Restaurant Ivo in Detmold is simply fantastic! The food is a delight – every dish impresses with fresh ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the fresh salad bar, which offers a diverse selection. The staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect combination of delicious food, excellent service, and an inviting atmosphere. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

The dishes we ordered were unfortunately not very authentic and not tasty for us – for example, iceberg lettuce in every dish, and papaya salad with hardly any papaya. The service was very friendly, and the setting was okay.

We always enjoy the food here. So far, there hasn't been a single dish we haven't enjoyed. The restaurant primarily serves Indian cuisine. For those who don't like that, there are also schnitzel, fries, and other dishes.

The wait was endless, and all the tables were covered in dirty dishes. The staff were trained in ignoring customers. I ordered a steak, and it looked good until the first bite. The thing was tough as leather and hard as steel. They couldn't even cook the "special" fries properly. My conclusion: stay away.
