This place is a fun treat for anyone who loves good sushi! The chef must be an artist because the food presentation is always beautiful. They also are open at times when most other places are closed and parking is usually pretty easy. Highly recommend!

We stood in front of closed doors on August 9th, 2023, the homepage suggested that the restaurant was open. No information on the entrance doors about closure, no availability by telephone. What happened to the Koibito? We were very disappointed.

Great interior with friendly staff and delicious food

Been a regular since the restaurant opened and have never been disappointed. The running sushi is of very good quality and always fresh, as are the other delicacies on the treadmill. In addition, the owners/employees are always very friendly and ask what you need. for wishes or should still be on the tape! For us the best sushi restaurant in the Neuwied/Koblenz area!

Unfortunately we cannot cancel or postpone 2 hours in advance due to very sick children - for 4 people. “The system will automatically debit you 120 EUR/ 30 EUR per person or you can pick up food.” We've been there before and generally satisfied, now I'm shocked. A clear no to all friends and family. Arranged a child sitter at short notice so as not to lose 120 EUR - never again. We don't have to discuss how the evening was.

The sushi rice was very good. There are the usual options for vegan sushi (cucumber, radish, tofu, pumpkin). The vegetarian ramen contains egg, but is also available as vegan. The ramen is probably not authentic, but it is no less tasty. Very enjoyable for my sensitive palate as the broth is not heavily salted. It reminded me a bit (positively) of my mother's food, which comes from a Vietnamese background. The atmosphere is more reminiscent of a snack bar. We were served very friendly.
