The owner of "Pizza Solo Bio," which offers gluten-free options, among others, treats his guests with great friendliness and respect. The team was also welcoming. For me, as someone with celiac disease, it was a pleasant experience. Of course, contamination cannot be completely ruled out, but great effort was made to prepare everything as contamination-free as possible. (The kitchen is open-plan.) Both pizza and pasta are available gluten-free. The gluten-free pizza was delicious. If I'm ever in Hamburg again, I will definitely come back.
