The rear part of the terrace is used as a storage area for empty boxes and rubbish and has the feel of a backyard; the smell from the rubbish bins left outside is an imposition on the area and at least questionable in terms of hygiene

A great shop with good sushi. But please bring some time and patience. I had to do the deduction in the ambience... because a gust of not-so-tasty “smell” kept coming from neighboring trash cans.

Ordered, waited over 2 hours, nothing came - then I called and apparently my order hadn't arrived, despite receiving a confirmation email. So not only did I not have any food, but now the credit bonus I used of almost €20 is also gone and no one responds to my message. Sorry, but service is different...

Unfortunately, the driver from this place is already known here in Bockenheim for his aggressive and risky driving style. I hope that he gets into the wrong place and no longer has to compensate for his small size on the street.

I placed an order with you today at 1:45 p.m. for €115. The delivery time was set at 45 minutes. At 2:52 p.m. I received a call that I would have to wait another 45 minutes for delivery due to technical problems. I offered to pick up the order myself. The woman on the phone agreed. I arrived at the address in Frankfurt East given in the app. It turned out that your company had not been represented there for a long time. Your employee on the phone said that unfortunately we forgot to update the address!!! I had to drive another 30 minutes to Voltastrasse and back. This meant that my guests waited for me at home for an hour. All I was told in compensation was: Sorry! Plus, the soy sauce I ordered was so scarce that I had to drive to the gas station to get some! For €115 I expected a different service. I also paid you delivery fee and tip. Thank you for the spoiled mood! P. S. But thank you to the kitchen because sushi was very tasty.

Essen gut, der Service nicht vorhanden oder nur auf Aufforderung. 5 Leute lungern herum an der Bar und diskutieren und nix passiert. Ambiente nicht vorhanden und mit Elektromucke kannste heute auch nich mehr punkten. In 3 Monaten seid ihr doch wieder Geschichte!

Das Essen ist gut. Jedoch stören die Fahrer die Nachbarschaft durch ihren Fahrstil immens, wenn sie in der 30er Zone mit ihren Smarts mit über 60 - gefühlt im ersten Gang - durch die Straßen heizen. Das geht auch langsamer und vor allem leiser ;-)

The staff were very nice. However the food was mostly cold or pretty frozen and the fish wasn't of that great quality We ordered the tataki which had great flavour but came a bit too frozen. The sushi plate had some pieces with cooked tuna which is weird for sushi and some of the niguiris had a strange flavour because of the fish (the tuna in particular was chewy and had strange plastic flavour). I hope they improve that because the place had great potential! The miso soup was nice, also a bit different since it was spicy, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

The flavour was very normal. They were preparing ordered food, then I waited in the restaurant for 40 minutes for my poke and 4 sushi to come. (I was the only guest inside) Poke was not any better than the one in REWE. Under the salmon they were all beans and cucumbers. It was not very dilicious for me. I don't like the spicy sauce at all and I was drinking the warm beer after waiting such long time. Btw, the other couple who came later and ordered much more sushi than me only waited for 10 minutes. That was not fair. 🤬

Wahnsinns Sushi mit super freundlichen und höflichen Mitarbeitern. Ich liebe es hier und kann es nur jedem empfehlen es mal auszuprobieren. Wir kommen seit einem Jahr regelmäßig hier her und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. 🫶🏻🥹 Alles schmeckt so frisch und sieht liebevoll angerichtet aus. Bitte weiter so und vielen Dank!

Wir bestellen dort oft Sushi. Vor allem die vegetarischen Optionen abseits von Maki sind dort sehr gut und vielfältig. Preislich ist es nicht ganz günstig, allerdings den Preis absolut wert. Man merkt, dass Kaoru sich auf Lieferservice fokussiert, die Einrichtung ist etwas spärlich, der Service aber gut.

Schmeckt wie Sushi aus dem Supermarkt. Nix Besonderes. Gibt besseres in Frankfurt.

Wir haben das erste Mal bei KAORU bestellt - leider auch das letzte Mal. Für den Preis waren wir von der Qualität sehr enttäuscht. Der Reis war teilweise total trocken - das Sushi hat definitiv keinen frischen Eindruck gemacht. Und die Sojasauce hat auch gefehlt.

Super leckeres Ebi tempura (das beste was ich bisher gegessen habe), frisch zubereiteter Sushi (mit Zutaten gemixt die man gerne mag), nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal und schöne Location um länger zu verweilen. Absolute Empfehlung

Über Lieferando haben wir zu Abend eine Delicious Big Box für 84 Euro bestellt. Allerdings war der Reis nicht frisch, sondern vom Mittag - körnig. Da das Sushireis das A und O ist, muss gewährleistet werden, dass der Reis frisch zubereitet wird. Zwei Sterne gibt es dafür, dass die Kreationen ausgefallen und anders waren. Wir haben nur die "Toppings" gegessen. Der rohe Fischanteil war gering und deswegen finde ich den Preis trotz Frankfurter Verhältnisse hoch.

Gestern eine Mittelgroße Box für 69,00€ bestellt. Die Lieferung war pünktlich. Die Lachs Nigiris sind sehr gut, jedoch der Rest eher durchschnittlich. In meinen California Rolles war überwiegend Räucherlachs verarbeitet. Im großen und ganzen war das Sushi ok jedoch viel zu overpaced was das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis angeht.

Wir hatten Thunfisch und Algensalat. Relativ hochpreisiger Sushi Laden, keine passende Qualität; Photo- Kombi (einmal wie es kam,einmal wie wir es präsentierten) hat gut 20€ gekostet. Dafür war es leider nicht gut genug.

Toller Laden mit hübscher Ausstattung. Die Besinnung war super freundlich und hat toll beraten. Ich habe eine... Mule? Getrunken und es war ein toller Cocktail den ich sehr genossen habe.

Unbedingt den "mule" probieren. Sehr lecker 😁

Ein ganz nettes Lokal. Ambiente in Ordnung , das Essen ist nicht schlecht, jedoch waren meine Rinderstreifen im Salat etwas trocken und der Harzkäse würde vergessen. Toiletten sind sauber und gepflegt. Preislich ein wenig zu teuer für meinen Geschmack.

Gemütlich und sehr zuvorkomment.

Sehr gute Auswahl an Snacks und Getränken. Schöner Einkehrort in der Nachbarschaft City West.
