A great enrichment for Dieburg! Very friendly and courteous service. Excellent food with always fresh ingredients. You can follow the drink recommendations with your meal without hesitation. A great family business. Keep it up!

I've been getting a burger here every now and then since this place opened. Of course, you could say that over €10 is too much when I only pay €1 at the Restaurant Zur Goldenen Möwe, but the quality is amazing. The bread is fresh and homemade, the patties are hand-formed, and the sauces are mixed in-house. And you can taste it! I'll be back!

I absolutely cannot recommend it.
For the first two days, I had roommates—more precisely, bedbugs in the mattress. Then I was given a room two rooms away from the previous one, without any check to see if the bugs had spread to the other rooms. Not to mention an apology or anything of the sort. The owner simply remained silent. And then there was the fact that for three weeks I was probably the only one with broken radiators, and the cold air from the stairwell blew down to my ankles, even though I occasionally heard other hotel guests complaining about the cold and the broken heating in the stairwell. I had to sleep in a sweater and sweatpants… Even my supervisor's intervention was useless. What's particularly disgusting is that after almost two weeks, I was finally asked for fresh towels and bed linens. And the worst part: nothing was done about it—no trash was taken out, no vacuuming. The drains were clogged in most of the rooms. Within minutes, the water was ankle-deep. And the drain stank, the whole room smelled unpleasant, and I had to buy my own toilet paper… And this is supposed to be a “hotel”?
The owner simply apologized over the phone when he learned about the bedbug infestation in my room and asked me not to leave a bad review on Google. I thought to myself, everyone's only human and these things happen, but after two weeks of inaction, the person got nothing out of it except humiliation. The entire hotel should have remained closed until the bedbugs were eradicated. I regret not informing the health department.

Two months ago, the pizza here was fantastic – delicious, with great spicy salami, and just right overall. So we ordered again today: two Diavola pizzas.
Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment.
No spicy salami, instead very greasy, with very salty toppings and significantly lower quality cheese than before. The taste was nowhere near as good – we couldn't even eat half.
It's a shame the quality has dropped so drastically. We probably won't be ordering again anytime soon.
