Well, I have to say that nowhere in NRW have I eaten such delicious baklava as here

Our friend recommended it, we will visit it as a family soon.

Once my favorite baklava shop in the area, unfortunately the quality has deteriorated and the taste of old baklava has deteriorated. Dubai chocolate had an indefinable taste and once there was a coffee taste in the chocolate, you noticed how uncleanly the work was done. You ask what types of cakes are, what you are told doesn't match. Sometimes it was supposed to be strawberry and raspberry was really great. If someone is allergic to it, you can't rely on it.

We went with three friends on 28.03.25, it was quite crowded. We couldn't find a seat, the tattooed employee in the seat section asked if we could sit in the empty seats, and asked us to line up. We asked where is the order, it was thrown, can't you see? It shows us the order of the cash register. Then it is dismissed as shameful. We waited for a while and they sat us at a very crowded and noisy table next to the cash register. We ate Trileçe, carrot baklava and drank tea, it was okay. We bought lotus pudding to take home, put it in the fridge and ate it the next day. When you eat the strawberries, they are spoiled and rotten.

The service is very bad. Your treatment is disrespectful. When the order is finished, I will be asked to change my seat or leave.🥲

Ambience great, waiters great! But unfortunately the tea glasses weren't clean, nor was the coffee cup. And we ordered katmer and I was very disappointed. Katmerin yaze olduğunu sanmıştım ama hazır mış kâğıt gibi ince ve hiç ama hiç lezzetli değildi. Price ratio is not ok either!

Disappointing experience and objectively rude staff at the counter , friendly only to people of certain ethnic groups.. wouldn't reccomend as we didn't feel welcome there . There are other shops to buy from

Visited on a Thursday evening with a small group of colleagues, on a recommendation. There was a menagerie of desert options, served alongside hot drinks. Having recently visited Turkey, the food was excellent and, you wouldn’t know you were in Germany instead! The restaurant was very busy considering the lateness of the evening, but this led to a great atmosphere. Service wasn’t the fastest, but perfectly fine. A sugar lovers paradise I would highly recommend.

Wonderful environment for singles and widows, the face of the Staff is over a quarter of eight, portions are very small, prices are crazy, environment is very noisy, there were 3 of us going, staff try to get customers to sit at the small table straight away, the big table, keep the empty ones so customers don't run away, their eyes can't get enough, I will never go there again.

We ordered a tray of baklava from here upon the recommendations we received for our engagement ceremony. However, we were very disappointed in both the ordering process and the quality of the product. When I first called, an employee stated that I could place the order by phone two days before the ceremony. However, when I called again just in time, this time a different employee told me that they do not take orders over the phone. The baklava tray we ordered was also completely inconsistent. While half of the tray was fresh and very delicious, the other half was stale and far below the quality we expected. Due to the irregularity in the ordering process, conflicting information, and inconsistency in product quality, we will not order from this business again. We definitely do not recommend it because we received an unprofessional service.

We bought baklava upon recommendation for our special day, but neither we nor our guests were satisfied.

I was invited there for the first time, it looked very nice in the coffee, very decorative, every group was chatting among themselves, but coffee drinks were not at Batista level... and sweets were too unhealthy, especially a diabetic has no place there...

I think it's very expensive. I was able to pay by card but I didn't get a receipt. I suspect they charged me twice for some things. Unfortunately not suitable for families with small children.

You don't have to have eaten much better desserts elsewhere. Especially given the unfriendly conditions, I don't have to accept it!

Pistachio baklava is very nice, but it is sold for more than its value.

I tried the Dubai chocolate there and it was very tasty. I've tried a lot of different Dubai chocolates but this was by far the best. I also ate baklava there and it was fantastic.

I can only rate the baklavas, although of course everything looks delicious. The store is relatively large and the opening hours are great. Parking options are also great. I found the Classic Baklava very tasty. The chocolate baklavas are really very good, but much more “chocolaty” than others I have eaten. As a rule, these baklavas, which taste more like chocolate, are a little “lighter”. So it's more of a matter of taste. Personally, I think these are too hearty, even though they taste great. The store can definitely compete with the good Turkish brands and is comparable. So if you only buy from well-known baklava shops in Turkey, you can safely use it here and won't be disappointed. The other baklavas are also great and not too runny, which is also great. Unfortunately I didn't try any of the other dishes except the chocolate pudding, which was delicious.

The place is spacious, the seating environment is nice and the toilets are nice. The service is not very successful, but the most important thing is the taste I went twice and my stomach was upset. The oil quality of the baklava was not good. There must have been glucose in the syrup, which bothered me. It shouldn't be that difficult to make something with good materials. I think the result is a sad and bad example. Somehow, they eat whatever you give them, people come, people don't understand the look :(

The store is convincing across the board! The service is extremely friendly and the service is absolutely top. Particularly noteworthy is the impressively fast operating time. The baklavas are incredibly fresh and taste great – a real treat! The cakes are also a highlight and are in no way inferior to the baklavas. Absolutely recommended!

We took baklava with us today. We came on a recommendation and were nearby, but after eating the baklava we would always accept the 45 minute drive just for the baklava. Very very very tasty 💙

Unfortunately, portions are far too small and comparatively too expensive. You also sit far too close to other guests, which is reflected in the noise level.

Ich wurde immer freundlich bedient! Die Backwaren sind sehr delikat und köstlich! Sitzmöglickeiten gibt es genug...Immer wieder gerne...😇 Trileçe schmeckt zwar sehr gut, aber Künefe schmeckt hier tausend mal besser. 😎

The atmosphere is stylish and spacious. We drank two teas, a katmer with cream and a kunefe with ice cream, we paid 25€. We also bought Dubai chocolate, 15€. I don't know the taste of it yet.

I had a very unpleasant experience with a waiter who apparently had little patience for children and therefore behaved unfriendly or even aggressively. This is really disappointing, especially because you expect to be treated kindly and professionally in a restaurant - regardless of whether there are children or not. We won't come again

Baklava dünyasi is a recommended place for dessert lovers and offers an impressive selection of sweet delicacies. The ambience of the café is inviting and cozy, which makes the visit pleasant. The decoration and the friendly atmosphere make you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the San Sebastian Cheesecake, which is one of my most popular desserts. With its creamy texture and perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, it is an absolute must for anyone who visits the cafe. At just €5 it offers excellent value for money that you won't find in many other cafes.

Simply great...the spectrum of confectionery pastries, including those from Turkey, is very large here. Something for everyone. Not to be overlooked, hygiene is very important here. Friendly staff that doesn't take long to arrive (quick service, plus point)...I'm thrilled, highly recommended. Will continue to visit the store.

Tea Magnolya beste combi ever!!!

It's a great place in terms of price and performance. The interior has been restored and is very spacious. The desserts are delicious, it's a place I visit all the time. Their employees are very attentive!

A beautiful Yeşilçam style Turkish cafe. Like in Turkey❤️ The lemonade and the Trileçe cake are very tasty.

I recently had a drink there with a colleague and thought the tea was quite good. The waitress was also very nice. What I didn't like, however, was that when the trays were being put away, an employee simply coughed on the tray with the goods/baklava. If I see something like that, I won't even consider buying baklava there or eating there in general. I beg you. Coughing on food doesn't have to be the case. And the employee often had to cough. You don't want to see something like that. It's not hard as an adult to cough into your elbows or whatever. But not on the food/sweets you want to serve to the customer. Otherwise it is a very nicely decorated store.

Love this place. The san sevastian cheesecake had us coming back 3 weeks in a row and the cold chocolate baklava is amazing. Love it. The decor, the staff and the desserts. All amazing.

The kunefe, which came with a tasteless, dry and stale carrot slice, was such that even the mascarpone on it, called cream, would not melt, it had neither sherbet nor taste. Orders did not come to the table even at the same time. It is also strange that customers are not allowed to pay by card. IT WAS THE FIRST AND THE LAST.

Waiter says we are not allowed to sit at the table of 4 with 3 people and would like to point out where we should sit. Nobody has anything to tell us straight away. The excuse was if 4 people come straight away, I don't have a seat then I have to assign you to the 3 seat. Total cheekiness never again

Worth a trip from Gelsenkirchen only for young people.

Unfortunately the prices are too high for what is offered! Way too expensive! "2 yesil sarma" for 7€!! It doesn't work at all. Savings are made on everything. We won't be visiting the store again.

The service is very good, except for a thin man with an earring who humiliated his colleagues next to us and unnecessarily hindered their productivity with his orders. Ambience very good. Location very good. The food was so-so, we got Katmer (Tatlı) and mocha and tea with it. Katmer was very tough. Actually the inner surface should be soft, unfortunately not in this case. The taste was the same too. It wasn't fresh and unfortunately not tasty. Unfortunately the tea (Çay) was bitter. It probably sat cooking for several hours. The day was still very nice. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. However, the waiter boss was not nice to the workers! Bad boss, great employee.

In itself a good service and delicious desserts which I can only recommend, but when ordering a cake for a child's birthday it was a complete disaster. I was very disappointed and very carelessly made. In terms of taste it was absolutely a letdown. I was hoping for a lot more from the birthday cake The cakes offered in the shop are good both visually and in taste.

We are looking for the previous owner with Candle. You're doing it very poorly, you're cutting down on sherpet and peanuts, and you're cooking it too little.

I ordered a cake for my birthday..everything was perfect with very friendly staff

I'll start with the good: Very nicely designed. You almost feel like you are in Turkey. I also think the decoration is very good and the seats and tables are comfortable. The problem is the waiting time is quite long. I ordered the strawberry cake and my colleagues ordered the fındık cake and the chocolate cake. I thought the strawberry cake tasted really bad. The taste was more like a piece of cardboard than strawberries. Strangely enough, there was a strawberry on the fındık cake but not on the strawberry cake??? The price is also incredibly expensive for such a small piece of cake, with such a chemical taste. Apart from the pleasant scenery, according to my friends, the shop doesn't really have much to offer when it comes to cakes. But the staff was friendly, which is why 2 stars.

We are reproachful and sorry. We, 5 friends, came from Rotterdam. However, we just wanted to come with our friends and play UNO while eating our desserts and drinking our tea... But it was forbidden, they did not allow us. We are sad.. Instead of writing this comment next to our desserts, we could play our UNO in a calm and fun way.. We are sad…

Very good sandwiches in the morning

So far my visit to this restaurant has been very pleasant, until March 28th... That day I ordered the cold baklava, which is covered in milk. When they were served, I noticed that they were sprinkled excessively with cocoa powder, which made me suspicious and gave the impression that something was supposed to be hidden. When I ate the baklava, I immediately noticed that it tasted old and stale. After eating half, I already had a queasy feeling in my stomach, and the next day I started experiencing symptoms of food poisoning.... I will refrain from reporting this to the health department, but I would advise anyone not to visit this restaurant. Apparently the hygiene standards do not correspond to the usual standards in Germany.
