Sushi For You in Berlin

I ordered from this sushi restaurant, and unfortunately, my food never arrived. Even after waiting a long time and trying to reach someone by phone several times, I received no response. The service was very disappointing. It's a shame, because I was really looking forward to the food – but I can't recommend this restaurant because of this.

Too bad, I used to order from 'Sushi for You' in Mitte, and it was absolutely delicious. Here on Dudenstrasse, I only received half the order once, and now on my next attempt, the Fujiyama menu came with shrimp instead of tuna nigiri – unfortunately not to my taste. I guess the tuna has gotten lost somewhere in the language... Otherwise, it's okay.

I recently ordered food from there. It arrived way too late, and there was something in it that I hadn't ordered. I had ordered crispy chicken sticks and received a cut-up schnitzel instead. It looked disgusting and went straight into the trash. It was simply awful.

NOT WORTH ONE STAR I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR 2 HOURS AND 10 MINUTES. NO ONE IN THE STORE IS AVAILABLE OUTRAGEOUS NEVER AGAIN. I had to give stars

I just ordered sushi for takeaway; I arrived a little early but was greeted warmly and they went out of their way to get my sushi to me quickly. The food was plentiful and delicious, and the price was right. I'd gladly order again.

I don't recommend it... I ordered three different rolls today. The rice was completely overcooked, every piece fell apart :( It's a shame because the flavor was quite good, but the rice ruined everything. The tempura was good and crispy.

The food tastes very good. And the delivery is fast.

Don't order from here!! The sushi rice is completely soggy and sticky, unfortunately completely inedible! The rolls are falling apart because they're stuck together. After calling, all I was told was: the rice is always like this! No concessions, which would be the least they could do. Again: DON'T ORDER HERE!!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend ordering there. We placed a large order. The food arrived relatively quickly. Then it started. At first, only half arrived. After a quick phone call, the situation was resolved, although the man on the phone was very rude. Then we wanted to eat, and of the inside-out rolls, more than 30 in total, almost all of them were stuck together. It was a relatively large lump of sushi. A real shame. Too bad. We haven't had any problems with previous deliveries.

An absolute disappointment. Pretty much everything possible was wrong with my order. Nothing was right – neither the dishes nor the combination. When I noticed the error, I called immediately. The reason it wasn't immediately after the delivery arrived was because I have two small children under the age of three. Nevertheless, I responded as soon as I could. Instead of showing understanding, I was treated in a very unfriendly manner and accused of being "too late" – even though I sent photos as proof. No consideration, no apology, just rude replies. And as if that weren't enough: The food, unfortunately, didn't taste good at all. Everything was very, very dry and unloving – far from what you'd expect from a sushi delivery service. I will definitely never order from here again.

I waited 1.5 hours for sushi. I called and was told the order had been canceled and the driver was supposedly at the door. Of course, if you're waiting, you're not home.

I ordered via Uber and had to wait an hour and a half for my food. I can't speak to the restaurant itself, as I've never been there in person. Hence at least two stars. Unfortunately, the sushi wasn't particularly good either. I ordered there because of the sushi burger, but unfortunately, it's just a big fried ball. That's not what I expected. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from there again.

I just ordered sushi, but it didn't come with wasabi or ginger. When I called, I was told they were out of wasabi, so I won't be ordering again! The ginger was supposed to be delivered later, but it never arrived. After that, no one answered the phone because they saw the number and then deliberately didn't answer it! If I were the boss, I'd fire the staff there!

Unfortunately the rice from the sushi was very old and hard as a rock for 40 euros more.

We have been ordering from Sushi4you for years and were initially satisfied. Unfortunately, we have already had some negative experiences, which are unfortunately becoming more and more frequent. Deliveries are incorrect, some products in the online shop are basically sold out even though they are shown as available and are then simply not delivered despite payment. After that, we were rarely able to solve the problem by phone and we didn't get an answer to the last error message by email. Once the boss even came to see us personally to confirm that the order was wrong because the chef claimed it had to be right - super unprofessional. It's a shame because it was our favorite sushi in the area but after so many missed opportunities we're unfortunately no longer customers

Well, I actually really enjoy ordering from Sushi for You, but unfortunately it's more disappointing. First of all, sushi is made carelessly and then you only get a quarter of a can of wasabi for an entire menu. That was better!

The food was delicious and everything was fresh. I would highly recommend the fried noodles. I would eat there again and again

Caution! You only get old sushi!

First I had to wait almost 1.5 hours for the food, after two calls I found out that the delivery person had gone to the wrong address. After that I had to wait another half hour. The food was cold and the rice was very bland and did not have the quality that you expect/know from Asian cuisine.

It used to be a good place to order delivery, but the last 2 times I did it took a lot of time to be delivered and the quality of the food leaves much to be desired.

Ordered from Lieferando today around 11:40. Apparently it was delivered. Haven't received anything. Now 3:11 p.m.! Only the mailbox answers calls! I want my money back.

I placed an order through Wolt and, after paying, was contacted by an employee that the food I ordered was out of stock. I then said that I would like to cancel the order. That was 3 days ago. Despite contacting me several times, I haven't gotten my money back! Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Nobody answers the phone either.

I ordered food today at 12:30 p.m. And at 3 p.m. nothing arrived even though Lieferando says it was delivered. I tried calling several times and only the voicemail answered.

I ordered via Lieferando. Waited two hours for my order, calls were not answered or I was pushed away.

We ordered online. After an hour there was still no food, we tried several times to call the store, but it wasn't until 45 minutes later that someone answered the phone. Our food will be there in 10-15 minutes. That was the case, but something was missing. And again no one can be reached by phone. We definitely ordered here for the last time!

An order was placed on New Year's Eve and the staff was hopelessly overwhelmed. Food worth over €20.00 was simply forgotten and some of the wrong food was delivered. When we called again and asked for a correction, the staff reacted very unfriendlyly and spoke in Arabic so that we didn't understand anything and the rest was delivered significantly late. The driver was also very unfriendly when we delivered again and thought he had to punish us with evil looks. With a bill of over €80.00!! Let's expect better service. There was no apology or reduction in the bill. We definitely won't be ordering there again, just a big disappointment.

Absolute bullshit! Ordered 2 for 1 (22.90 per menu for 12 maki and 8 inside out, should result in 2x 24 maki and 16 inside out). 1 menu is delivered (20 pieces) and on the phone the employee (or the boss?) dares to claim that this menu would otherwise cost 45.80 euros (while menus of this type, visible to everyone on the menu, cost less than 20 euros usually cost). We're not talking about fresh Sahsimi from the sushi chef in Japan, but about mediocre sushi from the snack bar around the corner... Ordered there last time, just annoying that they still try to serve you such nonsense when you paid for your meal demands.

Ordered for my children... Over-salted pasta dish! Smelled spoiled, tasted sour so we threw it away! Sushi rice smelled just as spoiled. I didn't want to offer that to my children When I called to describe it, I was told: yes, what should I do now? Well refund my money maybe? This must be clarified via Lieferando. Never again!

Horrible place. Sushi were warm and not fresh. No air conditioning. To use toilet you have to go to the restaurant nearby.

The sushi has become very expensive and contains hardly anything other than rice! In the avocado makis, the avocado slice is 1mm thick... In addition, the ice cream was not delivered and was still billed when paying in cash!

Where do you get your drivers from?? Today shortly before 6 p.m. I was standing at the intersection of Flughafenstrasse/Hermannstrasse, turning left on my bike. Suddenly one of your drivers almost hits me from behind and honks. When I ask what that's about, this incredibly intelligent gentleman says: "You're not a car!" Oh no. I am a human being and a road user with all rights. Cyclists are also allowed to turn left. Cyclists don't have to jump off the road if sushi mopeds want it that way. Really not. The nice sushi person insults me and my mother with flowery language. As the cars in front of me drive off, I pull over too, and your driver cuts me off. I push him away by the shoulder. This greatly upsets the Lord. He jumps off his moped and now wants to fight with me. Also takes off the helmet. Other people come and hold him back, telling him that he will lose his license. His answer: "Brother, I don't have a driver's license." That explains at least part of his behavior. But only a part. He then drives past me again and says goodbye with a friendly “Hu…son”. Now my question: What do you actually have to be able to do as a sushi delivery person? Is it enough to be able to eat a lot of sushi? And are you already overqualified with a driving license? Oh well, it's definitely clear that I won't be buying anything from Sushi for You from now on and forever. Next time there will be an ad, unfortunately this time I was in a hurry.

Abgesehen davon, dass das Essen nach 2 Stunden und erst nach telefonischer Nachfrage geliefert wurde, gab es nicht mal Ingwer zum Sushi. Von einer „Sommerrollen“ kann man auch nicht wirklich sprechen. Nie wieder dort bestellen!

Bin sowie mit service sowie mit essen zufrieden. Wenn mann öfters da bestellt und klar macht wie mann es wirklich magt dann klappt alles noch besser. Ich z.b esse mit sehr viel scharf und wenn ich immer bestelle wissen die vorne rein wie ich es mag und machen es so wie ich es mag. Bis essen bei mir ankommt ist zwischen 30 min. Kann nur 5 sterne geben weiter so 👍

Sehr gutes Sushi habe lange nicht mehr bestellt aber war wieder gut neue Rollen sind dazu gekommen einfach gut. Bei nachfrage extra ingwer und wasabi ohne Aufpreis und sehr viel bekommen sehr nett von euch. Beste grüße

Leckeres Sushi für einen fairen Preis. Tolles Verhältnis von Fisch und Reis leider wurde an den Soßen und dem Wasabi etwas gespart. Dennoch bestelle ich hier gerne wieder.

Sushi kann ich garnicht empfehlen schmeckt garnicht lieber bestell ich bei Funa Sushi bei den schmeckt es noch aufjedenfall musste mich übergeben bei euer Sushi 🤢

Ich muss jetzt einmal eine Rezension schreiben: nicht nur, dass das Essen immer super frisch und wahnsinnig lecker ist (von Sushi über Rice Bowl habe ich bereits alles bestellt 😍😄), das Essen wird wirklich jedes Mal sowas von schnell (!) geliefert + absolut nette Menschen, die das Essen liefern!! Ganz großen Dank an Euch!
