Zara Grillhaus in Nürnberg

Disappointing experience and questionable service I recently visited this restaurant with friends after training, having recommended it based on positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately the visit was a bitter disappointment. We initially had to wait a long time for our food, while other guests who arrived after us were served much more quickly. Even though we had already ordered and waited longer, we were simply ignored. When the food finally arrived, the portion was disappointingly small and wasn't even a child's portion - and we were charged €40 for it! The quality was disproportionate to the price. I ended up feeling pretty ripped off and uncomfortable for recommending this place. Overall, a disappointing experience and I will think twice about going back or recommending this restaurant.

3 xxl kebabs were all ordered with small bread, as well as cold and hardly edible and they were only 1/4 full. However, this wasn't just the first time but at least the 3rd time. In addition, instructions are not followed, such as all the ingredients or spicy and the sauces.

Unfortunately, meat was soaked twice and it is very dirty in the store if you look closely at the details and corners.🤢 There is room for improvement in terms of taste. 2nd star only for the friendliness. However, I would rather pay €2 more somewhere else and then everything will be 100% fine.

In terms of taste, I always found it to be okay here. However, after the last visit I felt pretty bad and suffered from severe diarrhea for a week. Please pay more attention to hygiene.

I have never eaten such a bad kebab before. The fat content was way too high and the type of meat used for the kebab was unclear. The pieces of meat in the mixed kebab order were undercooked at all. They sell really inferior products. I will never buy from this ridiculous restaurant again.

I had the pleasure of being delivered by Zara Grillhaus and I have to say I am completely satisfied. From ordering to delivery everything was perfect. The ordering process was simple and uncomplicated. The website or app was user-friendly and I was able to easily select all the options I wanted. The delivery was prompt and even faster than expected, which pleasantly surprised me. When the food arrived, I was immediately thrilled. The portion was generous and the kebab was freshly prepared and tasted simply delicious. The bread was nice and crunchy yet soft, and the filling was perfectly seasoned and well portioned. I could literally taste the quality of the ingredients, which to me is a sign of the care and attention to detail that goes into every order. The price-performance ratio was more than fair. I felt well looked after and got excellent quality and quantity of food for my money. All in all, I can only warmly recommend Zara Grillhaus. The entire process, from ordering to delivery, was flawless and the food was simply delicious. I will definitely order again!

I often spend my evenings there for dinner as a stand builder. I tested all the kebab shops in the corner and only Zara Grill was able to convince me and fall off my stool... Simply top everything... Super fresh, clean, tidy, and very, very friendly and personable employees... The food is all very tasty, from the skewers to the simple kebab, everything is super tasty and I can only recommend it to anyone who wants a good kebab or a tasty meal in the corner, this is the right place💪😁

Also ich weiß nicht wo ich anfangen soll ich war völlig fasziniert was für prachtvolles essen man bekommt. Beim ersten Biss vom Big Döner kamen mir fast die Tränen die Geschmackexplosion war einfach bewundertswert.

Hier gibt es gutes Essen zu guten Preisen! Das Zara Grillhaus ist mein Stammlokal für Döner um die Ecke. Ich komme hier regelmäßig hin und die Qualität ist konstant gut. Der Döner ist immer lecker mit viel Fleisch, viel Gemüse und viel Soße. Das Personal ist auch immer sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Lokal ist gepflegt und schön eingerichtet. Alles wirkt sauber und professionell. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Brot ist immer wie gummi. Fleisch kalt. Nicht zu empfehlen, außer man stirbt vor Hunger.
