Die besten Restaurants mit Sushi restaurant Essen in Düsseldorf

My/our trusted sushi restaurant for decades 🍣 Today, as so often, I was here with Stefan. Price/performance ratio is right!

Only half of the order received after 2 hours but everything paid for. We were told there would be a refund. Almost 3 weeks later still nothing. Despite the note “please don’t ring the bell, just call. "Child is sleeping" was rung. Absolute junk shop that then calls, apologizes and talks about a refund, but then doesn't do anything and stalls you. Very dubious and bad

We were there with a large group. Two people were a little late, which was a bit inconvenient given the concept of ordering table by table. The food was OK, nothing special. What I don't like at all is that ordered items arrive at some point, sometimes two or three times later. This sometimes leads to a guest not having anything to eat for a while and then suddenly getting six dishes at once, or even to someone no longer knowing who ordered it. The wait staff place the bowls on the table without a word, and there are no inquiries as to whether everything is OK or if new drinks are required. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant for groups.

We also ordered via Lieferando. The delivery time was as stated and arrived on time. The food was okay. The sushi was a little dry and the udon with chicken was very fatty. So, nothing for people without bile. 🙈 the food was “ready to eat”. It wasn't too hot. We thought that was good.

I am truly sorry for every animal that died for this “food”. I needed something quick in the evening and had no demands, but this, I hardly dare call it food, was an unparalleled impudence. I feel deeply sorry for every food that was harvested, produced or killed for this purpose, as well as for everyone who had to prepare it. Really guys, one little thing I would like to pass on to every reader is just cook for yourself instead of falling for laziness and stuffing this food into yourself. In the end, I see it as a lesson after I had to smoke 10 cigarettes to get the taste of that disgusting salmon out of my mouth.

Ordered two portions for €5 each via Too Good to Go... I think the quantity is a bit of a shame. In addition, they offered to buy a much larger box for €7 (the size I would have expected), but I didn't take advantage of it, but I would have preferred to just order one portion through TGTG and the other on site. Chopsticks cost another 20ct extra. No soy sauce or anything similar. All in all, unfortunately, it's a shame But the taste was good :)

The fried noodles were cold in many places and the vegetables were very bitter

New name + complete renovation but things turned out worse than expected! Now you can't sit down anymore, but what the hell were you thinking, slapping roasted onions and barbeque sauce on the makis/nigiris? The rice content was too high and absolutely tasteless, the old operator couldn't do it perfectly, but there was more music on the palate for the money, no thanks!

The sushi is ok, but nothing earth-shattering, a lot of rice for the money, the karaage is breaded and deep fried in standard spice breading. The driver came into the stairwell talking loudly on the phone, put the bag in my hand while talking loudly on the phone, and left the room talking loudly on the phone, which I found to be quite rude. This is my first time ordering there and I think next time I'll just order somewhere else.

I come here since many years with Mr.Aito or girlfriends. I always use to have a private room which was a nice experiance specialy when bringing a nice lady. The food is exelent!
