Eine absolute Katastrophe! Wir haben vier Gerichte bestellt. Alle Gerichte waren trocken, haben nicht geschmeckt, und die Soßen waren von der Portionsgröße her eine absolute Katastrophe. Keiner von uns hat das Essen geschmeckt, wir haben nur aufgegessen weil wir Hunger hatten. Nie wieder!!!! Wenn wir könnten, würden wir das Essen wieder ausspucken, so schlecht war es!!!

Essen Verspätung 1½!! Es kam Kalt an! Geschmack -1. Es war früher Besser. Ich bestelle nicht mehr.

Ich habe grade von da bestellt , Katastrophe! Vertraut mir einmal . Ich liebe sushi aber von hier würde ich nie wieder mehr bestellen! Der Fisch grün (wahrscheinlich verschimmelt) und vom Geschmack her auch Katastrophal. Auch die Soja Soße hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Einfach alles scheiße . Würde lieber 0 Sterne geben also bestellt von hier nicht

Ich bestellte Entennudeln. Die Ente war leider nicht frisch, und ich hatte noch am selben Tag Bauchschmerzen.

Ich war meistens wirklich zufrieden. Aber mir ein Essen zu liefern, dass offensichtlich schon mehrere Stunden nach der Zubereitung herumgestanden hatte, ist die Höhe, Sushi roch nach Fisch, alles angetrocknet, Wasabi und Ingwer auch, Gutschein abgelaufen.

Ich habe eine Bowl bestellt und geschrieben, dass ich eine Allergie habe und deswegen gerne eine Zutat nicht in der Bowl möchte. Die wurde trotzdem hinein getan. Das ist nicht das erste Mal bei diesem Laden also anscheinend kein Zufall, sondern eher Fahrlässigkeit.

Ich habe für 54€ Essen bestellt und noch nie so schlecht gegessen. Gebratene Nudeln mit Ente kross,was schon kalt war.Die Nudeln haben einfach nach nichts geschmeckt und für die Ente fehlen mir einfach die Worte . Nach zwei Bissen im Müll gelandet. Einfach ungenießbar. Sushi traue ich mich gar nicht zu probieren. Dann wurde natürlich auch wieder was vergessen( Frühlingsrollen). Der Fahrer absolut unfreundlich. Der erste der unsere Hausnummer nicht gefunden hatte und nachdem ich mich für die Lieferung bedankt hatte murmelte er ziemlich sauer auf eine Sprache die ich nicht verstanden habe. Klang aber nicht nett. Definitiv bestelle ich da nicht mehr!!!!

Wir haben hier schon öfter Sushi bestellt. Dieses Mal war das Essen jedoch sichtlich verdorben und roch sehr stark. Frisch zubereitet worden kann es nicht sein. Wenigstens ein prüfender Blick wäre zumutbar gewesen. Wir werden hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Guter Laden schmeckt super, der Lieferant bester Mann ich hätte ihm gerne Trinkgeld gegeben aber der Bra war in Eile, er soll Gehaltserhöhung und noch mehr bekommen. Bestellt bei Lieferando und sollte 1 Stunde dauern, kam aber in 20 min, stark

Eigentlich bestellen wir hier gerne. Aber heute haben wir ein langes haar in unserer bowl gefunden. Da ist mir der Appetit sofort ausgegangen. Nebenbei waren die frühlingsrollen extrem labbrig. Wir werden hier leider nicht mehr bestellen. Wer auch immer am 31.01.26 zwischen 18-20 uhr in der Küche arbeitet soll seine Haare bitte unter ein Haarnetz legen und zurecht gewiesen werden.

Die Speisen sind an sich nicht schlecht, aber es gibt sehr viele Probleme. Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass dieser Betrieb Bestellungen extrem schlecht abwickelt. Beim ersten Mal wurde meine Bestellung angenommen, und nach 15 Minuten rief man mich an, um mir mitzuteilen, dass die benötigten Produkte nicht verfügbar sind und die Bestellung storniert wird. Beim zweiten Mal wurde die Bestellung ebenfalls angenommen, ich wartete über 2 Stunden auf die Lieferung – am Ende habe ich nichts erhalten. Der Support konnte den Betrieb nicht einmal kontaktieren. Das war definitiv das letzte Mal, dass ich hier etwas bestellt habe.

Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht! Bestellen regelmäßig dort Sushi, da die Qualität wirklich hervorragend und das Sushi immer frisch ist, die Lieferzeit ist bei uns jedes Mal unschlagbar und die Fahrer freundlich. Es wurde noch nie etwas vergessen oder falsch geliefert. Man bekommt außerdem bei jeder Bestellung einen Rabatt für die nächste Bestellung, den wir gerne nutzen. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, daher musste ich hier mal meine positive Erfahrung für den Laden teilen! Macht bitte weiter so, danke für das tolle und schnell gelieferte Essen jedes Mal!

Ähnelt mehr einer Gefängniskantine als Sushi Restaurant

Das erste Mal bei Yana Sushi bestellt. Wir sind auf jeden Fall überzeugt. Sushi (Maki und Insider Out Christmas Special) lecker mit schön scharfem Wasabi. Dazu Entengyozas und Eine Duckbowl mit frischem Gemüse und Salat. Auch der Reis in der Bowl wahr sehr geschmackvoll. Ich hatte, wie immer, meine Sriracha auf den Tisch gestellt, aber ich wollte dann einfach nicht nachwürzen, weil alles von vorne herein lecker war. Und schnell war die Lieferung auch, mit freundlichem Fahrer. Nächstes Mal bestell ich dann direkt auf der eigenen Website und nicht auf einer Lieferapp. Danke

Das ist das beste Sushi der Stadt. Wir bestellen hier seit über acht Jahren. Schnelle Lieferung, freundliche Lieferanten. Alles super. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Keine Ahnung wieso nur 3,6 Sterne vorhanden. Das Essen wird meinerseits immer bestellt, alles war bisher IMMER von gleicher Qualität (Außergewöhnlich gut!). Ich werde immer wieder bei euch bestellen.

Leider muss ich meine Rezension deutlich herunterschrauben. Das Essen ist nach wie vor gut ABER!!! Ich bin noch nie in meinem Leben von einem Lieferanten so angemault worden. Wir haben bei der Bestellung vermerkt, dass man uns bitte anrufen soll, weil die klingel defekt ist. Zu meiner Schande muss ich einen zahlendreher in der Nummer gestehen, dadurch konnte er uns nicht anrufen. Angeblich hätte er auch laut geklopft - kann wiederum nicht sein. Wir haben einen Hund der sofort anschlägt sollte jemand in unserer Anwesenheit an der Tür klopfen. Aber dann wie schon Eingangs erwähnt so als Kunde zusammengefaltet zu werden, was einem einfalle nicht ans Telefon zu gehen. Es sei Sonntag man hat viel zu tun und mir dann dass essen in so einem Tempo (weil keine Tüte) in die Hand zu drücken, dass man schon fast werfen dazu sagen kann. Ich konnte mich nicht einmal entschuldigen weil die telefonnummer falsch war... sry das war für mich das letzte mal, dass ich hier bestellt habe! So lasse ich mich nicht als Kunde behandeln

Ich bestelle zum 10. mal bei euch es wird immer was vergessen mal eine Cola, Soßen, genau wie heute meine Erdnuss Soße. Das war das letzte Mal das ich bei euch bestellt habe. Ich habe das letzte Mal bei euch angerufen und euch das mitgeteilt und heute schon wieder das gleiche.. es isr so als ob man ein Cheeseburger bestellt denn aber ohne Käse bekommt. Das Essen schmeckt dann einfach nicht. Man bestellt ja nicht umsonst die Getränke oder Soßen mit. Eine Frechheit

Das Essen ist lecker und es gibt auch schöne vegetarische Variationen. Leider liefern Sie in einem Plastikberg, eine nachhaltigere Variante wäre toll.

Unfortunately, I have to leave a very negative review today. We've always been very satisfied, especially with the quality of the food. Today, an item was forgotten in our order. Annoying, but not a big deal. The delivery person told me to call the store. No sooner said than done - they said I'd simply get the product for free with my next order... When I asked for a refund of the €5.40 I overpaid, they said it wouldn't work. When I asked how that could be, I was told it was my mistake (??) and therefore wouldn't be accepted. When I asked if they were serious, the employee got loud and yelled at me, whereupon I hung up. Absolutely outrageous, and unfortunately, we won't be ordering from there again. (The call was made on June 14, 2025, at around 9:00 PM)

30€ paid and delivery was not complete, on inquiry it was said that it would be paid with the next order, when it was then said that this was not okay, the man became insulting and started shouting

Unfortunately I have to leave an extremely negative review today. I just ordered sushi from Sushi Yana via Lieferando, but the delivery did not correspond to my order: a advertised "two for the price of one" offer was completely missing. When I asked politely over the phone, I was turned away by the employee. His answer was unprofessional and harsh: he simply referred to the invoice without showing any willingness to find a solution. Aside from the lack of offerings, the food was disappointing. The quality was far below the standard we previously knew from Sushi Yana - tasteless, carelessly prepared and absolutely not in line with the price range. This combination of poor service and poor quality means that this was definitely our last order. It's a shame that customers are treated like this. I only give one star because the system forces it - this experience isn't worth anything more. We are very upset and hope that Sushi Yana learns from such mistakes. The only consequence for us is: never again.

I don't recommend it, the most tasteless sushi tempura I've ever tried. Cucumber cut into very thick slices, very little cream cheese... Wasabi, ginger and soy sauce were not provided with the sushi

So the baked potatoes were a little too hard and I had the wrong sauce in my bowl. Unfortunately I can't rate the ambience because we had it delivered to our home. The baked potatoes were also cold.

Delivery always arrives quickly, food always tastes great. Sushi Yana has now become our favorite restaurant for lazy evenings. I particularly noticed the fantastic service when I accidentally paid twice and the problem was solved immediately by the restaurant. Big recommendation :)

Rice not cooked through. And if you look at how the rice is washed in the store you might puke. Now the quality is really bad. Just save money, 80 percent of the “bowl” is rice. Poor quality salmon and the delivery service was also unfriendly.

We ordered food today and it was supposed to take a maximum of an hour and no one came until 10 p.m. and it wasn't even canceled. Bad service

Ordered there for the last time! I overlook a lot of things and have actually enjoyed ordering my food there regularly for years. I never complained, even though I was often given the wrong food or only half of it. Anything can happen. But when I call on site after more than an hour and a half and no one introduces themselves on the phone but only with an unfriendly "yes?" If you answer it, it feels very dubious. When I asked nicely whether something had gone wrong with my order, all I got was "which address?" - "I'm on the way". No apology, no nothing - it wasn't enough for a goodbye either. (I am convinced that someone left after I called) When the bell rang, I was still armed with a tip - because in most cases the driver can't really do anything about it. But he came up annoyed with his hands in his pockets and without saying a word pressed the food into my hand with no outer packaging, no chopsticks, no bill, no nothing. He saw that I had a tip in my hand, but after the action I withdrew my hand with a smile and closed the door. I think it was the same guy who answered the phone. My meal was also topped with brown avocado pieces. That's enough for me, in the future I won't be ordering from places where "service" is written in the small print - when that would actually be the bare minimum.

Yana Roll Menu was very good, ready for collection on time, friendly service, good value for money. Salmon Maki was included as a bonus. Will never order there again after seeing rats in the store yesterday.

There's always something missing when people call and they get rude and just hang up

We ordered food 2 hours later it was still there then we called and then they cheekily came to us. You think it's already been delivered. So bold. Absolutely not recommended.

The delivery via Lieferando today came about half an hour later than the system had estimated, but the delivery person was such a handsome young and polite guy that it ultimately outweighed everything. Just such a breathtakingly beautiful boy that I even forgot to take his phone number. So keep it up :-)

There was just a piece of metal in my noodles. Unbelievable. Luckily I recognized it in time. I am at a loss for words

I ordered from them via Wolt. Shortly afterwards I had severe stomach problems and went to the doctor the next day. The food was anything but tasty and warm. The sushi or the salmon that was inside was not fresh in my opinion. The chicken wasn't done. The salad tasted like nothing and was anything but fresh. The entire order went towards the trash can! Never again. Thanks for nothing.

I had ordered the sauce on the side and it arrived with the sauce on top... I called but was served in a completely unfriendly manner and was practically shouted at. never again. Now I can't eat your bowl because I don't like the sauce. I specially ordered a different sauce to go with it

Every time something is missing or is completely incorrectly distributed. The sauce you paid for and ordered is once again on the wrong bowl?! (Despite the information in the description and on the invoice - just every time). The food is delicious - but not what I ordered. Last time the peanut sauce was completely forgotten (even though it was paid for).

The food is always very tasty, whether it's sushi or warm dishes. Delivery times are sometimes a bit long at peak times but that probably cannot be avoided. All in all great.

It was delivered super quickly, but unfortunately there was so much sauce (mayo?) on it that I almost couldn't eat it. Had a bowl with chicken. I would also like to have known beforehand that there was seaweed salad in it so that I could cancel it.

I ordered fried rice, the bill said it was correct, but I got fried noodles that weren't ready and didn't taste like anything. The spring rolls were not yet fully baked lengthwise. The store needs a new boss or it would be better to close. 22 euros thrown in the trash. I often eat at sushi-yana in the Mall of Berlin, it's really great, tastes exceptional, but the Spandau branch is really bad. NEVER AGAIN

I called a total of 2 times; once after 1.5 hours; Inquiry about delivery time: "The delivery person is almost here, he's already on his way" and 2 hours later: "He's just left now"; Food arrived cold, delivery man held out his hand after handing it over, cheekily begging for a tip after so long I recommend paying in cash and if the amount has been exceeded, after a reasonable waiting period, call again and cancel. Of course it takes longer than the advertised 20 minutes, especially in the evening... but something like that shouldn't happen. Sorry, never here again

Tastes good and the portions are decent.

I ordered a portion of noodles with a sushi menu and edamame. The edamame were extremely cold and I felt they were raw... unfortunately the rice for the sushi was extremely sticky and tasted as if the package had been sitting there for 20 minutes. When it comes to the noodles, I can honestly say that they were the only thing that tasted best from this (eat)

Food arrived cold in a plastic box from Action. The chicken also looked and tasted like it was from Aldi. Also that you pay €2.80 for double chicken and only get one. The sushi also looked good. Was the first and the last

The food is good. Just be careful for sushi lovers, there is no soy sauce, ginger or wasabi with the baked sushi. You have to order everything separately.

Personally I never ate there but when I find a good voucher on Uber eats I can treat myself with sushi ones in a couple of months ... No the sushi doesn't come in a plate like this but I decided to rearrange it a bit + the rest from my order is still in the container which you can see in the other picture ( for one person is really big portion for the price so I can split it into 2 to 3 portions as you see how much I left inside the container )

I love ordering fried noodles with chicken cross or just vegetables, it's always delicious, warm and great service. I can recommend everyone to try it there at least once.

Absolut schlechtes essen Nudeln schmeckten nach nichts und zu allem lieferte mir man das essen bei 0°in einer plastikbox. Und damit was das Essen kalt . Nicht mal mehr lauwarm sondern kalt . Auf Nachfrage wurde nur pampik geantwortet. Nie wieder werde ich diese Filialen betreten oder dort bestellen. Abzocke auf ganzer Linie .

The taste and quality are a bit unpredictable, since there was times I ate from here and the food was good and other times not so much. The fried sushi is too dry most of the times and sometimes the salmon they have doesn't taste the best. I like Sushi Yana in other locations, like Zehlendorf, where I used to live, but the one in Spandau is very mediocre. Can be a good option if you want a fast delivery with fair price.

Gestern über Lieferando was bestellt. Hätte ich nicht schon bezahlt gehabt, hätte ich ihren Lieferanten sofort wieder weggeschickt. Mein Hund wurde von ihrem Lieferanten getreten, obwohl dieser lediglich aus der Tür geschaut hat! Meinem Hund daraufhin den Fuß vor die Nase zu halten und wegzutreten geht gar nicht. Am liebsten hätte ich meinen Hund danach auf ihn gehetzt. Man rennt auch noch verängstigt die Treppe hoch und runter, obwohl mein Hund lediglich geschaut hat. Was auch immer mit diesem “Mann“ in diesem Moment los war. Sowas geht gar nicht! Ah und Stäbchen zum Essen gab es natürlich auch nicht.

Bestelle immer wieder gerne, besonders die Bowls sind zu empfehlen

Vor Ort gewesen und sehr unfreundlich! Man hatte sich eine Änderung gewünscht aber wurde regelrecht beleidigt. So etwas wäre nie passiert, wenn das Restaurant professionell geführt worden wäre. Sushi Qualität ist nicht gut und kann nicht mit einem authentischen Sushi Restaurant mithalten.

Leider wurde ich komplett enttäuscht. Habe mich sehr auf mein Essen gefreut, welches ich zu einer bestimmten Zeit vorbestellt habe. Leider wurde die gar nicht eingehalten - wofür gibt es diese Funktion, wenn es dem Gastronom egal ist? Des Weiteren hatte ich angegeben mein Gericht ohne Erdnüsse zuzubereiten. Leider wurde auch dies nicht eingehalten, weswegen ich mein bestelltes Gericht nicht essen konnte. Auch beim Telefonat und der Schilderung meines Anliegens, wurde ich schnell abgewimmelt. Dort werde ich keinesfalls nochmal bestellen!

Absolute Frechheit! Erst lockt ihr mit einem Gutschein bei der Registrierung, den es dann nicht gibt. Und wenn ich online was bestellen und abholen will, wieso zum Teufel muss ich meine Lieferadresse angeben? Unfassbar nervig und Zeitverschwendung. Kriegt euren Kram in den Griff!
