My favorite asian restaurant in Trier. Their crispy chicken thigh is just the best, it doesn't matter how you combine it with any dishes (my fav is Peanut Curry) (in other places usually you get crispy chicken breast) Fried udon also tastes so good, it reminds me of the fried noodles streetfood in my home country. I haven't tried their sushis, though.

Tiny little shop. I was there for the first time 10 years ago. For me, every sushi should be served with miso soup. Nowhere have I ever eaten something as good as here. Even after 10 years, it's the best I've ever eaten. The sushi is fresh and to die for. Above all, crab meat here is real crab meat and not surimi. All in all the best sushi I have ever eaten. Others like the Mikado start well and become more expensive and of much poorer quality over the years and here in Tokyo the prices for this quality are unbeatable and the taste has still been amazing for 10 years.

Very fresh and prepared with love and skill. Price performance is great and you'll be really full. The sushi 🍣 rice is also very well prepared. I'd love to come back! 👍

We stood in front of closed doors on August 9th, 2023, the homepage suggested that the restaurant was open. No information on the entrance doors about closure, no availability by telephone. What happened to the Koibito? We were very disappointed.

We ordered the food to take away. For starters we had the wontons, they were perfect, there was little to complain about, the sauce was also good. The pasta with chicken to go in the box was standard. So tasty, but nothing that stands out from the noodles from other to-go boxes. But okay for the price and good in quantity. We also had sushi (salmon). It was delicious, but two pieces of fish no longer looked completely fresh, so we didn't eat them. Overall, 4 stars are justified here. To get full stars, the noodles to go would have to increase a bit.

Been a regular since the restaurant opened and have never been disappointed. The running sushi is of very good quality and always fresh, as are the other delicacies on the treadmill. In addition, the owners/employees are always very friendly and ask what you need. for wishes or should still be on the tape! For us the best sushi restaurant in the Neuwied/Koblenz area!

*** Edit to answer the response I got. We are definitely not allergic. We've been eating sushi all our lives. To add that the server had no problem conversing with us while we were ordering in German and English. Communication problem and no "no understanding" us started once we were having our meal and I started asking where does the fish come from. We got food poisoning from this place. We are definitely not coming back. While we were having our meal, I asked the owners, the person who were preparing the food and the one who served it, where did the fish and sea food came from. I was curious - after all we were eating raw fish and sea food. They couldn't understand me in English or German. After a while with the help of their child who translated and Google translate they vaguely answered that it comes from all over... Now we have food poisoning.

We have only been living in Koblenz for a short time, but we have found our favorite sushi bar here. The Maki’s are fantastic and are made fresh for you with a lot of love. I can recommend the Sesame Maki’s, but the others are also very tasty. Price-performance ratio is unique. We'll definitely be back. Note: You can only pay in cash here.
