I was at this Vietnamese restaurant, and the sign clearly stated "Happy Hour from 9 p.m. – Cocktails €7.70." It was after 9 p.m. when I ordered, and they still charged me €11.50. This is pure rip-off and absolutely outrageous. Never again!

Top-notch restaurant, very delicious food. The conditions were very accommodating. We were there with the family and will definitely be back.

The restaurant offers two dining options: 1. BBQ and 2. sushi and Vietnamese specialties. We (unfortunately) opted for option 2, which offered sushi. The ambiance was simple but still appealing. Tables: Lined up next to each other with plenty of space. Cleanliness: Tables could have been a bit cleaner, and there were some dry bits on my chopsticks that apparently hadn't been washed properly or had been cleaned by the dishwashing machine. I simply took two new chopsticks from the serving bowl at the table. Appetizers: To keep things simple and for comparison, we ordered chicken and shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls were all homemade and delicious. The sweet and sour sauce went perfectly with them—this would almost earn 5 stars. But only almost, because... Main Course 1: Salmon Bowl with Grilled Salmon: It was a simple frozen salmon, absolute supermarket quality, but unfortunately not fresh in flavor. Very bland, a bit watery in taste due to the freezer, even the grilled flavor was completely missing. The salmon was served on a bowl with sticky rice and some vegetables, 2 pieces of broccoli, 2 pieces of avocado, 3 small pieces of mango, some edamame, some red cabbage, some mixed salad (arugula), kimchi, and half an egg. The dish was completely unseasoned and therefore tasted bland or boring. It's filling, but it wasn't wow. Suggestion for improvement: Make the price €3 more expensive, use higher-quality fish, grill the salmon briefly until crispy so it stays nice and juicy on the inside, and ideally remove the skin before placing it on the fresh salad and vegetables—after all, you eat with your eyes... Main Course 2: Sushi Variations Appearance: The plate was beautifully presented, with a few steamed highlight garnishes. The rolls were good in terms of portion size, but to be expected for the price. Taste: The sushi reminded us a lot of sushi from Rewe, or even a bit more like frozen. Unfortunately, it lacked a bit more flavor, and even the nori sheets were a bit too hard. This could definitely be much better. Drinks: The restaurant offers a wide selection of drinks. Service: Very nice, friendly staff. Conclusion: Sushi, especially salmon, would be ideal with salmon from the belly side rather than the standard frozen salmon. That would bring much more aroma and freshness to the taste. With such a large selection of sushi and Asian food in Frankfurt, we're only giving it two stars. Please do better—we'll try it again in October because the appetizer and the staff were so good.

We ordered beef & chicken. For €40 per person you get a platter of mixed beef & 1 pc chicken, a bowl of rice, a plate of lettuce, a few pcs aubergine & corns and a plate of kimchi. You need to grill the meat longer as I couldn't chew the meat until they overcooked. I didn't really enjoy the meat as I couldn't chew the beef meat. My husband grilled them to the stage of overcooked to enjoy the meat. But the plate of kimchi is so delicious! I end up asking for 3 plates! Hats off! The best kimchi ever! My husband loves their sauces! The staffs are so sweet, helpful & friendly! Definitely recommended!

Very good food, large portions, and good service. Both the sushi and all the other dishes are of high quality. The homemade lemonades are excellent! The waiters are very attentive and friendly.

Takes forever to prepare food on a busy day.

I actually only went into the store to charge my phone because my battery was dead. Everyone there was incredibly nice and helpful – I immediately felt at home. So I wouldn't just sit around while my phone charged, I ordered a lemonade. It was absolutely delicious! The staff – especially the servers – were just so sweet, friendly, and attentive. You rarely experience such warmth. I highly recommend the store for the great service alone!

The food was very good and plentiful. We had sushi again at home. They also packed it. 😃 Unfortunately, there was a lack of space; we were four adults and two children, so our wardrobe was accordingly large. It was nice that the people at the next table were very friendly. We also didn't like the very narrow spiral staircase, especially since we had a disabled person with us. So, unfortunately, we deducted one point. Nevertheless, we would happily recommend the place.

Extremely poor service. They only managed to give us soy sauce instead of peanut sauce after asking several times (because of an allergy), and in the end, they charged us the wrong bill without giving us a receipt. So we ended up paying more and then had to ask for the bill again to get our money back. There was no apology or anything like that, even though they were overcharging.

Vietnamese-Japanese restaurant. I had the daily special, Kiichi Chicken. It was healthy and tasty. The rice was also good. The staff was very friendly. The price of €12.50 was perfectly reasonable. Card payments are not accepted.

Unfortunately, the service was very poor – either too young and inexperienced or simply not in the mood. Relatives of the staff (children) (shouldn't have shouted). Plates from some tables weren't cleared (guests had long since left). I said I wanted to pay and was ignored. I then had to go inside and pay there. We were served sushi without the bowl for the soy sauce, and we weren't the only ones!!! The sushi rice was too watery and thick. What a shame!!! It actually looked good.

From the very first moment, everything was just perfect: The service was attentive, friendly, and professional, without being intrusive. You immediately felt welcome. The food was perfect – a true experience both in terms of taste and appearance. Every dish was prepared with attention to detail, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented.

But what really made this evening special was the exceptional service. A young waitress looked after our table – and I can honestly say: such warm, professional, and attentive service is rare. She was friendly, charming, and had just the right feel for timing and atmosphere. We felt truly welcome – not as a guest, but almost as if we were with friends. She guided us wonderfully through the evening, offering recommendations, fulfilling small special requests with a smile, and exuding a pleasant calm and competence. A true talent in the restaurant industry – people like that make all the difference! The ambiance was also tasteful and cozy, perfect for an enjoyable evening. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone – for the great food, but above all for the outstanding service. I will definitely be back!

We ordered a nice plate of sushi. It came with still water and a beer. For dessert, we had baked bananas with honey – absolutely delicious! 🍌🍯 My husband then tried the espresso – unfortunately, it tasted more like regular coffee, not a real espresso. Simply disgusting! There was a spider AND a hair in our food. This isn't a minor mistake; it's simply disgusting and a massive hygiene problem! When we pointed this out to the staff, they didn't even offer a proper apology – instead, we were treated rudely, disrespectfully, and condescendingly. This kind of behavior is an absolute disgrace! This restaurant has completely failed in terms of hygiene and customer service. Anyone who wants to stay healthy and avoid being treated disrespectfully should definitely avoid this place. This was our first and last visit!

Our food was burnt, there was a spider in the sushi and hair in the rice with vegetables, The sauce for the dish was completely burnt, terrible service, despite bringing the food to our attention, we were still asked to pay for the food and the drinks were on the house, even though the entire food was exactly as it was served, because there was something sticking out of everything, don't go there!!!

First and last time, unfortunately. Came with a friend and got the wrong food. Told an employee and waited what felt like an hour and nothing came. I spoke again and they said it would be done. I only ordered 10 sushi pieces. Can't be that difficult! Taste-wise, no problem, tastes good. Service was terrible. My friend also waited for me, as usual, so we could eat together. Her food got cold. !!!

The service here is a disaster. It was a Tuesday, 3:50 p.m., and there were hardly any customers. We waited five minutes just for the menu. Then we had to get the menu ourselves. It took another ten minutes for our order to be taken. The waitress and waiter just walked back and forth, no idea what they were doing. Finally, we were able to call out our order. The taste was okay. Unfortunately, the service was a minus point.

I was in this sushi restaurant - overall I liked it. The sushi was delicious, fresh, well prepared, lots of fish in big rolls. I also liked the drink. But this is clearly not a cheap place.

Unfortunately, our visit was not a very pleasant one. The restaurant was extremely crowded, which made it very noisy and difficult to eat in peace. An unpleasant, burnt smell hung in the air and did not exactly contribute to the atmosphere. Unfortunately, there were several errors with our ordering: first, the wrong drink was brought, and then our food order was not taken correctly. It seemed as if the server was unfamiliar with the menu, which gave the impression of a lack of professionalism. Considering the prices, we would have expected a higher quality of food. While the food was okay, it did not impress us. All in all, this was unfortunately our first and last visit to this restaurant.

Overpriced; we spent 30 euros per person. The sushi was very bland, and the soy sauce was watered down. The waitresses were completely overwhelmed and miscalculated things. The place is cute, but the food and organization are definitely not worthy of a five-star rating.

Kiichi was really very good! The taste of the sushi and the bowl was absolutely delicious and fresh. The quality of the food is convincing across the board. The only disadvantage: the prices are rather high, and after the visit the smell of the food clings to your clothes. Still, overall a great dining experience.

The food was excellent, the tofu curry was very satisfying and perfectly balanced with smooth, sweet and tangy flavours. The portion was also very good, just enough to satiate your hunger !, the cucumber maki was a bit off, they added too much vinegar which made it bitter. Overall good experience, and fairly priced, nice for a quick dinner when you’re craving something lighter.

The food really wasn't tasty at all. The chicken had an unbearable taste and was probably left sitting for a bit too long. The paper straw disintegrated so much that I had pieces of paper in my drink. And for how bad the food was, the place is way too expensive. Still, the service was very friendly and the place was nice...but they should rethink the concept.

I've never been to such a bad Vietnamese restaurant. The noodle soups didn't taste like anything. We had the wonton and ramen bowl. In both cases the noodles were dry and sometimes still hard. The wontons had no taste whatsoever. The RamenBowl had so many random vegetables in it, which didn't fit at all and for the price with beef it was cheeky to get so little meat. Regarding the service - we wanted to try it using Neotaste but that was rejected. All good until then. The lady who served us tried hard, but the other person who was loudly watching his TikToks on his cell phone (I'm assuming it's the owners' son) was absolutely not in the mood for anything. I've never seen him bring us food or charge us anything like that. There is a lot of walking to the toilet and the men's and women's toilets were simply dirty. Definitely not coming back

It wasn't our first time here, but the food was just as delicious as always. Our favorites are the different bowls. The atmosphere is very nice and friendly and the service is quick.

After 2 hours of waiting still nothing, not even the soup. Drinks are fine so far. We left after 2.5 hours, the date was broken and food still didn't come. For me personally it was the last time in this restaurant. Maybe it will work better for others

Kleine Anmerkung: Barrierefrei sind die Toiletten nicht, die Wendeltreppe ist sehr eng, das ist aber erstmal nicht zu ändern und liegt am Eigentümer der Immobilie. Die Toiletten selbst sind aber sauber.

Unfortunately, the new store was a disappointment, hence the long review with reason. The waitress was very young but nice and helpful. We didn't expect food like in Vietnam, but something close. That was a disaster! The chef absolutely needs a cooking course. We were there shortly before Christmas ('24) and ordered 3 dishes, without sushi. The grilled meat with peanut sauce was tasteless and had thick grill marks. The peanut sauce had nothing to do with peanut sauce. It tasted like condensed milk with water and coconut milk. You could see that the meat was frozen and of poor quality. The fried rice with egg tasted like old oil with salt. You could barely see the egg. The green bonnes (edamame) were not cooked through, but slightly warmed up (probably in the microwave) and with a little table salt instead of large salt crystals. We gave them back to “get ready”. We also ordered a soup with coriander, which was unfortunately diluted with water, you could clearly taste it.

We were here on a Sunday, so the store was relatively full, but we still got the cards through the service very quickly. It took a relatively long time before we could order, but it was still okay for a Sunday. The glass of sparkling water I received was unfortunately stained with red wine stains, and you also had to look closely at the cutlery to make sure you got clean knives and forks (luckily there were plenty of them on the table). Photos of the contamination are attached. Our food portions were more than large, you will definitely be full here. According to the menu, my egg rice was with seasonal vegetables, in this case it was probably frozen carrots and peas. In terms of taste, I would consider it to be average at best, with a lot of soy sauce it worked. In terms of price, the store is okay for its direct downtown location. When we ordered the bill, we were initially forgotten and had to wait a long time for the bill. Overall the store is okay, but I would definitely prefer other stores in the area.

We ended up here while shopping as a family to buy 4 noodles2go and all 4 were disappointed. 1st prize. In my opinion, almost 30 euros for 4x noodles to go with a little topping is a bit cheeky, ok we blamed it on the location and accepted it. 2. Noodles were ok. Topping breaded chicken was not acceptable to us. Meat from the display wasn't even warmed up and was cold, cold chicken is ok but not when it turns rubbery and cold thanks to Parnade. 3x cold chunks of meat for over 2 euros extra? 3. Sauce. Ordered sweet and sour. Because the children don't want anything too spicy. It ended up being a sweet, quite spicy sauce. We thought we knew the taste. Sweetchilli probably ready-made sauce. We don't believe in fresh preparation. In summary: A lot of money for below-average Asian noodles. We can't say anything about the actual restaurant itself. It looked neat and well attended. Therefore not 1 star but 2.

I really enjoy eating here and can only recommend it to everyone. My absolute favorite: number 143 with breaded chicken breast fillet – a treat that never fails to delight me! The taste is just consistently fantastic, as if it were the first time. Absolute recommendation! Added to this is the super friendly service, which rounds off the entire experience perfectly.

Food is exceptional and staff are excellent even to overseas persons. It's a must when you visit Frankfurt.

Leave the restaurant hungry again! Chicken meat was rubbery and gristly. According to the taste, the so-called peanut sauce had a homeopathic amount of peanuts. It was way too milky. We left our plates 3/4 full and the waitress simply cashed in without asking why. The restaurant is a bitter disappointment.

Particularly noteworthy are the crispy crispy rolls, which impress with their perfect texture and delicate taste. The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right here - you get excellent quality at fair prices. Overall, Kiichi is the ideal place for Asian cuisine lovers who are looking for an authentic yet modern dining experience in a cozy environment.

Unfortunately the food is not at all justified for the price. It's a shame, it looked very promising.

Being brutally honest, the WORST ice coffee i have tasted in my life. The ice cream wasn't even ice cream, it tasted and dissolved like vegetable oil. The coffee below seems just coffee powder added to water, not even stirred. So flavourless, so bland. I couldn't drink it more than 2 sips. Infact I couldn't give it away, it was THAT bad!! 4.90 Euros down the drain... The only positive was the sweet service girl. Never coming back again.

Came for lunch with a friend. The Vietnamese noodles we ordered were a bit oily and the rice our friends ordered was a bit salty. Overall, it was average.

A cute little restaurant, friendly helpful staff. Fast service. The noodle box was well filled. Unfortunately, the crispy fried chicken was very dry, and the peanut sauce had more of a creamy, nutty flavor. Next time I'll use vegetables instead of chicken, with hot sauce ☺️😋👍.

Unfortunately we didn't like the food at all. We had sushi and a Vietnamese dish. The meat wasn't good. We didn't even finish our food and still had stomach problems. Service was only the minimum.

The food was average. But what is not possible is that when shrimps are out, they are replaced with chicken without asking. And they didn't even offer to bring anything else. Given the prices, it was a no go.
