I've been going here for 10 years, mostly to get onigiri to take away, but I've also eaten warm here now and then. I always dismissed the fact that the staff is sometimes very unfriendly as stress at rush hour. Last week I was here with a friend, ordered, got a buzzer, we sat down, when it buzzed I got my food, so far, so normal. After about 5 minutes, an employee comes to our table and wants to see our receipts. I hadn't asked for one when ordering, so I couldn't produce one. She then started accusing me of stealing the food. I was so overwhelmed that I offered to pay it again, but she just accused me louder. Eventually she let go of us and I saw her behind the counter talking to the lady I had ordered from, who looked over at me and seemed to confirm that I had paid. After a while she brought a gentleman the same dish that I had ordered and apologized to him for the wait. So she had accused me of stealing in front of the entire restaurant, even though the staff had made a mistake. I received no apology and I had completely lost my appetite. We were then ignored until we left. A honestly traumatic experience. Will never come here again. What I got from the soup was okay, I think the stomach ache came from the situation and not the dish itself.

You had to wait 15 minutes before you could even order. Then waited half an hour and still no drinks in sight! The waitress walks past you and doesn't even look. Never again!

Most convenient in the city. It's a nice restaurant where you can feel at ease, have a friendly chat with the owner and staff, and eat delicious sushi✨I love natto rolls.

I think it's a shame because card payments are possible from €15.

I ordered the “Delicious Kaoru box” for 95€ and i can assure you it wasn’t delicious at all. Other than the fact that the food took more than an hour to arrive, the rice tasted old and dry, the fish had a very strange color and no taste to it and all in all everything tasted very old. like it was prepared multiple days ago. It was honestly so bad, and tasted nothing like sushi, that i had to throw the rest away because i was worried i was going to catch a disease. I would’ve paid, at most, 10€ for that entire plate.

Always go there when I want fresh and cheap food. The service is always very nice and I am grateful for their attentive nature 😊

Sushi joint my kid and i walked by and werent really sure. It turned out to be an awesome experience with great staff! Jonathan(I think) sat down and chatted with us about our travels. It was great having that convoy and the sushi was tasty too. Very friendly!

I highly recommend it. 1. Cash or PayPal only. But of course, no one will give you a receipt (and there may be problems later). 2. Absolutely random bill. First one price, then another. When trying to check - nothing is clear. They tried to cheat by adding extra orders (+10 euros) to the bill. It didn't work. Therefore, you need to take a receipt, but no one will give you one. 3. Sushi is just awful. They may look normal on the outside, but the rice is like it has been in the refrigerator for ages: cold and dry. 4. The main hall is more or less okay, but the basement is freezing cold. 5. Ask about promotions right away. You can get into trouble, because there seems to be a promotion, but it is no longer there when you order. 6. Arrogant behavior, if you do not speak German. Although I sincerely do not understand how they can judge someone if they themselves are not native speakers of the language. Pure racism.

Unfortunately not recommended at all. Give it a HUGE BOW!!! Or buy sushi from Rewe, it tastes fresher and better. That was the worst sushi in my life. Fish didn't smell fresh and the rice just didn't taste like anything. Very dry and old. We ate 4 plates in a very small space (which was really uncomfortable) and paid the full all-you-can-eat price. When we asked the employees about it, they just accepted it and did nothing. Unfortunately, some of them didn't understand us. Not tipping because you only ate 4 plates makes you feel like you're being thrown out instead of wondering why it was that way! About the interior: I had the feeling that everything was bubbling and sticking, the narrow seats took away any fun and the owners seemed to be very moody and unfriendly. There was no toilet in the store where I could wash my hands!

I ordered sushi home and paid 25 euros. Rice is sour. The evening is ruined.
