DAS STEINGUT in Königstein/Sächs.Schw.

Höchstnoten gibt es vor allem für die Einzigartigkeit und Originalität der Gerichte. Die Atmosphäre ist einladend. Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es gibt zwar nur wenige Plätze für neue Gäste, aber selbst zwei größere Gruppen fanden noch einen Platz für uns vier. Ich kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Ein tolles Erlebnis!

Nette Lokalität zum Einkehren nach dem Wandern. Der Käseteller war liebevoll angerichtet, der Landwein schmeckte hervorragend und der Zupfkuchen zum Nachtisch war ein Gedicht. Sollten wir nochmals in der Nähe sein, kommen wir garantiert wieder.

Tolle Atmosphäre - wirkich wunderschön liebevoll gestaltet, von der Terrasse aus hat man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Elbe und Königstein sowie die Festung Königstein. Das Essen war super lecker und der Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung.

Sehr gemütliches Ambiente.Essen war super,aber es gibt eher gesunde Sachen als deftige Küche.

Ein wahnsinnig schönes Landgut mit sehr freundlichem und engagiertem Service. Man sitzt dort wunderbar unter den Bäumen im Elbtal, so toll ☺️. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Probiert unbedingt den Käseteller! Der Käse kommt direkt von Demeter- und Biohöfen aus der Region und ist sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Ich habe dort einen tollen Abend verbracht, in Gesellschaft eines drolligen Katers, der zufrieden in der Abendsonne gedöst hat. Es ist ruhig und romantisch hier. Reservieren ist sinnvoll, da es schnell voll wird. Bringt Bargeld mit, Kartenzahlung ist nicht möglich.

Das Essen war lecker und das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Wer nach der Wanderung zum Lilienstein Hunger hat wird hier auf jeden Fall satt. Gerade bei kaltem Wetter lohnt sich eine Einkehr um bei einer heißen Suppe wieder warm zu werden. Sehr empfehlenswert ist das Apfelbier.

Wunderbare Einkehrmöglichkeit auf halber Strecke zwischen Elbe und Anstieg zum Fuß des Liliensteins. Leckeres Rechenberger Pils und hervorragender Kuchen sind für eine Rast unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Ein persönliches Erlebnis mit nostalgischem Charme. Dieses kleine Restaurant befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Stall, der liebevoll restauriert wurde, wobei die historische Bausubstanz erhalten und hervorgehoben wurde. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich und authentisch. Das Restaurant ist von Weideland umgeben, auf dem Hühner, Gänse, Schafe und Ponys frei herumlaufen. Das Essen war köstlich. Die Auswahl ist zwar begrenzt, aber das tat dem Erlebnis keinen Abbruch.

Hübsch an der Elbe liegt das "Steingut",fast genau gegenüber der Festung Königstein. Es führt ein kombinierter Fuß/Radweg zwischen dem dem Restaurant und der Elbe. Das Essen ist lecker, der Heidelbeerkuchen frisch zubereitet und noch warm.🌞👍🍰

Wahnsinnig schönes Gut mit freundlichem Personal und Liebe zum Detail. War sofort schockverliebt und denke sehr gern an meinen Besuch hier zurück. Wir hatten gegrillten Ziegenkäse, die Lammhaxe und den Enteneintopf. Alles war köstlich und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Heute Abend besuchten wir das Steingut. Es war mollig warm und das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Heute hatten ich Lammrücken mit Grillgemüse. Das Fleisch war mega zart und Gemüse war geschmackvoll.

Der Innenbereich ist zwar klein aber sehr gemütlich und Dank Ofen im Herbst/Winter wärmstens zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist noch hausgemacht und deshalb sehr lecker, die Preise sind angemessen. Klare Empfehlung und der perfekte Abschluss einer Wanderung zum Lilienstein.

Ein schöner Ort mit toller Aussicht. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und das empfohlene Lamm war ein Gedicht und entsprechend der Qualität sehr preiswert.

Was für ein schöner Ort! Da ich auf der anderen Elbseite wohnte, war er für mich leicht zu erreichen (oder mit der Fähre von Königstein aus). Das Gulasch war hervorragend. Man schmeckte, dass die Zutaten frisch waren (und ich glaube sogar, aus der Region). Es herrschte eine sehr charmante Atmosphäre, und man merkte, dass auch die Einheimischen gerne hierherkamen.

Bin durch Google-Rerche auf das Lokal gekommen, waren am andern Elbufer auf dem Camping. Absolut lohnenswerter "Geheimtip", waren zum Abendessen da. Reservation empfiehlt sich, da Innenraum bei nicht so tollem Wetter schnell voll. Sehr sehr toller, liebevoller Familienbetrieb, super nett, regionales seeehr leckeres Essen und einfach mega Atmosphäre. Top!!

Ein sehr schön gelegener Platz für ein Restaurant. Eine sehr nette Bedienung und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Es hat mich sehr gefreut dort in dem Hof mit schönem Blick zu sitzen. Wenn wir in der Nähe sind kommen wir immer gerne hier her. :)

Traumhafter Ort mit superleckerem Essen, das sehr liebevoll zubereitet und angerichtet wird. Innen und außen kann man wunderbar sitzen und die Betreiber*innen sind sehr nett.

Wir waren gestern zum Abendessen dort gewesen. Haben schnell einen Tisch bekommen, auch für unsere Hunde stand frisches Wasser bereit. Der Service war so lala, die Bestellung aufgeben ging rasch, aber als wir dann bezahlen wollten mussten wir doch ziemlich lange warten. Das Essen, ein Bauernteller für zwei war lecker, aber für zwei erwachsene Personen doch recht wenig.

Seit 10 Jahren kommen wir mehr als gerne her. Es schmeckt immer phantastisch, ist wunderbar liebevoll angerichtet und mit Lächeln & Liebe serviert. Ein Wohlfühlort durch und durch!

Wir waren heute mit meinem Mann und unseren beiden Hunden in diesem Lokal. Ich war sehr zufrieden. Mein Gulasch war sehr gut, das Fleisch war lecker und ich würde es wieder bestellen. Die Atmosphäre ist cool und gemütlich. Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Authentic restaurant in an orchard!

The other restaurant: If you're arriving by car, I recommend taking the ferry from Königstein to the other bank to stop for a bite to eat there. The road is very narrow, so it makes sense to leave the car in Königstein. The food fits the ambiance perfectly; inside, you sit in the vaulted cellar, very rustic and quaint. The beer garden is very cozy with a view of the Elbe and Königstein Fortress. The service is fantastic, friendly, and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. A visit to the farm shop is also well worth it!

High quality food with a great atmosphere.

I was at your house today and ordered a vegetable stir-fry with chopped beef. To be honest, I didn't like the food, BUT, that's not why I'm writing this review, but the reason is that after this meal, about 15 minutes later, my stomach was very upset, and I barely had time to get home. Update: My boyfriend ordered the exact same thing as me and will most likely spend the evening in the bathroom as well.

I wasn't quite as impressed. My meal was very modest and the beer was warm. The price for the food isn't justified. A large beer here is 0.3 liters. We were a group of six. For me, it was my first and last visit.

You wait longer than we are used to here, but in the end it all turned out well. Pleasant environment for a drink.

Homemade pancakes and cakes were served as starters – and the cheese omelet as the main course was truly fantastic: fresh, hearty, and authentic. The garden is a dream – tranquil, green, and with a direct view of the Elbe River and Königstein Fortress. The atmosphere is calm, warm, and personal – attention to detail is evident everywhere. We immediately felt at home and will definitely be back!

An insider tip, idyllic on the Elbe. Super friendly service, delicious food. There's a tiny farm shop with lots of homemade products. I bought some chive blossom salt from there, and the homemade liqueurs are also amazing. For cheese lovers, there's goat cheese.

After climbing the Lilienstein, we found this small, cozy beer garden café where we enjoyed a cool draft beer. The place is very idyllic. The service was incredibly nice and friendly. We highly recommend this little gem.

Top-quality (organic) produce, mostly from the farm itself. Very friendly owners who clearly put their heart and soul into the ambiance. A real insider tip: it's best to only arrive by car during the off-season.

We stopped in for a quick rest and were immediately impressed by this small restaurant. It was perfect beer garden weather. The menu features local specialties. We were pleasantly surprised by the cold platter and the goat's cheese roll. The taste was amazing, and the service was friendly and quick.

Es gibt Hausmannskost und täglich frisch gebackenen Kuchen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Bei größeren Gruppen bitte unbedingt reservieren. Es kommt nicht auf die genaue Uhrzeit an. Die Betreiber müssen es nur wissen, wegen der Essensplanung.

Very idyllic little farm with good food

Incredible surprise for my girlfriend and me, this restaurant is authentic, simple, pleasant, with a "take your time" state of mind, we were welcomed by a very pleasant and cool manager, a welcome worthy of a family meal. We felt the joy of this nature, of this welcoming and gentle fauna and flora of this region, this is the feeling we had through the place and the welcome. BUT NOT ONLY, especially in the kitchen! It's local cuisine with super good and delicious local and regional products! A cuisine made of love and comfort, like this goulash! WHICH IS EXCELLENT, if we were locals we would go every week! The menu is simple and effective, with perhaps little choice for some (for dishes) but I think this is a great point! This shows that the dishes are mastered and delicious

Discovered it by chance on our random tour and we felt very comfortable under the beautiful walnut tree, with a view of the Königstein Fortress, with delicious coffee, cocoa and cake. Gladly again. The small, natural refreshment stops are our favorites.

Sweet village shop with a farm. We recommended the goat cheese, which you can order with your meal or in the store to take home. It's a shame that the inn doesn't open until relatively late. You can only stop here on the way back from Lilienstein to the ferry.

Most beautiful beer garden in Königstein, absolute recommendation! The operators pay attention to regionality and quality when it comes to food and drink. The farmer's board with cheese from the region and homemade chicken from the farm is highly recommended. The ambience with a view of Königstein Castle is beautiful. Homemade liqueurs and chutneys as well as all sorts of other organic regional delicacies can be purchased in the farm shop. Definitely worth a visit and a detour!

We were super satisfied. Small, cozy and the food is home-made. Stew with lamb and herb pancakes with goat's cream cheese and for dessert it had to be a wild boar bratwurst. Finally it tasted what it is. Thanks

The Steingut Café in Königstein is the perfect place to relax after a hike or bike ride! The local beer is excellent and the farm shop offers regional products in a beautiful setting. The terrace with a view of the castle and the Elbe is particularly beautiful, ideal for relaxing, especially in the shady areas. The plum cake is simply the best I've ever tasted! The owner is very friendly and attentive, and the schnapps is made from local ingredients - a real highlight and the perfect souvenir! Not to forget: the farm's own rooster *Fricassee*, who runs around in the yard and puts you in a good mood with his charm. An absolute insider tip that you shouldn't miss!

Sitting in the shade on a hot summer day, very good food and drink and a cozy atmosphere with very friendly service. We would have preferred to stay there.

Great restaurant, with regional products

Great little shop near the ferry opposite Königstein. The ambience is very nice and invites you to linger. The boss and his wife are very nice and have built a great restaurant here. There are several water bowls for dogs. We also loved the food. Price wise okay. We would be happy to come back again when we are nearby.

Great, rustic location with a cozy atmosphere and very nice operator. The food was delicious and the price was absolutely right. We will definitely come back on our next holiday in the region.
