The food was way too expensive for what you get. The chicken had more breading than chicken. The service wasn't that good. The place had a very distinctive smell. It wasn't a good dining experience.

The service is terrible. First of all, they charge you while you're eating. Second, the service is slow. We ordered drinks and it took almost an hour for them to arrive. They charge for the bathroom entrance fee. I don't understand why they shouldn't charge for it if you're eating in the restaurant. I definitely don't recommend it.

Chicken is more breading then chicken, drinks were lukewarm

We arrived at Monchis around 11 p.m. and wanted to relax and smoke a shisha and have a drink. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing: After waiting for over 30 minutes, the shisha still hadn't arrived. Only after I inquired did the waitress come and tell us that the type of tobacco we wanted wasn't available. They could have said that upfront. When we tried to order dessert and tea, we were told that the kitchen no longer serves desserts after 8 p.m. and that the tea machine was already turned off – rather incomprehensible for a lounge that's open late. We ultimately wanted to order a regular Red Bull. Instead, we were offered a Red Bull Zero and an energy drink from a black can – both uncooled. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience: long waits, a limited selection, and uncooled drinks. While the place itself is cozy, there's still a lot of room for improvement in the service.

Chicken is dry and tasteless, drinks are served warm when they should be cold…

A lovely shop, and my server, the dark-skinned woman, was incredibly friendly and professional. However, they no longer accept my b my vouchers, which is a shame, but I wanted to try it and had a bowl. It's a shame, for those prices, I really expected something...to be honest, there was just nothing...

The place was really great at first, but today? Simply disappointing. The service is rude, completely unmotivated, and lets the guests know it. A simple request for an ashtray is met with a rolling of the eyes, a Red Bull is brought to you incorrectly, and then the brazen response is, "It's not available." No one feels responsible, no one cares. Honestly: Anyone who's so obviously unhappy with their job should stay home – instead of ruining guests' evenings.

We had to wait 20 minutes for service and then another hour for our food. I had a chicken bowl that didn't deserve the name. The pieces of meat were tough and everything was drenched in teriyaki sauce. The prices were astronomically high. Never again. Definitely not a recommendation!

Today, September 20th, we were at Monchies in Frankfurt at 6:30 p.m. I normally hold the place in high regard and it has a good reputation, but this time the visit was disappointing. We were served exclusively by one waitress, and unfortunately, she was unfriendly and spoke to us in an unprofessional manner. In addition, the service was generally very slow. This, unfortunately, greatly impacted our experience.

Monchis used to be one of our favorite places to go out, but it has declined considerably. The service was absolutely disgraceful. First, we were shown to a dirty table (which was never cleaned...), then we were only asked what we wanted very late, and the fact that our order came very late was no surprise. Otherwise, whenever we wanted anything else, it was almost impossible to get hold of a waiter because no one even looked after the customers. When we were finally served and asked for more money, it took 45 minutes before we finally got some, even though we had to ask three waiters. Not the service I expect for such high prices. Neither our time nor our wishes were respected in the slightest. Overall, the place and the atmosphere were great, but the service was truly disastrous. It definitely lets the experience down a lot.

Great food. Great drinks. Great staff. Left with a massive smile on my face. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Frankfurt. ❤️

Delicious and nice in the middle of Frankfurt

Everything is actually good - taste, atmosphere, staff but the price is insane. The quantity of the M size chicken will certainly shock you if you've ever ordered in Korea but for one serving it's more than enough. The thing is, to have it be 16 euro for 6 small pieces is insane undoubtedly...💀 C'est exagéré

The best food I've ever had here in Frankfurt. The service was very friendly and polite. I liked it so much that I HAVE to eat there every day. It's so delicious. Wow, my favorite restaurant.

The interior is top-notch and the vibe is awesome. I didn't eat anything, so I can't rate it. The waiter was super polite. The overall experience was baba.

I can't recommend Monchis at all. I had a Seoul Bowl, and the rice was smothered in sauce that tasted strange. The breading on the chicken was hard and dry. All for just under 23 euros. Never again.

We went to Monchis. The food was cold, the advertised 15-20 minute wait turned into 35 minutes, and our order note was ignored by the kitchen, resulting in the wrong food. When we asked for cutlery, we were told it would be brought, but it never arrived; we had to get it ourselves. The employee was nice, but the service and presentation were very disappointing.

Tables are dirty but most are ok. Place is nice, with nice sitting outside and inside. Service is absolutely terrible. Takes too long to come take the order or even bring menus, people are continuously leaving without even getting their menus and they take the orders wrong. On my one hour wait for food I saw them bring the wrong meals, orders to go when they were meant to dine-in and when my order finally came it was thrown at me, dude said nothing and just pushed the food towards us basically hitting our arms. And he ran away immediately and my order was wrong. I wouldn't recommend at all to come here. The food is good but it is definitely not worth the trouble, go somewhere else.

The bar itself looks nice and we got a table quickly (hence the star). Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing; our table was only partially cleared after we asked three times. Three simple drinks took ages, and we had to be reminded so often to pay that we eventually went to the bar ourselves. So if you have plenty of time and patience, you could feel at home here. I can't say anything about the food; after waiting so long for drinks, I don't even want to know how long you'll have to wait for your food. However, I can understand that you might be overwhelmed; the restaurant business isn't easy, but then you have to think of something. We weren't the only ones who complained.

Honestly, the new staff is a disaster. They don't pay any attention to you, and you only get served after 15 minutes, even though five employees SEE you sit down. They stand around, chat, and then take a smoke break in front of the guests.

Very disappointing. We received very uncaring service, and the drinks were poorly made and far too expensive for their poor quality. Bacardi Cola with Pepsi. Rum in a glass with ice cubes. The strawberry daquiri was completely watery and tasted like grapefruit. We arrived late, but we were welcomed, but we constantly felt like we weren't welcome.

I went there yesterday with a friend for dinner and drinks. The food was absolutely delicious – I had the Gangnam Style Bowl, my friend had the fried chicken. Both were simply amazing! The cocktails took a little longer to arrive, but that didn't bother us. Overall, a great evening and highly recommended!

The food was super overpriced and the portion size was tiny for how much we played the people working here tho, are really nice. So service was amazing the food was not. Okey atmosphere with coloured lights nice seats and comfortable seating. To sum it up don’t go here if you want a good portion for your moneys worth. Payed 23€ for a small peace of salmon with a few leaves of veg and some rice. No thank you.

The interior, with its lights and cherry blossoms, was very stylish and cozy. We received a warm welcome and prompt service. We had to ask once because a drink was missing, but it arrived quickly, and the server apologized. We had fried sushi and edamame for dinner. Both were spot-on and tasty. The homemade strawberry lemonade was unfortunately too sweet for us. The shisha was okay, but it took a long time to get new coals. Not exactly cheap at €25, but not surprising for downtown Frankfurt. We weren't presented with a menu for the shisha either. On a Friday evening, you can get a table right away, even without a reservation and a minimum order. Addendum: After being so impressed with our first visit, the three of us went back. Unfortunately, the service was completely lacking this time, and the food took forever to arrive, even though it wasn't busy.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We were only informed later that certain items were no longer available, and this was after half of the items had been brought to us, and the cider was undrinkable, so I had to leave it behind.

I was there in the afternoon, and it really wasn't busy, and the service was simply inattentive. Someone at the next table raised their hand and called out three times without anyone noticing. The food was OK, but a bit expensive. In the end, the bill wasn't correct, and they blamed it on a mix-up with another table, or it was deliberate. Unfortunately, it was the first and last time.

Extremely disappointing place. If you order a portion of "Gangnam Style Chicken M" for just under €17, you'll get six carelessly fried pieces of chicken fillet smothered in sauce and no side dish of any kind, and you'll be left hungry afterward, moving on to the next restaurant. The food tasted okay, but for the price, it was significantly below expectations (I'd say it was no better than what you'd get at well-known fast food chains). Furthermore, the service was slow and disorganized, and the menu and on-site displays contained obvious spelling errors. From the street, you'd be forgiven for thinking it's a Korean restaurant, but anyone who eats there quickly realizes that this is just a marketing gimmick and that the place is actually an overpriced chicken joint. Anyone who charges prices like that (in my case, a meal was around €17, a side dish was around €10, and a 200 ml Coke was €4) needs to deliver commensurate quality in both service and food.

Just don't!! Really not a good place. Not even 1/3 full for lunch, and now after 45 minutes we still hadn't gotten our food. Pretty miserable. When we finally got it it was cold. It was 2 burgers and 3 salads. So nothing special.

Overpriced, service is slow, tables and glasses are dirty... We didnt even get anything to put under the glasses, just directly at the table which made tables even more dirty. We were waiting for a server for 25 minutes and then for a drink 15 more even though the place was half emprty. Very very bad, I wont come here ever again.

Not a bad restaurant in itself and the decor is great, but when we were there, it was definitely understaffed and people were leaving because they had to wait a bit longer. There was also an employee who was a bit unfriendly at times and always didn't have any change, and we, or rather my friend, were treated a bit rudely, as he then had to pay with a card. My rice wasn't cooked all the way through, which wasn't exactly enjoyable. The drinks were great, though. I think if I were to go there, I'd rather drink than eat, as there's a much wider selection of drinks than food. Regards.

The worst experience in Frankfurt!

Orders are taken every half hour, and the order arrives half an hour later. Prepare your time and psychology accordingly and go.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to use this opportunity to complain about my recent visit to your restaurant, as it was unfortunately disappointing in several respects. Firstly, the food was served significantly late. The wait was unreasonably long and was not explained by any information or apology from the kitchen. When the food finally arrived, it did not match the description on your menu in any way. The edamame beans were old, stringy, and tasted far from fresh. The fries were cold, limp, and obviously not freshly prepared—here, too, the quality standards were unsatisfactory. Overall, the dishes seemed carelessly presented and not well thought out. I would like to emphasize that the service that evening was friendly and attentive. The problem clearly lay with the kitchen, which was apparently completely overwhelmed or chaotically organized. To support my complaint, I am enclosing photos documenting the condition of the food.

I've rarely experienced a bar as bad as Monschis. The service was completely overwhelmed, disorganized, and incompetent. The shisha was a disaster—unpalatable, as if you'd smoked on an old carpet. After multiple complaints, there was no response. No new one, no discount, no interest. Instead of customer service, just stupid looks and shoulder shrugs. The icing on the cake was the bill—it simply included things we never ordered. Of course, we didn't say anything because the waitress wouldn't have understood what was going on anyway. Arguing was pointless anyway—it obviously wasn't their job to think for themselves. Conclusion: If you want hassle, bad air, and incompetent staff, this is the place for you. For everyone else: Save your time and money.

The team leader was very unfriendly and disrespectful towards me, and there was no appreciative tone in his dealings with other employees either.

We were together at Monchies in Frankfurt and unfortunately witnessed a female manager treating several guests unfriendly. Her tone was very harsh, and there was a lack of politeness and respect. As a guest, you expect friendly service, especially from someone who clearly bears responsibility. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and we felt unwelcome.

A very disappointing experience. We were surprised to find that the restaurant had changed management and is no longer a sushi bar. The entire menu had been replaced with Korean fried chicken dishes. We were a group of 8 people and ordered 8 main dishes and 3 appetizers. When the main dishes arrived, not a single person received the meal they had ordered. The waiter kept saying, “I don’t know which dish is which.” All the dishes looked and tasted almost the same, even though the menu appeared to be diverse. The appetizers arrived after the main course and were also incorrect. When we spoke to the waiter about the mix-up, he asked us: “Did you taste the food?” We said yes, and he replied, “Well, if it tastes good, just eat it.” In other words — “Just take what you got.” Definitely not going back

A Restaurant Visit to Forget Our visit to this restaurant on Monday with eight people was a complete disappointment. Upon our arrival, the restaurant was practically empty – we were the only group inside, and only a few tables were occupied on the terrace. That should have been a warning. The drinks were ordered and served relatively quickly, but the food... it couldn't have been worse. After waiting over an hour, only ONE of eight dishes was correct! Swapped dishes, incorrect ingredients, and absolutely abysmal service characterized the evening. The only available employee seemed completely overwhelmed and uninformed. To give an example: We ordered soy sauce. After several requests, he finally brought a bowl of a sauce, which he declared to be soy sauce. A little later, we asked for teriyaki sauce, whereupon the employee pointed to the "soy sauce" already served, confused himself, apparently not knowing what he had actually brought us. To top it all off, however, the employee had the nerve to blame us for the mix-ups and the poor service. The competence of this restaurant is zero. A place we will definitely never visit again.

I was there with my friends. There were eleven tables left, and we wanted to sit down. A colleague came up to us and said it wasn't possible. The other colleague didn't know anything. We then asked, and they said you could only get there with a reservation. Five minutes later, we called and asked if we could make a reservation. They then said you couldn't make a reservation, you had to walk in. I feel betrayed.

Disappointing Visit I was there this evening around 11:00 PM with six friends. Although eleven tables were still completely free and none of them were marked as reserved, an employee initially informed us that all tables were reserved. Shortly afterward, another employee informed us that they were no longer accepting orders as they would be closing soon, even though the official opening hours actually state that they are open until 1:00 AM. The whole thing seemed rather implausible, especially since the restaurant was almost empty. We called two minutes later to get clarification. We were then told on the phone that reservations are generally not possible and that we should just drop in spontaneously. This is in stark contrast to what we had been told beforehand. The treatment was unfortunately very unprofessional, and we felt anything but welcome. Very disappointing; we will definitely not be back. Zero stars would be appropriate, but unfortunately not possible. Save yourself the trip.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed on our first visit, as some of the drinks on the menu were unavailable and the ones that were available were extremely sweet. Nevertheless, we gave the restaurant a second chance, but unfortunately, to no avail. On our second visit, we ordered food: a chicken salad, edamame, and a chicken cheeseburger with fries. After a while, the waitress came and told us they were out of cheese, so we got the burger without cheese. After 40 minutes, we were told that the last burger was being given out to someone who had ordered after us. So, we had no choice but to opt for the fries. After another 20 minutes, the chicken salad and edamame arrived, but no fries. When we asked for the bill after waiting over an hour and politely pointed out that someone hadn't received their food, all we got was a disinterested "Oh yeah, hmm... okay." No apology, no attempt to fix the situation. Been there twice, disappointed twice. There won't be a third time for us. It's a shame, because the ambiance is truly beautiful, but good service and organization are equally important. Unfortunately, not everything that glitters is gold here.

Three of us went to Monchis on a Saturday. We waited at least 30 minutes until someone came to wipe the dirty table for the person before us and brought us cards. The service was rude and unprofessional. We each had 2 drinks and a water. We also waited 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive and sometimes had to ask several times. The shisha was a disaster! Smoked for 5 minutes, that was it, and it cost €25. The last drinks (Lillet Coco) just tasted like Red Bull with water. I used to like coming here, but this was definitely the last time.

We went to Monchies with friends and, like all the other guests, waited in vain for over an hour for our drinks. None of the guests had anything on their table, and many left in frustration. The few occupied tables were either still full of empty glasses or leftover shisha from previous guests. The waitress was overwhelmed, didn't know the menu, and constantly had to ask the bartender. The bartender, in turn, argued with the waitress, eventually simply stopped making cocktails, and new guests were even refused entry – even though the place was almost empty. In the end, we canceled our order and left the place – like many others. In the bar we went to afterward, we met several former Monchies guests. It quickly became the joke of the evening: "So, didn't you get anything either?" Conclusion: Stay away – disastrous service, zero organization, just frustrating.

I went there for the first time today with my girlfriend and I have to say, apart from the service, it was catastrophic. The service was nice and friendly, but the wait was really critical. The food was even more critical; we ordered ramen, and it was simply disgusting. The broth was incredibly sweet with zero flavor, and the meat was so sour, probably some kind of rolled ham. The eggs aren't pickled either, and they just throw them in whole. Then there were two random pieces of broccoli in there, which I've never seen in a ramen before. The only acceptable thing was the noodles. Afterward, I went to the bathroom again, and that was the final straw. First of all, it was so hidden, with barely any signs, and when I walked in the door, I was hit by the worst pee smell ever. Honestly, it was like being in a club at 4 a.m., which you'd normally expect in a club, but not in a restaurant. I've honestly never eaten such bad food, and I'm not talking about value for money here, because I wouldn't have eaten it even if it had cost €5, but the food was simply disgusting. I don't even want to talk about the restrooms. At least the service was friendly. But I wouldn't recommend the food there for a second!

Absolutely loved this place. Amazing shisha, the best cocktails and delicious food. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and make sure everything is perfect. You can sit inside and outside. The vibe is really good, with nice music. We will definitely come back.

The drinks were truly delicious—refreshing and prepared with love. Special praise goes to Younes: an extremely friendly and attentive waiter who made the visit even more enjoyable. Such service is rare these days—you feel completely welcome. I'm already looking forward to the next time!

Matcha doesn't taste good Double payment

We had two drinks and a Crunchyroll for €33. Due to the skeptical reviews, I didn't order more food, but I still wanted to give it a try, and the Crunchyroll was as good as it should taste.

Servers are nice, but the food is horrible. It’s supposed to be a Japanese restaurant but I don’t believe the owner is Japanese. The food (sushi) was mediocre and the wasabi tasted really stale, not spicy at all. It’s located at a great location but I don’t think I will be coming back.

Catastrophe Erlich was good once. We were there last night. We waited at least 30 minutes until someone served us and first cleaned the table. The waitress was young and had no experience serving. They apologized to each other for everything being a mess. Just one example. A cocktail 🍸 in a Coke glass!!! That tells you everything. They said they didn't have any glasses????? Is it okay to buy glasses during the week???? Prepare for Saturday. Please take this to heart. We are customers who always came and won't come again!!! We spend money 💰 with you. So we want to get something decent for our money. Because we have to pay the bill??? You're right on the food court. Central. You know what's going on on Saturdays? Apart from what the waiter said. Worst sushi I've ever eaten. These prepackaged plastic parts from Rewe are 17 times better. The service was very bad. The waiter was very rude to our group and we waited 3 hours for our order. Just ordering a water took 1 hour. If you really want to pay so much money for bad service, bad food and music that is way too loud, you might as well just throw it away. Actually I would give 0 stars everywhere.

You had to wait 15 minutes before you could even order. Then waited half an hour and still no drinks in sight! The waitress walks past you and doesn't even look. Never again!

The service was an absolute disaster. We were there on May 1st and ordered two drinks. We waited for over 20 minutes and then we were told that no order had been taken. We got up and left.

I have had 2:1 vouchers online at Neotaste for a long time and on site they say that they are no longer accepted. But even when asked to delete the ad, they don't comply. NEPP AND FARMER

After an hour of waiting, we finally received the main courses we ordered (I had a bowl) with wilted lettuce leaves, old vegetables, some missing key ingredients such as edamame and a questionably tasting salmon. Appetizers and starters were completely forgotten. This shouldn't happen in a restaurant - neither the quality of the food nor the service was acceptable. Nothing was taken off the bill. We are extremely disappointed and will definitely not be coming back.

I absolutely cannot recommend this place. The service was extremely slow and the drinks were overpriced - they also had very low alcohol content and tasted almost like water. The staff was inattentive and we had to wait almost an hour for our order. If you value your time and money, consider choosing somewhere else.

Loud stupid music, took a fortune to wait for 1 sushi roll... On the street was promotion of set, but it was not working

The food didn't taste good at all! The soup tasted like water and soy but nothing more. Service wasn't good but the ambience was ok. We definitely won't come back.

We had reserved for today (Saturday) via the NeoTaste app and booked an offer. We were then told on site that NeoTaste is not valid on Saturdays. That's just cheeky: you lure people with the promise of a discount, let them book - and then suddenly they say on site that it's not valid? The restaurant is already overpriced. And then such an approach? If you don't accept NeoTaste on Saturdays, you should simply block it in the app - like many other restaurants do. This was definitely the last time for us – with and without NeoTaste. It seems like you're trying to trick people on purpose. And most people find it too stupid to get up again and look for another restaurant. Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended.

EYE OPENING Experience in my life 🙂‍↕️ Featuring ✨ a sushi with bone ✨ Not 1 not 2 but 3 in a row 😤 Not in Japan, not in South-East Asia, but in Europe; specifically this restaurant in Germany 🙂‍↕️ We actually reflected immediately to the restaurant that the sushi had bone in it Then the waiter just said sorry, and it was not even sincere 😌 The waiter said that the chef claimed that it’s normal for this type of fish to have bone (yeah which fish doesn’t have bone right? Haha After 3 bone found out of 4piece of sushi Then we called the waiter again, And he just kept repeating that it’s normal for this type of fish to have bone in it (wow wow wow) Then the waiter asked if other sushi have bone, we said other was okay, no bone in it And then he ask us to choose salmon/tuna sushi Then replaced us with another 4 pieces of sushi 🍣 After all, They bring us a bill with total of 130+€ Luckily my friend double checked the bill And found out they include item that we did not order in the bill. Our actual bill was actually 110€ Chef can’t make the dish well and Waiter can’t do the math right 👏🏻 IMPRESSIVE ! Secretly charge us back for your “replacement for your mistake”? @monchis_frankfurt I have to strongly emphasise, it’s not the fish problem, it’s skulls issues. Please do not serve food that your chef couldn’t handle well. It’s concerning and with risk that people can choke on it 🙂 —— Side note: My friend’s chicken salad, not only the chicken is dry but it had too much sauce in it as well; it’s sauce, not soup. And excessive sauce just made the whole salad salty. 🥗 Edamame and beverage was okay. Long wait to order and long wait for the food to be served. Waiter waitress was not friendly also even before we point out the bone thingy.

Morning coffee is fragrant and gives you energy for the whole day. The bagels are fresh and fluffy with a wide variety of delicious fillings. The music is pleasant and the volume just right for a relaxed conversation. The seats are comfortable, perfect for enjoying a snack and relaxing. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes you want to come back.

Nice people and very cool atmosphere, but Shisha is just disastrous

Unfortunately service is so slow, you can understand that you need more employees. Unfortunately it took the lady so long to bring our espresso and it was cold, so she changed it, but she charged me the cost of 2 espressos. Too bad

The inside area was empty We had to wait 9 minutes until the waiter came (not all tables were occupied) We order 2 cold drinks - Cola Zero and a schweppes - so nothing complicated. After sitting at the table for a total of 21 minutes, the waiter came - I wanted to pay immediately (I didn't want to have to wait forever again) His words were - I'll come back straight away and just bring the gentleman the Cola Zero that was on his tray - and in the meantime 3 tables got up and left - one of them had ordered food - she then went over to the burger shop. My girlfriend called out after 4 minutes - sorry - he pretended not to hear her - 35 minutes for 0.2 drinks. It's a shame with 2 waiters -

The service is slow and we waited 90 minutes for the food. Then it was partly cold and cold soups don't taste good. Two dishes were completely missing, but were still on the bill. When we didn't want to pay this, the response was very unfriendly and absolutely unprofessional. Never again!

On a Saturday at lunchtime it seemed completely overwhelmed. Waiting for over an hour for the food, when it came there was nothing for two parties, and there was no response to requests for missing cutlery from those who had already received food. After polite insistence, the response was also unfriendly. We should have listened to other reviews that said similar things. Very unfortunate.

We were here with a group for lunch today. We waited 1.5 hours for the food, the service was very unfriendly. The chicken breast was cold, the sushi was probably ok, the vegetarian food hasn't arrived yet. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the restaurant.

The service was great, but the prices are no longer justifiable. Two mint teas and a large bottle of water €40!

A nice restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and very nice staff. We were able to order quickly and received our food and drinks quickly. I tried the ramen soup while I was there and I highly recommend this one. I can only recommend that everyone who is traveling along the Zeil in Frankfurt to eat there.

We had to wait 1 hour for edamame. These are simply beans that I can make at home in 5 minutes. Our table next to us and another table received their complete 5-course menu before us even though we were definitely in the restaurant when there was very little activity. Really really bad

We waited over 1.5 hours for our sushi and still didn't get everything, even though we asked several times. The taste was good, but the long wait and poor service didn't make it worth it. Unfortunately no recommendation

The service is bad. Long waiting times, not flexible and unfriendly. The staff smokes e-cigarette at the bar. Bowl was a lump of rice with cheap meat, 2 lettuce leaves, 1 radish, 3 half slices of cucumber, 4 rose peppers and few beans. It's so loud that you can barely hold a conversation. So it's really not a nice atmosphere and I can't recommend it for the prices.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing. From the first contact, the service was rude. When we asked about the menu we were told in an unfriendly tone that it was very busy and that if we didn't have patience we should find another restaurant. Nevertheless, we stayed and showed understanding. We ordered water, but although guests who arrived later received their drinks promptly, we were ignored. Even with two small children we had to wait significantly longer. Additionally, we only received a single napkin for our family of four. The condition of the car seat was unacceptable - extremely dirty, sticky and apparently not cleaned for a long time. The originally white surface was now light brown with dirt. Overall our visit was a big disappointment. Unfriendly service, lack of attention and poor hygiene – we cannot recommend this restaurant under any circumstances.
