They plan to increase staffing, but it's hard to find one within a 30km radius. A very positive aspect is that they generally do NOT serve alcoholic beverages!!! The prices are relatively reasonable, as this isn't a snack bar. Noticeable: The restrooms are extremely clean despite the large number of guests. This is something guests rarely experience in fine dining. It was a bit quieter on the upper floor. Live music is even planned for the upcoming time. Parking is easy to find with little local knowledge. Q.E.D.

We ordered lahmacun, but it arrived incomplete. They corrected it later, thank you. The lahmacun dough and cooking time were excellent, but the filling was terrible. For example, I won't be back for lahmacun again. There was no appetizer for the table, but the other tables received appetizers. I guess they don't serve appetizers at low-priced siperis. This is a very strange practice. It's not a restaurant I would recommend.

Very tasty food, but the prices are simply too high. The Dürüm has gone up to €8. You'd think it was a large Dürüm with lots of meat, which is the opposite. It's a small Dürüm. Even a woman wouldn't be full with a little meat. Considering that a kilo of meat costs €8, and some are even cheaper, you'd have to pack a lot of meat in.

Pay attention to what's shown on the menu and what's actually served! We ate directly at the restaurant, and I ordered a kofte sandwich. The picture on the menu clearly showed four kofte, but only three were served. When I pointed this out, there was neither an apology nor understanding. Instead, an excuse was immediately presented and the response was defensive. If only three pieces are served instead of four, you should either adjust the price accordingly or at least apologize and promise to do better next time. Unfortunately, neither of these things happened. As a guest, I would like to share this experience. If a restaurant calculates its prices so precisely, you shouldn't be surprised if guests publicly rate their experiences just as precisely. After all: Without guests, there's no business!

One of the cleanest restaurants in the area, we eat there regularly and are very impressed by the friendly service and the delicious food. We are most impressed by the sweet counter, its fresh bread and of course the young, always smiling employee who serves well.

During our visit yesterday with ten people to Asmali Konak, the staff was overwhelmed to the max. At first there was no bread with the starter dip. The main course was mostly cold as we ordered Oturtma - soggy and cold, other orders as well. Sent back to warm, it came back cold again. The side dishes only arrived five minutes after the main course, and no one knew which belonged to whom. A restaurant with two floors should be prepared for a large number of guests on a Saturday evening, which can hardly be handled by one waiter alone. Too bad and sad.

I ate here twice with my children, and when paying I noticed twice that the calculation was incorrect. More was always required than was actually signposted. The first time I didn't think anything of it, after all it can happen to anyone. The second time I was puzzled. They then apologized and came to terms with it relatively quickly. But the highlight was when I was waiting in the car and my daughter bought a tuna pizza & I told her to please pay close attention to the price and the change. Where she got back in the car. It was 1€ less. I was really angry. I went in myself and mentioned that it was now the 3 times that people tried to pocket more change than the actual price. My daughter was put off with a drink of extinguisher. We stopped eating there or getting takeaway. And now I find out months later that I'm probably not the only one here. I'm shocked, apparently this is their scam and actually this deserves a big report. Something like this needs to be reported urgently.

We have been regular guests for years and have always been satisfied. The staff was always top. Except for a young waiter who has been there several times now! It was noticed that he was cheating on us! Very disappointing! We went to this restaurant and definitely won't be back. At first we weren't allowed to choose where we wanted to sit, we were simply seated at an uncomfortable table, even though there were many other seats available. Then we were literally pressured into ordering more than we actually wanted, just so the restaurant could obviously make more sales. That made the whole evening uncomfortable. The absolute highlight: We waited 50 minutes for a Künefe, and when it finally came, it was burnt and inedible. Not a word of apology from the staff, no attempt to make amends. Something like that doesn't work! Never again.

Very nice restaurant, the food is very tasty and the service is also very friendly, but there is still a mystery. There is a door next to the toilet where no one knows exactly what is in there, people are constantly going in but no one is ever leaving, sometimes 8 people at the same time but when we took a look inside we only found a dark room with a gaming setup and two people in it . To this day we cannot explain what this room is and what it is doing in the restaurant. Still a good restaurant and highly recommended despite the ominous door.

Ordered some grilled meat and some tea and a dessert called kunafa it was the best meat I've ever ate in my life I was so surprised I came there haven't ate in about two days that was the first and best meal I've had this week insane place recommend it for you and the dessert was just perfect and it had enough just about to fill me up 10/10 🌟🌟🌟

Waiters do not pay attention to hygiene. The waiter entered the toilet and came out with the same gloves. Another waiter sneezed into a glove and tried to continue using the same glove. Particular attention should be paid to such things in restaurants.

We went there exactly 3 times, thinking that maybe it would get better. All 3 times, as a family, the price is higher, appetizers and food are given less, they charge 2.50 for extra bread, breakfast comes, teas are delivered upon request for 10 minutes, so it's not worth your money, friends, it's a pity for your money, it's cheap and not of high quality hygiene, tables and chairs.
