Everything was very tasty and fresh. However, I was a little annoyed that, despite the almost €70 order, no soy sauce was included. Luckily, I still had some at home.

I'm just a regular customer. The food is fresh, delicious, and healthy!

Unfortunately, only half was delivered. The restaurant refused to resupply!

I often eat here with my family on the weekends. The sushi is truly delicious, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The taste is very good, nothing to complain about. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, so you can enjoy the evening. Ordering is stress-free. The cashier was very friendly and greeted us with a warm smile. You don't experience service like that everywhere. When I was here with my son on Mother's Day, she even congratulated me on Mother's Day! I thought that was really thoughtful and nice. We'll definitely be back!❤️

The best sushi in the Neighbourhood 🔥.

The recent price increases are no longer in proportion to the quality, quantity and average delivery time. My orders often cost around €18/order 2-3 times a week. After the latest price increases, an additional 4-5€ per order will be added. It really isn't worth it anymore (it was barely worth it after the price increase before last). In any case, the app has been deleted and a former regular customer has moved on.

The food there used to be much better, but now it's just average at best. Oh, and if you order there, be sure to tip the drivers... otherwise you'll get some weird looks and lose your mailbox sign... unbelievable!

Ordered sushi and hot and sour soup. Everything was delicious and delivered quickly. The delivery guy was super friendly. That's how it should be 😋🤤👍🏻👍🏻

No tea, quality of the fish is poor, ambience is ok but quite cold, conclusion: not again

We would have liked to eat there but after waiting outside for a waiter, we finally decided to get up again. I then went in to the waitress and told her how long we had been waiting outside for her and that we were leaving again. No apology and no request to stay... actually good sushi but after this waitress we will never come back... what a shame!

59 minutes delivery time was stated. Now I've been waiting for almost two hours. Impudence! It was like that last time... it was the last time with you.

If there were 0 stars I would give them!!! We used to love ordering until the delivery driver insulted us from the car yesterday because of his bad mood. Delivery service was simply catastrophic, I would replace it as quickly as possible.!!!!

The "vegan gyoza" were so good a few months ago, but now they are hard, small, and not at all soft, tasty and big, like I ate them before. Food is also becoming more and more expensive in terms of prices. I order almost every day, but notice the differences so much that I'm going to start ordering my food elsewhere.

I ordered here for the first time today, simply because I wanted to try out a new bowl. Unfortunately, I'm very annoyed. The bowls are WAY too expensive for their size! I ordered a bowl with bean sprouts, they weren't even included in the bowl. Unfortunately, the edamame was also cold, and I live around the corner. When I receive my delivery from Großbeeren from another provider, it is even warm! So I'm not convinced at all and I'm very annoyed for the little things that cost 35 euros...

Very, very good, I don't really believe in sushi and I also ordered extra noodles and a rice dish. I am impressed with the rice dish and the noodles and hence the rating... My boys, my daughter and my wife really liked the sushi, so a thumbs up for that too (unfortunately I wasn't able to try any sushi)... Sushi portions are described anyway, but the other dishes are filled really well and keep it up. You can see that the money spent is well spent and is worth it. Thank you for the quick delivery and the hot food. I'm happy to have tested you. I think that's it for us with the other sushi shops. PS ordered in total for €54

Never again! - Delivery time stated was approx. 45 minutes, then it was 1 1/2 hours. - Hot meals were delivered cold - Sushi was delivered without soy sauce (?! like pizza without cheese?!) When I gave a friendly telephone response regarding the circumstances, the lady on the phone was annoyed and rude. Spent almost 50 euros so I could be annoyed, thanks for nothing.

The first time we ordered, the food was very tasty and delivered relatively quickly after 1 hour. This time it takes much longer. The inside out rolls were not even half coated with masago. The egg fried rice tasted of nothing and was littered with fried onions, which are not my thing and were not on the rice the first time. But the crowning glory was the supposedly crispy baked chicken that came with it. Deep fried and burnt to death. It was just a piece of dry pressboard. It's a shame, something like that shouldn't be given out to customers. I think we'll be ordering somewhere else in the near future.

I order there almost every day, but now I wanted to order from home again, but I hadn't entered my phone number because I had no battery left, and I waited almost two hours. Didn't get any food. Very very disappointed! When they opened, we ordered a lot! It was always delicious and it was our favorite sushi shop. But the last two or three orders have been a disaster! Unfortunately I'm very disappointed. Since we've lived here, we've enjoyed ordering sushi from Miu, whether vegan or not. Food was always very fresh, fast delivery. Unfortunately, I ordered it today and regretted it: the vegan bowl didn't arrive as described. Bean sprouts, edamame and pickled vegetables were missing. Instead, raw cucumber pieces, peppers and cooked broccoli and green beans. There was nothing Asian about it anymore and I think €15 was really cheeky. So we called, briefly understood, explained that there was a new chef and that he should do it in the future as described (uh, okay?!). Then the question “Are we doing it this way?” What do you expect from us now?” Although I was met with nothing. I don't think this is correct, as the error appears to have been recognized. When we ate we noticed that instead of vegan sushi we got one with cream cheese. In addition, the ingredients were unfortunately no longer fresh. Avocado in sushi brown and bad. Unfortunately the last time we ordered. We are very disappointed and annoyed.

Super lecker, schnell und frisch zubereitet. Mega leckere Sushi (green roll vegan) und chicken kross. Wir haben allerdings take away bestellt und somit nicht vor Ort gegessen.

Ich habe hier schon mehrmals die verschiedensten Sushis bestellt, auch frittierte. Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden gewesen und werde auch weiterhin hier bestellen. Die Preise sind ok, halt der Inflation entsprechend.

Die frittierten Sushis hatten nur billigen Lachs aus der Dose drin.

Leider sind wir heute vom Service sehr enttäuscht! Wir haben des Öfteren schon dort bestellt, so wie auch heute. Nach etwa 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit hab ich dort im Restaurant angerufen um zu fragen, wo die Lieferung bleibt. Niemand hat meine Anrufe (8x) beantwortet… Kurz darauf hat mein Mann mit seiner Nummer dort angerufen und es wurde sofort abgehoben (unbekannte Nummer, meine hatten sie ja erkannt und konnten sich den Grund meines Anrufes ja denken). Die Dame sagte ihm am Telefon, dass sie mit mir vor 10 Minuten gesprochen habe und die Bestellung auf dem Weg sei. Dieses Gespräch gab es nicht! Ich verstehe es, wenn man mal etwas vergisst aber meine persönlichen Anrufe nicht anzunehmen und dann noch solche Unwahrheiten von sich zu geben, geht garnicht! Unmögliches Verhalten!

Schon öfters hier bestellt, Preise sind in Ordnung, Personal freundlich und denkt mit :), Essen wie immer warm und sehr lecker, Portionen sind gut, nur die Lieferzeit ist manchmal etwas länger aber das ist meiner Meinung nach verständlich und kann passieren wenn mal viel los ist. 5sterne verdient und gerne gegeben! Immer wieder gerne :)

Ein hervorragendes, nicht besonders groß, aber auch nicht kleines Sushi Restaurant. Alles sehr sauber und hygienisch. Sehr nettes Personal. Aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, gerade bei Kunden die körperlich etwas eingeschränkt sind. Toller Service und Bedienung. Sei es im Restaurant oder in der Lieferung nach Hause. Man bekommt das was man haben möchte. Auch in der Schärfe der Speisen wird berücksichtigt, wie es der Gast haben möchte Auch Rollstuhlfahrer oder Eltern mit Kinderwagen kommen bequem ins Restaurant hinein. Die Preise sind in einer normalen Kategorie und entsprechen voll und ganz der hervorragenden Qualität der Speisen. Bar, sowie Kartenzahlung möglich Einfach nur zu empfehlen.

Lieferung 1 Tag vorher online bestellt. Und zur gewünschten Zeit geliefert. PÜNKTLICH. War sehr lecker, wir hatten 2 Party Platten. Und nicht das letzte mal in Lichterfelde bestellt. Danke.

Essen kam fast 1h später als angegeben. Dazu noch eiskalt und nass vom Kondenswasser! Und dafür (2xgebratene nudeln mit Huhn) 17,40€ zu verlangen ist dreist und frech.

Heute top Erlebnis bei Miu: Wir mit Corona und falscher Bestellung. Soforthilfe für Stammkunden. Bei unserem Miu sind zudem alle sehr nett zu Kindern. Dafür 5 Sterne.

隣にmiuバーガーができました。小さなお店だけど、気のいいおじちゃんがやってます。近所にバーガー屋さんはなかったので重宝します。

Wir haben schon öfter hier bestellt und waren geschmacklich bisher immer zufrieden. Schade ist, das die Speisekarte gefühlt immer nur 3 Monate gültig ist und man sich manchmal auch nicht auf die Preise verlassen kann, wenn man telefonisch bestellt. Man sollte vorher immer noch einmal im Internet schauen, ob die vorliegende Preisliste noch aktuell ist. Dann fehlt manchmal die Cocktailsoße/Dip für die gebackenen Sachen und mal sind sie dabei. Bei viel gebackenen ist nur eine Soße dabei und nicht zwei oder drei, so wie es jeweils passen würde. So muss immer alles durch die Anzahl der Genießer geteilt werden. Für das gute aber trotz allem gehobene Preisniveau würde ich mir wünschen, hier mehr Kontinuität zu haben und nicht immer alles kontrollieren zu müssen und bestellte Speisen nachliefern zu lassen. Trotzdem sehr zufrieden, für die paar kleinen Themen gibt es in Summe 1 Stern Abzug, da alles andere Super ist.

Wir haben immer sehr gerne bei Miu in Lichterfelde bestellt. Sehr leckeres Sushi. Nur in jüngster Zeit ist die Lieferzeit nicht mehr akzeptabel- wir warten jetzt 1,5 Stunden. Angekündigt waren 50 Minuten. Wir werden das nächste Mal wahrscheinlich woanders bestellen.

Wir sind mega begeistert! Es ist wirklich ein Gaumenschmaus! Frisch, warm, lecker die Sossen fantastisch! Die Pokebowle - ich liebe sie, die Miu Baked - grandios, die gebratenen Nudeln - die Besten ( sagt der kleine Mann).

Ein Großteil der Lieferung fehlt und telefonisch ist keiner erreichbar. Schade!

Essen lecker aber die Lieferzeit wird immer überschritten und dauert im Schnitt trotz 2km Entfernung 1,5h. Wir bestellen aus diesem Grund leider nicht mehr.

Sehr gutes Sushi, manchmal gibt es bei der Onlinebestellung noch eine 1 l- Flasche mit Softdrinks dazu, manchmal aber auch nicht. Ansonsten ist die Qualität 1a!

War schnell fertig jedoch ist das Sushi sehr trocken und einfach überteuert. Nicht nochmal. Leider muss ich ein Nachtrag machen. Selbst das Wasabi war trocken und fade. Wie geht das? Ich hatte zudem zuwenig ingwer dabei. Ich habe zum abholen bestellt. Das Team sollte sich Vorort bitte einmal die köche anschauen oder den Kunden bescheid geben wenn es zb ein Lehrling macht. Essen war unfassbar lecker ist aber einfach mal 1 stunde zu spät gekommen

Leider mussten wir über 2 Stunden auf unser Essen warten. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Habe dann über Lieferando online bestellt und eben über 2 Stunden gewartet. Essen gut, aber sonst sehr unzuverlässig
