We were actually always happy because it was the best in the area. But today it's a disgrace. The broccoli was completely yellow. The sushi breaded in tempura… hardly any breading, very carelessly prepared. You somehow sensed that everything was without love. I have no idea what's going wrong.

Unfortunately I have to leave an extremely negative review today. I just ordered sushi from Sushi Yana via Lieferando, but the delivery did not correspond to my order: a advertised "two for the price of one" offer was completely missing. When I asked politely over the phone, I was turned away by the employee. His answer was unprofessional and harsh: he simply referred to the invoice without showing any willingness to find a solution. Aside from the lack of offerings, the food was disappointing. The quality was far below the standard we previously knew from Sushi Yana - tasteless, carelessly prepared and absolutely not in line with the price range. This combination of poor service and poor quality means that this was definitely our last order. It's a shame that customers are treated like this. I only give one star because the system forces it - this experience isn't worth anything more. We are very upset and hope that Sushi Yana learns from such mistakes. The only consequence for us is: never again.

Waiting more than 1 1/2 hours for an order is brutal!

So I won't order there again, I ordered various maki and 2 summer rolls with peanut sauce. The maki were okay, but nothing more. The summer rolls didn't taste good at all, there was no coriander in them, just arugula, a few rice noodles and two half shrimps each. Summer rolls only contain mint and coriander, so they only tasted like bitter arugula, especially since the peanut sauce also took some getting used to, it tasted sour, I don't know if that's how it should be, but I found the taste unpleasant. The service was very good, the driver arrived on time to the minute.

A very nice shop. Everything is lovingly designed. The service is very attentive...but it depends on the kitchen's schedule. Sometimes things are served in a mixed bag. The quality of the food is average. The prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be back.

We ordered 2 poke bowls. Both poke bowls could be thrown away. Both were missing avocado and there was no sauce. When we called the branch we were assured that we would get the money back for the bowls. It was not refunded and when we called them three more times the call was not answered and we were blocked. We don't order here anymore!

The recent price increases are no longer in proportion to the quality, quantity and average delivery time. My orders often cost around €18/order 2-3 times a week. After the latest price increases, an additional 4-5€ per order will be added. It really isn't worth it anymore (it was barely worth it after the price increase before last). In any case, the app has been deleted and a former regular customer has moved on.

Just horrible. Ordered from Lieferando at 8 p.m. No one available by phone. Now the shop is closed, no food, but paid. Service = 0. Never again!!!!! All 0 points!

Unfortunately very disappointing. I placed an order at Yoko Sushi, but an entire portion of sushi was simply forgotten. When I called, I was told they would "call me back straight away" - but the callback never came. Since then, no one has answered the phone anymore. That's not how you treat customers. It's a shame, because the food that arrived was actually okay - but the service is unacceptable. Won't order there again.
