Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. We had reserved a table but when we arrived we were simply not given a seat. No explanation, no apology - we were simply ignored and had to leave. Treating guests like this is absolutely unacceptable. We're definitely not coming back!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. We reserved a table for 7 people for our son's 30th birthday and had this reservation confirmed. When we arrived in the evening on the appointment, the restaurant was closed due to alleged damage to the kitchen. It's probably not too much to ask to inform us about it by email. That's not how you treat guests. So you lost us and other recommendations.

Never eaten such a bad kunafa and for over 8 euros!!

Very tasty food and very nice people

Unfortunately, it was bad. We ordered food from the emergency room two weeks ago. Some of us had diarrhea, and some vomited. As nursing staff, we reported this to the relevant authorities. Aside from the fast delivery and the gift (baklava), we only get one star. Those who play games with other people's health shouldn't be rewarded, but rather checked repeatedly!

Yes, I can definitely, fresh fries and great service, extra warm egg-packed fries with extra mayonnaise for my mother in the retirement center. Many thanks to Bodeum Grill...a delivery service to the senior center would be a dream

We slowly ate our way through most of the menu: everything tastes very good, especially the kofta and Adana skewers fresh from the grill! But my personal highlight is the veal pan with rice! Definitely try it!! Small downer: pide and pizza are no longer on the menu!

Ordered this evening, very long delivery time for 2 kebab plates. Approx. 1.5 -2 hours. The salad was okay, the meat itself was delicious. The fries were completely under the meat and were soggy and mushy. Drown the meat with sauce. For just under 11 euros a plate, a portion that is far too small. Very little meat and also few fries. I was actually always full after a plate of kebab, but not here. Price/performance poor. Will order our kebab plate from Royal in Cronenberg again in the future.

10/10. Easy the best fries I ever ate, same as the Falafeltasche. Also very affordable, paid 10€ for fries, Falafeltasche and a drink. Service was great and friendly. Recommended.

We frequent this snack bar because it's close to our allotment. We can only recommend the Dürum kebab, and it's simply fantastic. Huge, lots of meat, and simply delicious! The price is great, too! Definitely recommend it.
