We were there for the last time today. Service is super bad, drinks were forgotten and only brought at some point during the meal. The food didn't taste good either, the kebab meat wasn't cooked through!! And it didn’t taste good either! Never again!

I would like to give feedback on breakfast, but it's not easy for me because the impression was unfortunately very disappointing. Although the store officially opens at 8:00 a.m., even at 9:00 a.m. there was no bread available. In my opinion, it is incomprehensible that guests should already be sitting at their tables and helping themselves to the buffet while such an essential ingredient as bread is missing. Absolutely incomprehensible to me - this simply shouldn't happen.

I can say that it is the worst restaurant I went to in Germany because the food is beyond disgusting. I wanted a lamb Turkish delight, it takes a thousand witnesses to say it because it was as hard as a rock and it took more than an hour for them to deliver it. What surprised me was that even though it was a Saturday night, there were no other customers inside except us, and when they brought the food, I realized this. I advise them to learn the job so that they do not violate the rights of the nation.

Unfortunately, we only come here once a year for our daughter's birthday, but we are thrilled every time

I ordered 2 x kebab, 1x lahmacun and 3 x drinks and paid €30.50. the vegetables were old, the kebab meat was quite tough, the bread was too crusty and there wasn't much meat and vegetables. When it comes to lahmacun, I can only say that the portion is small and the taste is also not tasty. The service in the store wasn't good either. Overall, not worth a star, I'm very disappointed, I've had much better experiences before. For the price and the quality, never again!

I ordered through Lieferando and can highly recommend the place. Ordered a large doner kebab and a dürüm (dish-fried kebab). There was more than enough meat in it, great pepperoni, and the vegetables were well-distributed. The bread was crispy, and the meat had a pleasant, well-cooked, smoky flavor. Currently my number 1 in Duisburg!

We had a reservation made for breaking the fast. We arrived 26 minutes early. We were asked about our reservation. Then the "nice" lady at reception said that our reservation had been canceled and our seats had been given to other people because we had not arrived 30 minutes before the reservation time. You have to think about this “money-hungry” and profit-hungry behavior. A disgrace for the restaurant industry. I definitely can't recommend this restaurant to those who don't want any nasty surprises. There have been problems with food in the past. Used to be good, now miserable and bad.
