Great kebab! Unusually tasty and very good service. You feel very welcomed by the great staff.

An hour for a journey time of 5 minutes? When I went there to pick it up and asked if he could refund the delivery fee, I was told no, it wasn't possible. I canceled the order on the spot. Even though he could cancel the order, he didn't! So the money was debited from me without receiving anything in return. Lieferando doesn't answer! I will never order from this store again!!!

Before we moved to Bavaria, this was always our regular kebab shop. And we really miss the really good kebab. It doesn't taste good here. But if we come to NRW once a month, we are guaranteed to eat one at Meister Döner

Just don't order there until the food arrives too late. You call to ask where it is and you'll be insulted stupidly on the phone The driver comes to the door in a cheeky manner, you go outside to ask him what that's all about and then the car hits you completely in the leg!!! So the ad comes!!!

The kebab itself was ok.. but the staff (the service) was disappointing) I wanted to pay by card and they said it wasn't possible, but in the bribe another customer arrives and pays by card... the service is really poor.. I don't understand why you don't accept card payment from everyone, plus really different portions... not enough meat, shameful... I won't come back to you again I'm sorry... I also didn't even receive a receipt for the payment

The name “Master” Döner is a complete joke! The worst takeaway kebab plate of my life. I was about to inform the health department because I had diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days. The meat was sliced ​​so thin you could see through it. It was just a burnt crust. That's how you get a lot out of one skewer. This is probably called profit optimization. The salad was pretty mushy and the pepperoni on top was 3/4 burnt coal. Guaranteed never again!!

We ordered a kebab and a lahmacun there this evening, the delivery time was stated as 60 minutes. After 50 minutes we were called and told that lahmacun was sold out. (that can happen, but it's better to communicate something like that) I then decided on Dürum. After almost 2 hours the food came, we had to pay for lahmacun, even though the Dürum was 1 euro cheaper. Then we discovered that the ingredients of kebab and dürum were swapped. We called, the first statement was "Take one down and put it on the other" I find that very outrageous!! The food should then be re-delivered and the driver should take the wrong food. The driver didn't want to take the bag with him and just brought us the new Dürum. He didn't respond at all to our question where the kebab was. So we called again. We were then told in a very unfriendly manner on the phone that they had made the kebab correctly and that we just wanted to eat for free. Both money back for the missing kebab and subsequent delivery were refused. It's really shocking how some people treat their customers!

I ordered through liferando at 9 p.m. and the food finally arrived at 10:34 p.m. The lifermann was unfriendly and the food was rather cold. The rice from the kebab plate was soggy. The wrap was ordered without cheese and came with cheese and of course cold

I don't know what's so difficult about keeping to the specified time. If you choose the time then you expect the delivery to be delivered at the specified time. Today I ordered a kebab with tzatziki, you have to look for it in the kebab today.

Had a falafel plate for 13 euros: -Falafel were not homemade and fried to death in the deep fryer, they were bone hard -lots of lettuce, a piece of cucumber, a bit of tomato and a small piece of cheese Unfortunately I didn't like it.

Just disgusting. I asked for a pom döner, which he was supposed to make for me on a plate for €7.00. He wanted to sell me a kebab plate straight away for €12. When I asked if he could make me a simple pomdöner on a plate, he became very unfriendly. I left the store straight away. But it was probably just an employee who I think the boss is on vacation. Achver only had veal and it wasn't even completely cooked.

Very friendly service and modern furnishings. Unfortunately there are no real kebabs left. But you can eat the rotisserie pockets. It's no different anywhere else.

I've been a loyal customer for years. Whether kebab, falafel bag, or Turkish pizza, everything was always very tasty. Only recently have I noticed that I always have the pieces of the kebab skewer cut off thick at the bottom in my kebab. Although I always emphasize that I don't like them. Yes, that might be picky, but everyone can have their kebab topped the way they like it. Some of these thick pieces are burnt or really wobbly. Today the same. My wishes are not respected and there was also whispering. I'm really disappointed because I enjoyed eating there and left a €1-2 tip every time. Well, unfortunately this experience today was my last attempt to give this store another chance.

Today I was back in the brightly decorated restaurant after a long time. The personnel is very friendly and courteous. I ordered kebab with fresh vegetables. I didn't like the vegetables at all because they were made hot in the deep fryer, which was absolutely not tasty. Like everywhere else, the kebab has become more expensive, but unfortunately also smaller. I couldn't get enough for €7.50. Conclusion: Better to do it yourself. :)

I was actually a loyal regular customer, but after inappropriate jokes were made about me, in my presence and sometimes in a foreign language, even though I was the only one in the store! I think it's a shame because the food there was always tasty. Unfortunately, the lack of customer focus and respect makes even a good meal no longer enjoyable. The boss was always nice, this is about the employees on site.

Geh hier seit 5 Jahren essen und wurde noch nie unfreundlich behandelt. Essen ist super und bin heute (August 2023) mal wieder hier gewesen und kann mich einfach nicht beschweren. Während andere Dönerläden eine normale Dönertasche für 9€ anbietet kostet sie hier nur 6€. Super zufrieden.

Das Essen war eine zeit lang sehr inkonsistent, aber in den letzten Wochen sehr überzeugend. Damit platziert sich Meister Döner bei uns als unumstrittener Favorit. Hoffentlich bleibt die Qualität weiterhin so!

Ein gut gepflegter Laden. Preislich teurer als andere Dönerläden. Döner und Falaffeltaschen sind wenig gefüllt gewesen, im Prinzip hat man fast nur Brot und Sauce gegessen. Kenne es nur von früher, dass der Belag aus dem Brot rausquoll. Ist mittlerweile hier gar nicht mehr der Fall, eher muss man den Inhalt suchen. Geschmacklich in Ordnung, nicht schlecht aber auch nichts besonderes. Insgesamt ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht sonderlich gut, für das Gebotene ist es zu teuer.

Gestern Abend über Lieferando bestellt. Wartezeit für einen Samstag war völlig ok. 6.50€ für einen Döner sind mittlerweile normal, aber dann erwartet man einen gefüllten Döner und nicht sowas halb leeres, außerdem war wirklich wenig Soße auf dem Döner. Habe ich noch nie so erlebt. Jeder einzelne Döner war wirklich geizig gefüllt. Pommes waren nicht gesalzen und teilweise echt dunkel. Trotzdem war das Fleisch lecker.

Der beste Döner ins ganz Alstaden!!! Super freundlich, super schnell, super lecker und für die Qualität super günstig!!!

Immer wieder legger. Sehr freundlich. Vor Ort kann man sehr gut sitzen und essen. Ist jetzt kein wirkliches Restaurant aber als Imbiss sehr nett gemacht!!!
