So I've been a regular for a long time and go there at least three times a week. Sometimes more often too. But I haven't been there in the last few weeks because the food was only lukewarm and the fries were cold. There was always a lot going on and I didn't want to say anything. But the last time I was brought the food that had previously been on the table of another guest who had ordered something different. The waiter took it back to the kitchen and they put lukewarm potato wedges on it and left the rice that was already on it even though you know that I never order rice, I always order fries. By the time the food was finally with me it was cold......You don't bring food from one guest to the next. That doesn't work at all. Not even when there's a lot going on. I have been working in the catering industry as a waiter for over 40 years and it would never occur to me to do something like that. I am very disappointed

I wanted to try it... and I extremely regretted it. Firstly, it took me an extremely long time to hold my Dürüm in my hand. Secondly, it was the nastiest thing I've ever tasted. The meat was tough, the vegetables were smelly and the sauce tasted artificial. And thirdly, I was withdrawn. The sign says Dürüm 5.50 euros. But when I paid I suddenly said I had to pay 6 euros. Just stay away from the store! There are much better alternatives on Landgrabenstrasse or Dianaplatz, each 5 minutes away.

Caution! We ordered through Lieferando and the delivery time was almost 2 hours, so the food was cold. The minced skewer was not completely cooked through and had an unpleasant smell. In addition, a kebab was not delivered. When we called the restaurant, the employee claimed that he had packed the right number of kebabs and tried to insinuate that we were lying. We didn't respond to his level and ended the call. It's not worth arguing over a kebab. The excuse that he kept coming up was that he wasn't working with Lieferando. However, it is questionable why the restaurant is then offered on Lieferando. It's just ridiculous to jeopardize your reputation over a kebab! There is a well-known saying: “The customer is king!”
