Turkish dessert shop. Delicious desserts and sweets. Just very busy that there was no room. Coincidentally, a group stood up and we were able to sit. I'm not going to wait until there is room, sorry.

We went to eat Katmer. It was quite delicious. I recommend.

The ambience is nice, but the toilets could be left clean by visitors. What you had to see recently was disgusting. The toilets need to be checked more regularly. Very, very reluctant to go there again.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a waiter who apparently had little patience for children and therefore behaved unfriendly or even aggressively. This is really disappointing, especially because you expect to be treated kindly and professionally in a restaurant - regardless of whether there are children or not. We won't come again

Baklava dünyasi is a recommended place for dessert lovers and offers an impressive selection of sweet delicacies. The ambience of the café is inviting and cozy, which makes the visit pleasant. The decoration and the friendly atmosphere make you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the San Sebastian Cheesecake, which is one of my most popular desserts. With its creamy texture and perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, it is an absolute must for anyone who visits the cafe. At just €5 it offers excellent value for money that you won't find in many other cafes.

Simply great...the spectrum of confectionery pastries, including those from Turkey, is very large here. Something for everyone. Not to be overlooked, hygiene is very important here. Friendly staff that doesn't take long to arrive (quick service, plus point)...I'm thrilled, highly recommended. Will continue to visit the store.

It's a great place in terms of price and performance. The interior has been restored and is very spacious. The desserts are delicious, it's a place I visit all the time. Their employees are very attentive!

I recently had a drink there with a colleague and thought the tea was quite good. The waitress was also very nice. What I didn't like, however, was that when the trays were being put away, an employee simply coughed on the tray with the goods/baklava. If I see something like that, I won't even consider buying baklava there or eating there in general. I beg you. Coughing on food doesn't have to be the case. And the employee often had to cough. You don't want to see something like that. It's not hard as an adult to cough into your elbows or whatever. But not on the food/sweets you want to serve to the customer. Otherwise it is a very nicely decorated store.

Love this place. The san sevastian cheesecake had us coming back 3 weeks in a row and the cold chocolate baklava is amazing. Love it. The decor, the staff and the desserts. All amazing.

The kunefe, which came with a tasteless, dry and stale carrot slice, was such that even the mascarpone on it, called cream, would not melt, it had neither sherbet nor taste. Orders did not come to the table even at the same time. It is also strange that customers are not allowed to pay by card. IT WAS THE FIRST AND THE LAST.

Waiter says we are not allowed to sit at the table of 4 with 3 people and would like to point out where we should sit. Nobody has anything to tell us straight away. The excuse was if 4 people come straight away, I don't have a seat then I have to assign you to the 3 seat. Total cheekiness never again

Worth a trip from Gelsenkirchen only for young people.

Unfortunately the prices are too high for what is offered! Way too expensive! "2 yesil sarma" for 7€!! It doesn't work at all. Savings are made on everything. We won't be visiting the store again.

Ambience very good. Location very good. The food was so-so, we got Katmer (Tatlı) and mocha and tea with it. Katmer was very tough. Actually the inner surface should be soft, unfortunately not in this case. The taste was the same too. It wasn't fresh and unfortunately not tasty. Unfortunately the tea (Çay) was bitter. It probably sat cooking for several hours. The day was still very nice. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. However, the waiter boss was not nice to the workers! Bad boss, great employee.

In itself a good service and delicious desserts which I can only recommend, but when ordering a cake for a child's birthday it was a complete disaster. I was very disappointed and very carelessly made. In terms of taste it was absolutely a letdown. I was hoping for a lot more from the birthday cake The cakes offered in the shop are good both visually and in taste.

We are looking for the previous owner with Candle. You're doing it very poorly, you're cutting down on sherpet and peanuts, and you're cooking it too little.

I ordered a cake for my birthday..everything was perfect with very friendly staff

I'll start with the good: Very nicely designed. You almost feel like you are in Turkey. I also think the decoration is very good and the seats and tables are comfortable. The problem is the waiting time is quite long. I ordered the strawberry cake and my colleagues ordered the fındık cake and the chocolate cake. I thought the strawberry cake tasted really bad. The taste was more like a piece of cardboard than strawberries. Strangely enough, there was a strawberry on the fındık cake but not on the strawberry cake??? The price is also incredibly expensive for such a small piece of cake, with such a chemical taste. Apart from the pleasant scenery, according to my friends, the shop doesn't really have much to offer when it comes to cakes. But the staff was friendly, which is why 2 stars.

Very good sandwiches in the morning

So far my visit to this restaurant has been very pleasant, until March 28th... That day I ordered the cold baklava, which is covered in milk. When they were served, I noticed that they were sprinkled excessively with cocoa powder, which made me suspicious and gave the impression that something was supposed to be hidden. When I ate the baklava, I immediately noticed that it tasted old and stale. After eating half, I already had a queasy feeling in my stomach, and the next day I started experiencing symptoms of food poisoning.... I will refrain from reporting this to the health department, but I would advise anyone not to visit this restaurant. Apparently the hygiene standards do not correspond to the usual standards in Germany.

Baklava and cakes are very good. Prices are, like elsewhere, high... Luckily, otherwise I would weigh 1000 kilos... :)

I had a very pleasant time in this cafe recently. I was particularly impressed by the Turkish tea - strong and aromatic, just as you would expect in Turkey. The Turkish mocha, which came in an eye-catching turquoise cup, also tasted great. The chocolate baklava not only looked good, but also tasted great - sweet, sprinkled with plenty of pistachios. It's a lively place, as you can see by the guests chatting away. A nice place for a tea or coffee break.

Ate various types of baklava. Taste is good. Is well prepared. Turkish tea was delicious. Turkish coffee is tasty. Atmosphere is also very cozy. Service was good too. Could be better, but that will probably be due to the crowds. It was full and we had to wait a while until a spot was designated by staff. Location deserves a full 10 stars Staff could be friendlier. The confectionery mediocre Definitely could be better. Big minus, everything is digital instead of a card but the prices are still unclear If you order, you get a scoop of ice cream on it upon request and that costs an extra €4. And get another receipt.

As someone who is especially fond of baklava, I can say that it may be the best baklava I have ever eaten in my life. I have not even eaten better in Gaziantep. Ich habe dem Laden mehrfach eine Chance gegeben um verschiedene Desserts zu testen. Habe hier Baklava gegessen, war leider nicht frisch, ist etwas lustig wenn man baklava dünyası heißt.. Tiramisu war leider ekelhaft gewesen. Gözleme war zu trocken gewesen. Nur Katmer hatte mir gut geschmeckt. Aber insgesamt leider nicht so toll, was den Geschmack angeht.

Herzaman gelen müşteriyiz. İlk deva Garson „Mustafa“ bize bakti. Ismini ordaki bayan Garson söyledi. Kahve istedimizi söyledik ve yanlislikla Kakao getirdi. Olabilir, sorun değil insaniz sonucda ama ona söyledimizden sonra bizimle Masada tartismay basladi, kizdi ve saygisizca davrandı. Kakaou aldi ve geri eletdi. Tezgahda calisan Kadinlara el hareket cekerek ve kizarak onlara durumu anlatdi sanirim. Ondan sonra yemeklerimizi önümüze atarak servis etdi . Yüzümüze bakmadi, konusmadi. Böyle birisi burda calismamasi lazım kesinlikle. O orda calisdi müddetçe ben kesinlikle ailemle birdaha gelmicem. Yemekler güzeldi. Ve herzaman geldimiz bir mekandi. Ama bu son.

Total unhöflicher Kellner der einem das Essen einfach hinklatscht und unhöflich ist. Brabbelt dann irgendwas auf Türkisch, was ich eh nicht verstehe aber bestimmt nichts höfliches ist so wie sein Gesichtsausdruck war. Sehr schade. Na ja , bin ja anscheinend nicht die einzige die den Service so schlecht findet ( -10 Sterne) und ich kann mir auch schon denken wer das war.

Das Verhalten von dem Keller Mustafa ging garnicht. Total respektlos und unfreundlich. Wir waren zu 4. und haben ganz normal bestellt. Als der Kellner Mustafa statt Schwarzen Café den wir bestellt haben, Kakao brachte , machen wir Ihn darauf aufmerksam. Das hat Ihm garnicht gepasst. Er hat mit uns Diskutiert das er das definitiv richtig verstanden hat und keinen Fehler gemacht hat. Ich meine, wir sind alles Menschen kann ja passieren aber nein er musste mit uns am Tisch darüber diskutierten statt das Getränkt einfach zu Wechseln. Danach hat er den Kakao mitgenommen und zur Theke gebracht und die Situation den Damen die dort die Getränke vorbereiten erzählt. Mit Wut und Handzeicjen haben wir dies beobachtet. Danach hat er uns dem Café gebracht. Die ganzen Gerichte bzw. Desserts die wir bestellt haben wurden vor uns hingeworfen. Das geht absolut garnicht. Nie wieder !!!

Sehr leckere und frische Baklava in einem ansprechenden und gemütlichem Ambiente. Ideal auch zum Frühstücken und Chillen mit Loungecharakter und feinen Kaffeespezialitäten - besser als jedes Starbucks. Wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Fistikli baklavasi oldukca güzel ama ederinden daha pahaliya satiliyor.

Habe hier verschiedene Sorten an Baklava ausprobiert, sowie Trilece und Katmer. Wer Wert auf Qualität legt ist hier genau richtig. Tatli schmeckt hier richtig gut. Der Laden bekommt aber von mir leider nur 4 Sterne, weil der Service mir nicht so gut gefallen hat. Mir ist wichtig, dass die Kellner, sie da arbeiten, einem höflich begrüßen und ein lachendes Gesicht haben. War leider nicht so.

Güler yüzlü olmak o kadar zor olmamali Özgür bey. Kac senelik işletme olmasına rağmen kart ile ödeme imkanı sunulması ayrı bir müşteri memnuniyetsizliğe sebep. Rica edilen bir şeyin masaya fırlatılması da ayrı bir saygısızlık. Bir daha asla tercih etmem çok pahallı.

Arkadaşlarla gittik ve maalesef hiç memnun kalmadık. Çalışanlar acele acele yüze bakmadan sorulara cevaplar veriyor. Rica edilen bir seyin masaya firlatilmasi da ayr bir saygisizlik.

Wie können Arbeiter sagen, dass Sesamringe nicht gebacken sind oder der Teig für Gözleme nicht fertig ist? Es ist seltsam, dass der Chef bemerkt hat, dass die Sache schnell zu Ende war.
