Lots of rice, little fish. Tiny wasabi sachets cost 0.30 cents extra - they have a bowl of wasabi there and refuse to put any in the take-away box, with no regard for environmental protection. When I asked, a colleague replied "I would have to mix them up"!!! No napkins, no chopsticks. Soy sauce is probably self-sealed and has no place to tear. If you want to eat your fill, expect to pay at least €40! VERY RUDE. I WAS THERE FOR THE FIRST AND LAST TIME. Recommendation: Sushi shop at the Kleinmarkthalle. Unfortunately they were sold out today because they are just perfect in every way.

The food is very delicious, but when there are many people, the service staff often give priority to Westerners. This is a place in the basement food court of a department store that sells udon, ramen, etc. When ordering, I ordered a small size of kimchi miso udon and gyoza udon, and a sushi roll, and had a cup of tea, and the kimchi miso udon was delicious. The sides are round and slightly less thick. I felt like it would be salty if I removed all the kimchi toppings, so I put it on quietly and carefully. lol The gyoza udon was not salty and refreshing, but it was overshadowed by the taste of the kimchi udon. oh. .A vibrating bell is provided when ordering.

Sushi was very good, but the service was very hectic and unfriendly. Ok for the lunch break.

Every time I want to eat something that is warmed up, the dishwashing power warms up the food. I've had the situation several times now where the lady wasn't wearing gloves while washing up and interrupted her washing process to warm up my order. Without gloves and with wet hands, she unpacked the tempura and touched it. When she took the plate out of the microwave she touched the food again to check if it was hot. I've spoken to her several times now and only get cheeky answers that her hands are clean.

Unfortunately the food has deteriorated considerably. They used to be regular guests, but since the renovation, the soup stock in particular has lacked spice. A pity

Really disappointed by this place, first you can't ask some questions or you feel like you disturb them, second I paid 23 euros for a small plate of sushi and a small sake, too expensive for the quality of the food. Sake was over warm or boiled because to old in hand was quite not possible. Last point you don't have even finish than someone ask you already if they can take your tablet even you still haven't finish. For me 1 star is enough, my small sushi master inside a small town of Bavaria was doing thousand time better and cheaper with a better fresh quality of this place.

I'm a regular customer of MARUYASU in Düsseldorf, but I didn't like it here at MARUYASU Frankfurt. A rude saleswoman unwrapped the sushi not over the plate but over the counter, half of the contents fell on the counter, she picked up what had fallen and threw it on my plate, the sushi was much smaller than in Düsseldorf, straight from Der Fridge, therefore very cold and tasteless, uncomfortable atmosphere, in general I cannot recommend it. I am disappointed and will not come here again.

Sehr gut The staff are really friendly I haven't eaten out in a while because I'm tired of expensive and bulky European food, but I enjoyed it. Recommended for international students living in Germany rather than tourists. When I crave Korean food, it's nice to be able to eat it relatively cheaply.

The unfriendly, downright rude ladies are stressed, okay, but if their answers were spoken politely, you would understand them just as well. An employee just reprimanded customers loudly and in a very unfriendly manner. This is just going too far. Also, the ramen didn't taste like anything today.

Looking at the 1 star review I have to say I also bumped into this bad attitude lady worker there today. It's a Japanese place without Japanese spirit. I don't need you to smile at me but at least I don't deserve the black face (I don't know what I did wrong). I paid for the food and not waiting in line for donation. Won't go back again 😡

간단히 우동, 라멘 먹기엔 좋음. 일본 현지의 진한 국물 맛을 기대하고 가면 안됨. 따로 나오는 미소장국은 장국블록을 물에 풀어서 내오는 방식이고, 대체로 인슈퇀트?ㅋㅋ 라멘에 약간의 토핑 올린거라고 보면됨. 나롸뮨 딴돽괄꺼밈ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Also ich liebe das Essen hier ( Sushi und Suppen). Aber 1 Sternabzug, die Bedienung sind mehr als öfters unfreundlich, ungeduldig, das nimmt schon fast überhand und 1 Sternabzug, die Preise sind sehr happig, kann man so oder so erklären. Aber ansonsten gut.

Essen können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir nur auf der Dachterrasse was getrunken haben. Sehr freundliches Personal und natürlich super toller Ausblick. Drinnen sieht es auch toll aus und das System mit dem ein und auschecken funktioniert super!

Coole Rooftop bar mit super Aussicht! Gute Musik mit am Abend! Empfehlenswert!

Die beste und authentischste Udon Nudelsuppe, die ich bis jetzt jemals gegessen habe! Super finde ich vor allem, dass man zwischen einer kleinen und großen Portion wählen kann. So kann man auch mal schnell etwas zwischendurch essen, wenn man nicht so großen Hunger hat. Ich werde mich auf jeden Fall einmal quer durch die Karte probieren und freue mich jetzt schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

The food was excellent especially the type of style it was because you can choose parts of the big plates and we got miso soup some Octoupus with rice with sushi and I loved it. What caught me by surprise was the salmon sushi I thought it was bad but it was actually quite good. I have give the atmosphere 4 stars because you have the rest of the restaurant and supermarket which is boring.

Great Noodle soup and sushi in Frankfurt. Perfect location at the Galleria Shopping centre. Located at the underground level. The ambience is okay as it is located at a shopping centre, feels like a stop over while shopping. Gives fast food restaurant vibes. Overall good food and the staff is very friendly.

The udon noodles were so chewy and the broth was light and umami. I got it with teriyaki chicken. The chicken skin was fully coated with sauce, which I love, but I couldn’t really taste teriyaki flavor in the chicken meat, and it was also a bit dry :( overall pretty good. Paid 11,5€ in cash, not sure if they take card. Would recommend if you’re looking for a quick and tasty lunch in the middle of the city

Staff could smile more and be more friendly. I've seen better service in Frankfurt. Not sure I'll come back.

Sushi is ok. They’re pre-made and looks the one you can get from the shelf and grab to-go.

Das Personal drängt einen sofort zum bestellen wenn man nur etwas zu nah an die Theke kommt um sich erstmal die Karte anzuschauen. Die Ramen sind einfach nur langweilig und nichts besonderes. Die Nudeln sind irgendwelche billig, fertig Ware. Das Hähnchen war ein einziger Knorpel (ungenießbar) und das beste ist das die Brühe aus großen Thermoskannen abgefüllt wird 🤦🏻‍♂️

If you want to have a look at the skyline from a rooftop terrace this is a good place. The restaurant has different stations where you can get food from and then pay altogether when you leave. They have a bar there and outside terrace

War nicht zufrieden. Man muss wissen wie die Bestellung abläuft, leider sind nicht alle Speisen hinter der Vitrine beschriftet. Das macht es komplizierter. Das Ambiente ist nicht wirklich vorteilhaft.

가격도 괜찮고 직원분들도 상당히 친절하심! 다만 한국인 입맛에는 조금은 짜게 느껴질 수 있고, 미소라멘과 스시롤만 판다는 것도 알고 가시길,,!

Wenn man gerade in der Stadt ist und es eher schnell gehen soll, sicherlich eine Option. Selbstservice, leider liegt die Karte nur direkt dort aus, wo man dann auch dran ist zu bestellen. Die Ramen sind gut, aber nichts außergewöhnliches und insgesamt etwas Geschmacksarm. Das Ambiente ist natürlich höchstens mäßig - laut - die Tische oft nicht sauber und eben im Kaufhaus.

Beste Ramen der Stadt, außerdem außerordentlich gute selbstgemachte Sojasauce!

Das Sushi war lecker, aber etwas zu hochpreisig. Der Service war freundlich, ist halt Selbstbedienung. Der Laden befindet sich im Kaufhof, das Ambiente wirkt dementsprechend; auch wenn der "Restaurantbereich" abgetrennt ist, bekommt man einiges vom Einkaufstrubel mit.

My favourite go to place near my workplace, so I whenever crave for Japanese Ramen it is my go to place. The food is served hot 🥵 and tasty 😋 also sometimes I just love the Bento Box 🍱 sold here

Bedienung schlecht und unfreundlich , und dass das zweite Mal in einem Monat. Ich kenne das Lokal seit knapp 15 Jahre und ich war immer gerne da . Aber seit heute habe ich meine Meinung geändert nie mehr 🤬🤬🤬

Sushi sehr authentisch, sehr grosszügige Udonportionen, leckerster Grüntee. Leider Sushi manchmal leicht trocken, da es in der Theke stand, man muss den Liefertag erwischen. Aber sonst - love, love, love 😊

Bitte nimmt nur die Suppe lautet meine Empfehlung. Ich aß bereits mehrmals in diesem Restaurant und mir sind folgende Punkte aufgefallen: Positiv: -Die Udon-Suppen sind meistens sehr lecker. -Man bekommt relativ zügig seine Bestellung/Essen -Man findet fast immer einen Sitzplatz -Das Restaurant liegt sehr gut zentral in der Stadt Negativ: -Die Preis-Leistungqualität stimmt vorne und hinten nicht bei allen Sachen außer bei den Suppen. Bei Sushi-Nigiri Preisen über 2 Euro pro Stück erwarte ich hohe Qualität und die kommt überhaupt nicht rüber. Als würde man mittelmäßige "Massenqualitat" essen. -Die Huhnchenspiesse sind viel zu fettig und wurden schnell, schnell in der Mikrowelle aufgewärmt. -Die Qualität der Suppen schwankt abhängig von der Tageszeit und von der Laune der Köchin. -1-1,5 Stunden vor Schluss wird die Bedienung spürbar ungeduldig und leicht spießig, weil sie nur mehr weg wollen und das auf die Sekunde genau. Als Zusammenfassung kann ich den Laden für eine schnelle Suppe hin-und wieder empfehlen wenn man in der Stadt ist und den Rest soll man sich anderswo besorgen. Es gibt sehr gute Alternativen in einem 500 Meter Umkreis.

Immer voll und alles sehr schnell. Kein Restaurant um Stunden dort zu verbringen. Die Suppen kann ich jederzeit empfehlen. Der Preis passt auch super. Das Sushi ist auch total lecker, jedoch nicht ganz günstig.

Das Sushi ist wirklich eines besten das ich in Frankfurt gegessen habe. Sehr frisch und von hochwertiger Qualität. Das Essen ist wirklich ich eine absolute 5,0. Das Ambiente ist dafür nicht ganz so schön. Wer einen schönen Abend bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre verbringen will ist hier falsch. Das ist aber auch nicht der Anspruch des Restaurants, da es hauptsächlich auf Laufkundschaft ausgelegt ist. Wer ein schnelles Mittag- oder Abendessen mit sehr guten Speisen sucht ist hier auf jeden Fall richtig.
