I have to say, everything from the service to the food was top-notch.
I'd even give it 6 stars if I could! 😍😍
I spontaneously grabbed a doner kebab here today with extra requests like more sauce, more cabbage, and other nonsense, and they kept asking if it was all right because it seemed to be just the right amount. Even after I asked if it would still be €7, he smiled and said it was fine, but thanks for asking. 💪👌🙏 I ate it at home and it was incredibly delicious, all for €7... and I was still quite full.
Good day, or at least a good place – that deserves a shout-out.
I recently ate at Pizzeria Giuseppe in Bochum and was very disappointed. I had bruschetta as a starter, which was fine, but the pizza was a complete disaster. I ordered a Pizza Funghi, but was served one with ham and mushrooms, even though I had specifically requested a vegetarian option. As a vegetarian, I sent it back, expecting them to make a new pizza.
Instead, the waiter – who is also the owner – brought the pizza back a short time later and assured me he hadn't forgotten about me, trusting that the pizza was indeed meat-free. However, upon closer inspection, it became obvious that they had simply removed the ham instead of making a fresh pizza – I only noticed this after I had started eating.
There were still bits of meat everywhere. When I asked about it, they even confirmed that they had simply removed the meat – along with a rather flimsy excuse.
In my opinion, this is an absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat customers who have specific dietary requirements. That's a real shame – this is how you lose trust!
Also, an appetizer was served as dessert because it had been forgotten.

We ordered two stone-baked pizzas to go.
The crispy crust, the fresh and generous toppings, everything was delicious.
We were very satisfied.
We were here for our wedding dinner and this year for our first wedding anniversary.
The food and service are fantastic!
We're already looking forward to our next visit.
We booked a cocktail course at Barito as part of our company Christmas party and were very impressed.
From the initial phone call with the owner, Metin, to the entire planning process, everything went very smoothly. Our various individual requests were immediately and extremely courteously accommodated and implemented with exceptional expertise.
The cocktail course itself exceeded our expectations. In short: a visually stunning location, friendly staff, extremely fresh and high-quality ingredients, spontaneous adjustments to individual tastes and preferences, competent yet fun instruction on the correct preparation of cocktails (including tips and tricks), delicious snacks (we didn't book the hot food option), overall 10/10.
All in all, after this experience, I wholeheartedly recommend Barito and would urge anyone interested in taking a cocktail course to do so here.

Wonderful anniversary celebration at AMEA. We came here on a recommendation and can only pass it on.
The antipasti for starters were really good, but the pizza and desserts were even better. Very friendly service, and the slightly higher prices are definitely justified by the taste.
