieder!!!!!@@

Wir waren zweimal dort!Abends: Essen war wirklich gut und Kartenzahlung war möglich! Frühstück: Geschirr kann auch sauber sein und etwas lieblos sah es auch aus! Die Größe für das 3 Personen Frühstück war aber gut! Kartenzahlung war leider nicht möglich! Positiv war aber die unkomplizierte Lösung da wir kein Bargeld dabei hatten! Personal war sehr freundlich könnte aber noch im Service geschult werden!

Wir wurden leider sehr enttäuscht vom Essen. Bei dem Pastagericht hatten wir das Gefühl das es nur aufgewärmt wurde und auch geschmacklich war es nicht gut. Das Schnitzel mit Pfifferlinge u Pommes war auch leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Pfifferlinge waren sehr schlecht gesäubert ( Sand und Blätter) und die Pommes waren viel zu stark gewürzt. Auf dem Teller unsere Tochter befand sich frittiertes Holz. Unsere Vorsuppe wurde leider ganz vergessen. Schade das es auf Grund der vielen Mängel keinerlei entgegenkommen gab. Das Personal war allerdings nett.

Sicher eine gute Anlaufstelle, wenn man im Camp wohnt und sich gern auch bekochen lassen will. Das Schwalbennest bietet viel Platz, innen wie außen. Es gibt gute Möglichkeiten, die Tische für große Gruppen zusammen zu stellen. 2 Sterne lassen mich die dreckigen Tische, riesige Ketchup/Mayonnaise Flaschen und die abgegriffen wie verschmutzten Speisekarten abziehen. Das Essen kam zügig aber nichts besonderes. Geschmacklich war es okay.

Schade, bei unserem zweiten Besuch waren wir vom Essen sehr enttäuscht. Den Kartoffelbrei musste man auf dem Teller suchen, dafür gab es aber einen riesigen Klumpen an Kabeljau, der so gar nicht appetitlich aussah und vom Geschmack her auch nicht punkten konnte. Das Personal war leicht überfordert, hat sich dennoch alle Mühe gegeben.

Leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal. Wenn Sie unter dem Sonnendach oder draußen sitzen, werden Sie vom Gesang der Schwalben begleitet, was hervorragend zum Konzept des Restaurants passt 🐦.

Durch Zufall im Internet entdeckt. Es war sehr lecker, Bedienung sehr freundlich und wir haben noch nie so schnell unser Essen bekommen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Portionen waren so groß das wir einen Teil mitgenommen haben. Der Burger super, Bauernfrühstück Top.

Die Knoblauchsuppe ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Service und Ambiente sind sehr urig und auch im Hochsommer ist es entspannt. Leider kam bei uns die Kohlroulade fast kalt an den Tisch. Was aber schnell behoben wurde. Ein paar mehr Gewürze würden für meinem Geschmack dem essen gut tun. Alles in allem war es sehr schön.

An mehreren Abenden dort gegessen. Es hat immer geschmeckt, freundliche Bedienung und Ambiente mit Urlaubsfeeling. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Erdbeerbowle!

Ambiente und Lage toll. Personal schnell und freundlich. Aber bitte bestellt keine Scholle!. Für den Preis, handtellergroße Scholle bekommen, die kurz in der Fritteuse schwamm. Weder knusprig noch gewürzt. Schade Beilagen waren gut.

Das Personal war freundlich und stets bemüht. Leider hat die Wartezeit zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Auch Preis-Leistung hat mir nicht zu 100% gefallen. 63€ zu zweit ist für den Geschmack etwas zu viel. Das Ambiente war jedoch schön :)

Das Lokal befindet sich an einer herrlichen Lage inmitten eines Kiefernwaldes, direkt am malerischen Möwenort. Es hat eher den Charakter eines gehobenen Imbisses, was jedoch den Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Leider mussten wir etwa 70 Minuten auf unser Essen warten, was im Hinblick auf die angegebene Preisgestaltung nicht angemessen war. Wir sind bereit, 63 Euro für zwei Personen zu zahlen, erwarten jedoch, dass die Qualität der Speisen und des Service stimmt. Hier sollte noch an der Verbesserung gearbeitet werden, damit wir gerne wiederkommen.

Sehr leckeres Essen (auch vegetarisch), netter Service und alles recht neu und modern. Der Weg dorthin über eine Schlaglochpiste hat sich gelohnt!

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Auch wenn gerade Anfang der Saison war, hätte auf vieles geachtet werden können. Die Speisekarte war weit angespeckt, aber das wurde uns vorher mitgeteilt. Das Personal war freundlich. Unsere Nackensteaks waren leider fast kalt, und waren nicht vom Grill sondern lediglich gedünstet. Der Burger völlig geschmacksneutral. Nach vorheriger Frage ob in der Erdbeerbowle frische Erdbeeren seinen, wurden uns dies bestätigt. Leider kamen frisch aufgetaute. Die Portionen waren recht klein für das Preisverhältnis. Obwohl wir der Bedienung unseren Unmut mitgeteilt haben kam keine Reaktion. Der Herr der abkassiert hat haben wir ebenfalls über unsere Reklamation informiert, welcher die Reklamation aufgenommen und sich dafür entschuldigt hat. Er meinte, wenn er es vor der Bonerstellung gewusst hätte, hätte er noch etwas machen können. Naja.... wo ein Wille, da ein Weg. Des Essig und Öl was im Ausgiesser auf dem Tisch stand war am Ausgiesser angerostet. Schade. Das einzige wirklich sehr schöne war der Weg zum Strand und der Strand selbst!!

Keine Kindergerichte. man sitzt gut dank heizstrahler.

Leider stimmt die Speisekarte auf Google und im Netz nicht mit der vor Ort überein, was etwas schade war. Dennoch fanden wir alle etwas. Es war alles hausgemacht. Bei den gut schmeckenden Burgern hätten noch ein paar Pommes dazu gut gepasst. Der Service war sehr nett.

Im Normalfall hatte das Restaurant schon Winterpause. Da aber noch einiges im Lager war, gab es einen Abverkauf und 20% Nachlass (Weil eben nicht mehr alles da war). Das hat uns super gefallen! Die Dame war mehr als freundlich und sehr aufmerksam! (Danke nochmal für's Passwort 😀) das essen war sehr lecker! Auch die kleinen salate auf dem Teller (bitte mehr davon). Einziges Manko, die pommes waren etwas zu lange drin 🙈ansonsten war es ein rundum gelungener Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

We were here two days before the end of the season. Super friendly service and a great atmosphere. Not everything was available for the food, but as I said, two days before the end of the season, that's understandable. The food and drinks were very tasty and appealing. Highly recommended.

The service was friendly and welcoming, dogs are allowed, and the food was relatively inexpensive at around €18 per schnitzel. The only downside: it's not easy to find you when you have to cross the "minefield" of the forest path.

It was incredibly wonderful, I can only recommend it. Everyone was very friendly and warmly welcomed right from the start. The atmosphere is very informal, and you feel at home right from the start. Thank you for the wonderful time. We'll definitely be back next year.

I absolutely cannot understand some of the posts here. We've been vacationing on Rügen for many years, and every year a visit to the Schwalbennest on the day of arrival has become a tradition. We visited the restaurant twice last week. The food and drinks were, as always, excellent and plentiful. The Schwalbennest has been beautifully renovated and is as cozy as ever. When the hut is full and you're expecting something fresh on your plate, it's only natural for me that it takes a few minutes. And I haven't seen anyone go hungry there yet! We were very satisfied again and would love to visit you again. Many thanks and all the best to Mandy, Ronny, and your team.

Unfortunately, the food arrived wrong, as did our drinks. The cocktail was warm, and the long drink was completely wrong. It's a shame.

The food didn't match the menu. And if you're out of something, you can tell the guests. They also got the wrong drinks. It's a shame.

Simply wonderful and always recommended

Hello, on the recommendation of friends, we wanted to try this restaurant. We were really looking forward to it. Beautiful weather, a trip to the beach, and then delicious food and drinks. Unfortunately, we were totally disappointed. The price/performance ratio is completely out of whack. The portions they give you are ridiculous for the prices. We had schnitzel with creamed mushrooms and fries. The schnitzel was really small, maybe a ladleful of creamed mushrooms, and the portion of fries was also really small (the side salad was bigger). We also had pasta with spinach and salmon. The pasta portion with spinach was sufficient, but they really blew the boat out with the salmon portion. The salmon portion was only about 2 cm wide. They shouldn't charge such high prices. The food tasted okay, though. Now, the service. Unfriendly, long waits, other guests were given priority. When we asked the waitress, we only received rude answers. "Don't call me or I'll come right over to you." Then she preferred to run to other guests who arrived after us, and so on. Once and never again. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this restaurant.

Delicious food, friendly staff, excellent value for money

Like every year, we ate at your place. Strawberry punch has been better in the past. We tried the garlic soup twice and it was okay, but last year it was much tastier. The food was good, and it's okay that prices are getting higher everywhere. But you can find other options. If it weren't for Mandy and Ronny, we wouldn't go there anymore. We liked the atmosphere much better before the renovations. It's a shame that something always has to be changed when something is working.

A visit here was an annual must on vacation, as we were always impressed. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. My wife always loved the strawberry punch, but this time it didn't really taste good; the fruit wasn't properly pickled, or even not at all. I really like fish, and it tasted good again, although the portion was halved compared to last year. What a shame...

Very nice facility, gladly again

We were there with five friends. The restrooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to choose our own spot for our tents, which was really great. The beach was nearby :)

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it since this year! I've been there twice this year and was completely disappointed. After the first visit, I thought, anything can happen, but the second visit was similar, or even worse. Ordering drinks took more than 30 minutes... No one came to our table, so we wrote a drink note to the staff (we were a group of 12 people). We waited another good hour for the food, and not enough of it. The promised last cabbage roll was no longer in stock after everyone's meals had been served. No advance notice to place another order (my husband had ordered it). My daughter ordered chicken, which also had to be reordered. Anything can happen, but without an apology or any kind of accommodation, I was even called an inconsiderate guest. TIP: Perhaps you should limit your seating to what the staff and kitchen can manage. Then the service will work out, and you'll have satisfied guests. Perhaps as a supplement for those reading this: we've been there every year for 20 years and were always satisfied! What happened???? It's a real shame, but I don't want anyone in my group to have to put themselves through that again.

The service was really bad, the food portion was very bad for the price, the wait was impossible, even the drinks took ages, we waited at least 30 minutes to order the drinks and food, I will never go there again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, they were completely gone in the evening, we complained about a meal, the food was impossible, the food was cold, fried eggs were burnt, etc. the way guests are treated is unbelievable that this is tolerated, especially the head waitress who kept saying that I was alone with taking orders, so much to do and came across as very stressed and rude, I am still shocked at times, that was my personal impression on site, I spoke to the boss and he discussed my criticism with me in a friendly manner. Thank you to the owners, they are trying very hard to get things in the right direction.

We visited Schwalbennest for the first time last Friday, based on a recommendation. Since it was our daughter's birthday, we wanted to end the evening with a pleasant one. We had reserved a table. The waitress was unfriendly and overwhelmed. She snapped at her employees in front of the guests. As a guest, this was very unpleasant and embarrassing. The food was very good, so kudos to the kitchen, but unfortunately, the service didn't impress us. We then wanted to order more drinks but were turned away. After 15 minutes, we asked again if we could order more drinks and were told again, "Not now!" We asked for the bill and left. It's a shame...

We waited a very long time for the food. The garlic soup was returned. There was no cheese on it as advertised, and the plate was dirty. The schnitzel was dry and unseasoned and reheated. The fries were soggy, the vegetables were from a can, and the plaice was only slightly frozen, with two small pieces not whole. The price was completely overpriced for fast food, and very bad at that.

We dropped in spontaneously and managed to get a seat despite the crowds. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! We were completely satisfied and will be back!

No more lukewarm schnitzel twice, you have to wait at least 90 minutes. Ordered 2 meals. 1 it doesn't arrive. 2 it doesn't arrive until 30 minutes later after asking. What else can I say?

Great restaurant Lovely ambiance, super friendly service. The food was excellent. We ate there twice during our vacation, and it was great. I'd also give it a bonus point for the great playground. Parents can enjoy a relaxed evening there. And thanks again for keeping our son's dinosaur safe! 😄

Right on a beautiful beach access. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The strawberry punch was equally delicious. You can make a reservation anytime by calling the phone number provided, and it's highly recommended.

Last Whitsun Sunday, I was looking for a hot meal with two other friends. Everything else we found was closed, so we decided to head for the "Schwalbennest" restaurant. No sooner said than done; we arrived and it was packed. Nevertheless, we managed to get a seat, but the atmosphere wasn't exactly inviting. We were allowed, or rather, had to make ourselves comfortable between the winter garden and the outdoor area under the kitchen window. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we had to ask for the menu ourselves, otherwise we probably wouldn't have gotten it at all. The food and drinks were good. However, the underage waitresses seemed overwhelmed by the situation, and we weren't even noticed. The other staff paid us no attention either. They would rather smoke a cigarette and drink a beer than engage with us or clear our empty plates. Paying afterwards was also a disaster. We expressed a desire to pay. The waitress then said, "Okay, sure." Unfortunately, there was no mention of us having to pay at the bar inside. So, apparently, we had to figure that out on our own. There were seven people at the bar who also wanted to pay. Again, the waitress at the bar was more concerned with smoking a cigarette and chatting smugly with other guests who didn't want to pay. All in all, a particularly disappointing experience, peppered with minor inconveniences and (too) expensive food.

A large group (19 people) had a reservation accepted but no service. We asked several times and were told "right away." Six other tables were being served. After sitting around for 45 minutes without drinks, we left.

I was particularly impressed by the schnitzel with pineapple – an unusual combination that was executed really deliciously here. The meat was tender, the breading was nice and crispy, and the pineapple gave the whole thing a fruity freshness. The service was very friendly and attentive, making you feel immediately welcome. The ambiance was also pleasant – cozy, yet stylish. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The walk there is a bit difficult, but it was definitely worth it. Delicious food, full plates, and very good value for money. You can also order smaller (fitness) portions; we'll definitely do that next time, so we'll still have enough room for soup and dessert. Thank you for the friendly service, keep it up!

Small restaurant hidden between the campsites. We were there several times shortly after the season opened, there was already a lot going on. The food was very good and came very quickly. Staff very child friendly! There are even several gluten-free options to choose from! We'd love to come back!

Uninviting restaurant, dingy, dark, sticky tables. The staff will immediately call you on your first name. The fried potatoes were partly burnt, the brawn was soft, overall not very tasty. The "fish soup" was more of a vegetable soup with fish, no real fish taste, had little to do with fish soup. Overall not recommended, we were only there once, never again!

Very nice staff, despite everything being reserved, they made it possible to get a place. Good home cooking and you sit comfortably. Our dog was immediately given water. We left the restaurant very satisfied and with full bellies.

Quality of the food corresponds to campsite standards. You can get more for your money elsewhere. The eggnog was missing from the Swedish ice cream sundae and the main service takes some getting used to.

Very good restaurant, not far from the beach in Nonnevitz with a very good price-performance ratio. We visited three times in a very short space of time and were very satisfied each time. We had halibut steak, cabbage rolls and pork knuckle, all highly recommended. The service (Mandy) was top as always. An absolute recommendation from my side!

Home-style cuisine at moderate prices. Tastes very good. Service was exemplary.

We had dinner there on Sunday. Very friendly staff and the food is very tasty.

We have eaten at this restaurant 3 times in the last 10 days because the food is simply delicious. The portions are huge and in terms of value for money, everything is just right. For us, the Swallow's Nest is a real insider tip. We'd love to come back. Dogs are also welcome. The only drawback is the access route (slightly bumpy is an understatement), but the restaurant can't do anything about that. Just send an email/complaint to the municipality of Dranske 😉.

Food is great, especially the fish dishes and the fried potatoes. The sweet dishes such as egg tarts or chocolate cake with a warm center are also very tasty.

Food was plentiful and tasty. You have to like the atmosphere, it's just a campsite (bungalows), we liked it. Were there for the second time and would eat there again and again.
