The food was good, it was warm, you got a good portion, you didn't have to wait long, the waiter (Halit) was very friendly. We talked and he was very funny ;). The prices are very reasonable and you are also offered chai. The location was very nice, there is no running here, you feel comfortable with nice music in the background. The restaurant was very clean. I will definitely come again.

We have eaten there twice since coming here, first time was a burger meal (came with fries and a drink), second time was chicken durem also came with fries and a drink. The waiter’s English was better than our German and we were able to converse. Had the same waiter both times, and he remembered our drinks. Was very kind and funny. Service was excellent, food was delicious, ambiance was wonderful. Try them! I highly recommend them.

We were here late at night for 2 Dürüm (one with chicken, one with veal), with 2 soft drinks and an Ayran. It took a while until the food was at the table and unfortunately we didn't really like it. I didn't like any sauce at all and in the end the plate looked like a bomb had hit because the Dürüm literally fell apart after a few bites. We would go somewhere else next time.

Very nice cultural atmosphere. Hospitality should even get more than 5 stars, but unfortunately that's not possible 😅. The food was also pretty tasty, but not 5 stars in my opinion. The only comment I have to make is that the food doesn't look like the pictures and that's a bit of a disappointment. Otherwise very good restaurant and recommended.

Service was very hard, but that was it. It took over 35 minutes until the food was served and we only ordered kebab with fries and a drink (classic). People who ordered after us received their food before us. That's just too long. The kebab wasn't cooked properly. Unfortunately we didn't like it. Were very disappointed.

We had to wait 40 minutes for 3 kebabs even though it wasn't full?! When I asked after about 20 minutes, they said we were next. After that it took another 20 minutes. When the kebabs finally arrived, we noticed that they weren't really stubborn and some were almost happy. Unfortunately none of us really liked it and we didn't finish it either. The fries in the economy menu were really very few. But they were also very silly. Unfortunately I cannot understand the previous positive reviews. Maybe we just had a bad day.

If you want to eat something you didn't order, you've come to the right place. I have never experienced so many errors with an order. Things started with the drinks: a Cola Zero was ordered, but a normal Cola came. After one! This was noticed at some point, but that was a reason for the service not to exchange the Coke. (See picture) The cola was not drunk. A kebab without onions was ordered, but one came with a full load of onions. The error was reported and the service was ready to exchange it, but I refused as it would have been a shame to throw the kebab away because of it. Even the request to have garlic sauce with a dish was simply completely ignored. When all of this was brought up, all that came from the incredibly unfriendly service was a dry “I’m sorry.” For the future: As an apology, you could offer a free dessert or other small gift. This would show that you take your customers' satisfaction seriously and are willing to compensate for negative experiences. We don't come here anymore and advise everyone not to eat here.

Waiting time is at least an hour just to get water, the employees never need it again for 10 years!!!

We ate Adana, Adana with yoghurt, chicken skewers and chops. Kebabs were delicious. Lavash was hot and fresh. I think the fenugreek and yoghurt appetizer was a small portion for four people, but it was delicious. The employees were polite and understanding.

I base my rating exclusively on the Dürüm. I didn't eat grilled dishes, so I can't rate them. The Dürüm was ok but nothing special, the meat is very fatty, which you have to like. In the end, the whole thing is very dripping. I'm missing a hot sauce, which isn't available upon request and unfortunately my meat wasn't crispy either, I think it was cut off too early. But the service was great, very friendly guys at the start!

After a 20 minute wait the kebab arrived, but it was very greasy in taste and the bread seemed old. What bothered me the most, however, was that there was a piece of gristle in the kebab that I couldn't chew, because it was too hard. I informed the waiter and showed him the cartilage that he also took with him. He said it was due to the meat supplier. When paying he apologized but offered no discount. Sadly, I don't think I can recommend it.
