Chicken skewer very little. Price-performance not justified. Ketchup was inedible, as was the salad dressing. The salad was not tasty at all. Too expensive for this quality. It took a long time even though there wasn't much going on. You probably want to convey the feeling that everything is freshly made. The pepperoni had already been grilled beforehand and was initially just lying around on the edge of the grill. The ketchup and mayo were even forgotten at the beginning and only brought after 15 minutes, with the words "I forgot". Unfortunately bad. The water column just splashes. Loud. Not again.

Amazing Turkish Food at Mangal! We had a layover in Frankfurt and tried Mangal for lunch—absolutely excellent food and great service! For dinner, we ate at a nearby restaurant, but it didn’t compare. We returned to Mangal for dessert, and it did not disappoint. If I’m ever back in Frankfurt, this will be my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

Very unfriendly👎👎👎, we felt very uncomfortable. We were eating with 4 adults and 6 children. Immediately after the meal the waiter wanted to get rid of us so that we could continue to use the table economically. This has nothing to do with a restaurant. Conclusion: WE, MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

I ordered an Adana Dürüm and told extra that I only wanted onions and tomatoes, in the end I didn't get what I ordered but a Dürüm with different types of salad I accepted it out of politeness, but I find it really disappointing. At the end I was asked about my satisfaction, I expressed the situation, the waiter listened to it and Erhan immediately made a new Dürüm and was very polite and customer-oriented. The 5 stars go to the waiter Erhan, very polite. Thanks

The employees are committed, The waiter who served us WITH GLASSES was very personable, we didn't miss anything because he tried very hard and asked us several times if everything was correct. We bought a grill plate for 2 people and found the food very good, everything arrived very quickly and all the dishes on the plate were warm. There were many meat dishes and they all tasted very tasty, as did the sauces. The service was very hospitable and welcomed us with a smile. I would definitely eat there again if my trip took me to Frankfurt.

I would give 6 stars if I could... both the food and the hospitality were great! As a starter (which was unexpected) fresh flatbread with dips and after the meal there was tea and baklava on the house! The next time I'm in FFM I'll come back

I came here to eat because it was so late and I have to say, the Adana Kebab was really tasty! The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Despite the later hour, I was served very nicely.

Great restaurant . The menu contains a wide selection of grills . The staff are so pleasant and welcoming. When you finish your meal, you will be served with black tea . The dessert with white cream on the top was such amazing $ & not to much sugary .

The conclusion: The food came about an hour later, the fries were cold and the meat was cold and not cooked through. After we explained the whole thing to the employees, the meat was grilled for the second time. It was sickening, the flesh was like car tires. Shame on you! Everyone, avoid the store. One of my go-to spots in Frankfurt for kebabs etc. Due to the long opening hours you can also eat here after a bar evening and still there is no lack of quality. As far as service is concerned, there is an employee with glasses (his name is Feyaz) who stands out very well, is always very friendly and accommodating and is always available for a nice chat! Employees like this always make you want to come back to the store. Really great guy and good shop!

The waiter's attitude was as cold as the rice. The glass was stained with water, something you rarely see in a restaurant in Germany, an absolute no-go. I've been coming here ever since the restaurant was open to drink my lentil soup there and I'm usually served by the same waiter who is just great, accommodating and extremely polite. Unfortunately I don't know his name but he wears glasses and has tattoos. He deserves a star because he does takes care of the customers so so well! And the kitchen is also really nice and only conjures up the most beautiful and delicious food, absolutely recommended!!!

Great restaurant for Halal food. The menu contains a wide selection of grills. Your dish is served with Afghani bread with butter. The staff are so pleasant and welcoming. When you finish your meal, you will be served with black tea that you should not miss. This is my second time. Last year at the same time I was in Frankfurt and the hotel reception recommended this restaurant for me. I strongly recommend this restaurant. Enjoy your meal.

Selfmade bread for durum and fresh ingredients. Veal meat has higher quality. For the price of 9.5€ the size of the durum is a bit disappointing.

It's very delicious but it's overpriced, but I think it's normal and the place is nicely decorated and frankly I liked it. They were attentive in terms of service and frankly it's a delicious experience. Everyone can go. We bought a mixed meal for 4 people and paid 78.90 cents.
