Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. We had reserved a table but when we arrived we were simply not given a seat. No explanation, no apology - we were simply ignored and had to leave. Treating guests like this is absolutely unacceptable. We're definitely not coming back!

We had reserved a table in advance, but when we arrived our place was simply given to other guests. Despite the reservation we had to wait and no reasonable solution was offered to us. The staff seemed disorganized and there was no apology for the misunderstanding. Very disappointing - after all, a reservation should be kept!

Under no circumstances go there, the food doesn't taste good at all and isn't fresh

One of the best in Velbert, but the only problem is hygiene. Wearing gloves does not make your food clean. Touching money and cleaning than touching your food is always a bad idea!comparing to others in Velbert they are still cleaner than others, but still disgusting to witness such behavior. But the staff are nice & I feel so embarrassed to give them personally such remarks. I don't belive in Turkey is allowed to touch money and cleaning stuff and mobile than your food, so why in Germany! I have no idea

One of the cleanest restaurants in the area, we eat there regularly and are very impressed by the friendly service and the delicious food. We are most impressed by the sweet counter, its fresh bread and of course the young, always smiling employee who serves well.

During our visit yesterday with ten people to Asmali Konak, the staff was overwhelmed to the max. At first there was no bread with the starter dip. The main course was mostly cold as we ordered Oturtma - soggy and cold, other orders as well. Sent back to warm, it came back cold again. The side dishes only arrived five minutes after the main course, and no one knew which belonged to whom. A restaurant with two floors should be prepared for a large number of guests on a Saturday evening, which can hardly be handled by one waiter alone. Too bad and sad.

I ate here twice with my children, and when paying I noticed twice that the calculation was incorrect. More was always required than was actually signposted. The first time I didn't think anything of it, after all it can happen to anyone. The second time I was puzzled. They then apologized and came to terms with it relatively quickly. But the highlight was when I was waiting in the car and my daughter bought a tuna pizza & I told her to please pay close attention to the price and the change. Where she got back in the car. It was 1€ less. I was really angry. I went in myself and mentioned that it was now the 3 times that people tried to pocket more change than the actual price. My daughter was put off with a drink of extinguisher. We stopped eating there or getting takeaway. And now I find out months later that I'm probably not the only one here. I'm shocked, apparently this is their scam and actually this deserves a big report. Something like this needs to be reported urgently.

I ate there today with the family, received a very warm welcome and the food came relatively on time. I visit the store at least once a month and are very satisfied.

We have been regular guests for years and have always been satisfied. The staff was always top. Except for a young waiter who has been there several times now! It was noticed that he was cheating on us! After discussions with friends and family, it also emerged that this exact waiter was giving out counterfeit money or the white pieces of paper with the wrong one on them! Higher amount labeled! This is unbelievable and this is fraud! It's nice that he can afford his Balenciaga shoes. We won't set foot in the restaurant again! What a shame!

When asked about this, the waiter just shrugged his shoulders and said, “Well, sorry.” It's a shame... but luckily the competition next door isn't far away.

Best shop in town. Very good food and even if you want something quickly there is the option to take a pommdöner with you, for example.

Very disappointing! We went to this restaurant and definitely won't be back. At first we weren't allowed to choose where we wanted to sit, we were simply seated at an uncomfortable table, even though there were many other seats available. Then we were literally pressured into ordering more than we actually wanted, just so the restaurant could obviously make more sales. That made the whole evening uncomfortable. The absolute highlight: We waited 50 minutes for a Künefe, and when it finally came, it was burnt and inedible. Not a word of apology from the staff, no attempt to make amends. Something like that doesn't work! Never again.

It's a great place, a quiet and clean and spacious environment. I wanted a mixed breakfast. Everything was delicious. It's the place where I enjoy having breakfast.

Perfect kebab roll – a taste experience! The kebab roll was simply outstanding! Crispy, warm bread, fresh ingredients and delicately seasoned meat - all harmoniously balanced. The creamy yogurt dressing rounded off the taste perfectly. Large portion, friendly service – highly recommended!

Very nice restaurant, the food is very tasty and the service is also very friendly, but there is still a mystery. There is a door next to the toilet where no one knows exactly what is in there, people are constantly going in but no one is ever leaving, sometimes 8 people at the same time but when we took a look inside we only found a dark room with a gaming setup and two people in it . To this day we cannot explain what this room is and what it is doing in the restaurant. Still a good restaurant and highly recommended despite the ominous door.

We have breakfast there. There was a very large selection of dishes that were brought directly to the table in the form of smaller bowls. There was also freshly brewed black tea, freshly squeezed orange juice and water. I will definitely come again.

Ordered some grilled meat and some tea and a dessert called kunafa it was the best meat I've ever ate in my life I was so surprised I came there haven't ate in about two days that was the first and best meal I've had this week insane place recommend it for you and the dessert was just perfect and it had enough just about to fill me up 10/10 🌟🌟🌟

Waiters do not pay attention to hygiene. The waiter entered the toilet and came out with the same gloves. Another waiter sneezed into a glove and tried to continue using the same glove. Particular attention should be paid to such things in restaurants.

We went there exactly 3 times, thinking that maybe it would get better. All 3 times, as a family, the price is higher, appetizers and food are given less, they charge 2.50 for extra bread, breakfast comes, teas are delivered upon request for 10 minutes, so it's not worth your money, friends, it's a pity for your money, it's cheap and not of high quality hygiene, tables and chairs. It's dirty and dirty. The price was overcharged three times, we objected twice, it was dropped, we paid the bill the last time, they overcharged again, and we left without making a sound, never to enter again.
