Staff very friendly and accommodating. The kebab tasted very good and was a good portion. The only thing that was a shame was that there was no cocktail sauce. There was yogurt and garlic sauce and the garlic was great.

Excellent place, with great service. We loved the adana kebab and the mix grill. Also, it is good for smokers because you can sit outside.

Make sure when you order something, it’s 100% accurate. I ordered a durum with chicken, but they gave me one with beef, claiming they didn’t have chicken. I didn’t eat it, and I ended up paying for nothing.

I am deeply disappointed. Today I ordered a takeaway meal and was made a kebab that was as big as the box of fries. There was (maybe) half a portion of fries in the box. For the 15 euros they charge for it, this is a disgrace.

I ordered a baklava for $12, but the waiter didn't return my change until I asked for it, which made me feel like he was trying to cheat me. Overall, the food and service were just okay…

We came here on Christmas eve because we could smell something delicious cooking when we walked by. We ordered the grill platter for 2, and it was as delicious as it smelled. The meat was cooked to perfection and the lamb was tasty and succulent. It was a great amount of food for the price. I definitely would recommend giving this place a try if you are in the area!

We ate meat and wings, neither of them were cooked, we couldn't complain, we were short on time.

The place looked attractive. I have to be honest, there's hardly any meat on the plate here - they're saving money in the wrong corners. I'm very disappointed.

As soon as I entered I was greeted warmly, which left a positive impression. The store seemed inviting and tidy, even though I only ordered my food to take away. The kebab plate tasted really good - the meat was tender and flavorful, and the side dishes were fresh. I found it particularly nice that I was given free bread, which I found to be a small but nice gesture. Overall a pleasant experience. I'd love to come back!

Chicken skewer very little. Price-performance not justified. Ketchup was inedible, as was the salad dressing. The salad was not tasty at all. Too expensive for this quality. It took a long time even though there wasn't much going on. You probably want to convey the feeling that everything is freshly made. The pepperoni had already been grilled beforehand and was initially just lying around on the edge of the grill. The ketchup and mayo were even forgotten at the beginning and only brought after 15 minutes, with the words "I forgot". Unfortunately bad. The water column just splashes. Loud. Not again.

Amazing Turkish Food at Mangal! We had a layover in Frankfurt and tried Mangal for lunch—absolutely excellent food and great service! For dinner, we ate at a nearby restaurant, but it didn’t compare. We returned to Mangal for dessert, and it did not disappoint. If I’m ever back in Frankfurt, this will be my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

Very unfriendly👎👎👎, we felt very uncomfortable. We were eating with 4 adults and 6 children. Immediately after the meal the waiter wanted to get rid of us so that we could continue to use the table economically. This has nothing to do with a restaurant. Conclusion: WE, MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

I ordered an Adana Dürüm and told extra that I only wanted onions and tomatoes, in the end I didn't get what I ordered but a Dürüm with different types of salad I accepted it out of politeness, but I find it really disappointing. At the end I was asked about my satisfaction, I expressed the situation, the waiter listened to it and Erhan immediately made a new Dürüm and was very polite and customer-oriented. The 5 stars go to the waiter Erhan, very polite. Thanks

We bought a grill plate for 2 people and found the food very good, everything arrived very quickly and all the dishes on the plate were warm. There were many meat dishes and they all tasted very tasty, as did the sauces. The service was very hospitable and welcomed us with a smile. I would definitely eat there again if my trip took me to Frankfurt.

I would give 6 stars if I could... both the food and the hospitality were great! As a starter (which was unexpected) fresh flatbread with dips and after the meal there was tea and baklava on the house! The next time I'm in FFM I'll come back

Great restaurant . The menu contains a wide selection of grills . The staff are so pleasant and welcoming. When you finish your meal, you will be served with black tea . The dessert with white cream on the top was such amazing $ & not to much sugary .

Feedback to everyone who wants to visit the store, if you want to do something good for your stomach avoid it. This was by far the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Lamb skewers were ordered. The conclusion: The food came about an hour later, the fries were cold and the meat was cold and not cooked through. After we explained the whole thing to the employees, the meat was grilled for the second time. It was sickening, the flesh was like car tires. Shame on you! Everyone, avoid the store. One of my go-to spots in Frankfurt for kebabs etc. Due to the long opening hours you can also eat here after a bar evening and still there is no lack of quality. As far as service is concerned, there is an employee with glasses (his name is Feyaz) who stands out very well, is always very friendly and accommodating and is always available for a nice chat! Employees like this always make you want to come back to the store. Really great guy and good shop!
