TokoNoma - The Authentic Hand Roll Bar in Düsseldorf

We ordered via Lieferando at 8:15 pm, and after two follow-up calls, the food didn't arrive until 11:40 pm… Everything was barely lukewarm and not very tasty. The prices are outrageous for this "service." Special requests, such as "without mushrooms," were ignored.

Ordered online and delivered 2 hours late.

We also ordered through Lieferando. The delivery time was as stated and it arrived on time. The food was okay. The sushi was a bit dry, and the chicken udon was very greasy. So, not for people without gallstones. 🙈 The food was "ready to eat." It wasn't too hot. We liked that.

The food tastes delicious but delivery time takes too long if they say 1 hour it will be 2 hours and by then the food will be cold

The soups we ordered were lukewarm, even though we picked them up right away. The vegetarian soup had meat. The other soup also didn't specify that it contained pork. I wouldn't judge the taste much—it was rather bland.

The food was good, however, something was forgotten in the order, resulting in long wait times, and then part of the meal was also forgotten. No one answered the phone after seven or eight attempts. The sushi was okay, but it could have been prepared fresher, and they shouldn't skimp on the meat in the bowl.

Complete rubbish. I'm currently visiting; the host ordered, we had to leave urgently, but we waited for the food. After a damn hour, the restaurant stopped accepting the order.

The quality was okay. Nothing special. Unfortunately, a whole portion was missing. We called and asked if we could still get it. They promised. Unfortunately, nothing ever arrived, and we didn't receive a call back as agreed. You can forget something, but then you have to deliver the forgotten item. So, that was the only and last order. Delivery time was 1 hour and 30 minutes.

I'm shocked! I went to another city for my birthday to see sushi that doesn't work?

Ordered via Lieferando, was 20 minutes faster than stated 👍 Great driver with the Toyota, food was delicious as always.

I ordered sushi from here. I didnt like so much. I did some sushis and they confused it. It was not my order actually.

Ordered through Lieferando and waited almost 2 hours for the sushi, which was pretty poor quality. You could probably have gotten fresher sushi in the supermarket! Ingredients didn't taste fresh. In addition, the prices are not justified.

Ordered via Lieferando: delivery times are generally not adhered to, very unfriendly on the phone.

Delivery was very different from the stated delivery time of up to a maximum of 65 minutes (usually) In my case 1h 35 + I then called to ask. AB: The participant is not reachable :-( Quality of the food ok. Therefore 3 stars For the non-existent service 0 Waiting time and unavailability 0 Price too high for that Therefore only 3 stars It's a shame because it was recommended to me. I cannot recommend TokoNoma!!!!

Food was fresh and tasty. Arrived on time. What more could you want ☺️

I actually wanted to give 0 stars because this scam was shameless. 15 euros for “green embrace”? That was cold tuna in half an avocado! Took 2 hours for delivery and only got one fortune cookie. You ruined my evening. PS: sushi from netto comes very close to this.

The food is good.... There was a misunderstanding with the order, the only thing that wasn't good was the delivery time took more than 120 minutes...

Ich habe über Lieferando Crispy Ebi Tempura und Star of our Show bestellt und es war köstlich! Das Tempura warm und perfekt und die innovative, super leckere Kombination von frittiertem Sushi mit einem Topping von Lachstatar hat mich begeistert! Da hat sich die Stunde Wartezeit gelohnt, wenn es eine solch genussvolle Belohnung gibt!

Lieferung kam pünktlich an. Insgesamt gutes & frisches Sushi - mit Fisch o. Vegetarisch. Preise etwas überdurchschnittlich für vergleichbare Restaurants. Die Lieferbox war ansprechend angerichtet.

Das essen war wirklich super lecker, schön angerichtet und schnell fertig. Wir wohnen um die Ecke und wollten deshalb mal probieren. Vor Ort konnten wir leider nicht mit Karte zahlen weswegen wir online bestellen mussten. Das ging aber Problemlos. Für 2 Personen Sushi, yakitori und gyoza 50€ ist ok.

Über Lieferando bestellt: Leider nicht sehr authentisch japanisch. Reis zu hart, viel Frischkäse. War leider nichts für mich.

War ganz gut über lieferando bestellt. Hat allerdings das gewisse etwas gefehlt. Werde nochmal was anderes probieren. Preise teuer

Der beste Sushi den ich je gegessen habe, der Reis sowie der Fisch waren sehr frisch und qualitativ hochwertig, dass Personal ist mega freundlich! Ich kann es jedem weiter empfehlen hier zu essen 🫶🏼 Außerdem hab ich auch mehrmals zu mir liefern lassen und es ging echt schnell bis der Lieferant da war.

Über Lieferando bestellt. Leider hat die Lieferung sehr lange gedauert. Die frittierten Shrimps sind sehr labberig gewesen. Im Vergleich zu anderen Sushi Läden in Düsseldorf - nicht gut. Lieferant war sehr nett. Sushi mit Lachstartar war ok.
