Couldn’t even try a Glasnudelnsalat because it took 30 minutes to notice I was there…One of the waitresses was screaming all the time. Such an unpleasant waste of time!

I tried to place an order by phone. I wanted to redeem a voucher. I occasionally get one sent to me because I have ordered something several times. The man on the phone told me that wasn't possible and that I had to order more things. The minimum order value was always €10 and the price of the food had even increased. When I explained to him completely truthfully that it was possible to order the Poke Bowl with a voucher from his colleague a few weeks ago, he tried to discredit my statement by firmly claiming that he had no colleagues and was the only one on the phone (which doesn't seem very believable for a company that's open 10 hours a day, 7 days a week). Finally I asked what the minimum order value was and he said €13, whereupon I backed out of the order because I felt somehow ripped off. When I placed the order again directly on the Yoko Sushi website, it immediately worked without any problems to carry out the same order with the voucher. However, because of the long discussion and because I still had to enter all the data, it was three minutes after ten when the order was ready and was no longer accepted! Side effect: the voucher was shown to me as redeemed. It's really an imposition and not even worth one star if you're looking forward to a relaxing evening after work and a delicious dinner and then get the exact opposite. However, reading through the more recent reviews here for the food, it may not have been to my detriment after all.

We always order so I can't say anything about the ambience... Always happy with the quality and delivery! Sushi is delicious, special requests are taken into account!

For the price, everything here is spot on, with great offers available regularly. We've only had takeout so far and occasionally needed to do a bit of extra seasoning ourselves. Sometimes it takes a while, and there's not much wasabi or ginger included, but the fish and rice are fresh.

Very nice shop. Everything designed with a lot of love. The service tries very hard... but it depends on the timing in the kitchen. A lot of things get mixed up. The quality of the food is good average. The prices are ok. Will definitely come back.

Unfortunately this was a very bad experience with our online order. It took over an hour to arrive, and the sushi tasted old and stale, with dry rice and very little flavor. The soy sauce had spilled all over the packaging, making it a mess. The miso soup was overly salted. Unfortunately, the food was so bad we could not even finish it. Very disappointing.
