Very tasty food, everything tastes very fresh and high quality. The vegetables are still slightly crunchy and the portions are very large, I think the prices are fair, fast delivery, everything was still hot. Very friendly telephone contact with good advice if you have any questions and a friendly supplier. We'll be happy to order again :) thank you very much

Got to enjoy this restaurant’s food several times a few days ago, at lunch and dinner time. The salmon nigiri sushis were perfect, tasted really good, and the noodles were also amazing, smelled like authentic Vietnamese food. (Writing this review makes me very hungry and now I want to order from them again right now btw.) Their menu is impressive and offers a variety of vegan and vegetarian options, too. Everything is freshly cooked, and the presentation is always beautiful, with great care put in small details. The staff is friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the fact they accept card payments, which isn’t that common among Vietnamese restaurants in Germany. Would be happy to come back anytime!

Came here with a group of six colleagues. It was easy to make a reservation via email and they were so accommodating to our changes with timing and the amount of people! The restaurant space is beautiful with warm lighting. Their menu has a variety of items like soups, curries, and appetizers. I think it’s interesting they call eggrolls “spring rolls” here and what I consider spring rolls is DIY special rolls. I got a pot of chrysanthemum tea, “spring rolls,” dumplings to share, and a bowl of pho (recommended to me while I was choosing between that and bun bo hue). I think it’s cool that they offered bun bo hue and chè banh lot here. I don’t see it often in Europe so I wish we were able to go twice so I could’ve tried it. The chrysanthemum tea was a whole flower (wait for it to bloom before drinking!). It was warming for the cold weather. I also got a non-alcoholic beer which tasted just like liquid bread without the tang of alcohol. It was my first time having a non-alcoholic beer so it felt like a prettier carbonated drink to me. The spring rolls came in three small pieces; one order is meant to be for one person. I liked how crispy it was. The dumplings were probably the letdown of the meal. Texture and flavors were lackluster. You really got to dip it in the curry sauce that it’s plated on which makes for an awkward experience when sharing. There are six pieces per order. The veggie type had mushrooms and while I usually like them, I didn’t enjoy them as much as the meat version. My pho hit the spot after a whole week of European food. I find Germany’s pho to be better than those of other European countries probably due to the big diaspora. It didn’t come with hoisin and Sriracha like it does in the U.S.—just bean sprouts, lime, Thai chilies, basil, and I was surprised they had the spiky leaves too. It was a good portion and the meat was tender. I demolished the whole bowl. The service was amazing. I think the final price was a bit much per person (30€+ each). Overall I highly recommend this spot in Essen!

Many positive preliminary reports and recommendations convinced us about the visit. Prices are consistently reasonable considering the quality of the products. Water is a bit expensive for our taste at €7 per liter. Beautifully prepared and something to behold. Service nice and attentive. We were served the wrong starter, but it was still very tasty. Personally, we think it could have been a little spicier, but opinions certainly vary. In general, we had a nice evening and will definitely be happy to come back.

It's not crazy, it's not the same Chinese as in Poland, but in terms of quantity you can eat ok

I ordered 1 bún mix, As a Vietnamese people, it’s not Vietnamese taste. We don’t eat like that. I already know so difficult to find real Vietnamese food’s taste in foreign. So I just hope 70% is okay but unfortunately it’s out of my expectation. This food that I ordered, I need to mix with fish sauce, and my food is not enough sauce so I requested more but they gave me soy sauce.

Maybe it's the old man who takes the order or my pronunciation is bad, but what I ordered was said to be "No". I don't know if it's sold out or if the old man is taking care of it. Cards under €20 are not accepted. The Nippon noodles (something like salted fried noodles) were tasteless and the amount was unusual. The massaman curry is delicious, but if you choose A Tohu, be careful as it will be deep-fried. The only thing that makes me feel relieved is that the caps worn by old men have alphabets that look like initials.
