Incredibly poor customer service. I will never order from there again. I ordered online at 7:28 PM. The delivery time was stated to be 45 minutes, including delivery. Normally, you get a message as soon as the food is on its way, but it never arrived. After over an hour without a response, I called. I was told that due to high demand, the delivery time was now around 70 minutes. After 100 minutes, I called again, and was promised that the driver would be contacted. Still, there was no message and no food. After waiting over two hours, I finally had to cancel my order. There was no understanding on the phone—just excuses. Very disappointing and completely unprofessional. This is not how you treat customers. I will definitely never order from here again.

We bought two portions of sushi to go today. The menu said each portion contained eight sushi pieces. When we unwrapped them at home, there were only six. That's what you call a rip-off.

I don't know if I can trust the store as a vegan. One vegan roll came with cocktail sauce, which, according to the ingredients, contains honey.

Amazing!!! It's always been exceptionally fresh and delicious. They don't skimp on the ingredients, and anyone who knows sushi knows whether something has been freshly prepared or whether they've just sent sushi that's been sitting there for hours. Even though we order it to our door, the food always arrives warm, and the baked goods are always crispy. One star deducted, however, for the odd delivery times. Sometimes they say 60 minutes and it arrives in 20. Sometimes they say 45 minutes and it arrives in 120. That's something to keep in mind when ordering there. But if you want good Asian food, this is definitely the right place. Highly recommended 👍🏽

First of all: the sushi and bowls are expensive, but delicious. But unfortunately, everything else has recently deteriorated considerably. The prices have increased, and at the same time, the portions have become significantly smaller, meaning the price has doubled. Delivery times have become incredibly long, and sometimes they don't include enough sauce, ginger, or wasabi. In my last order, an expensive sushi item was simply forgotten, and after waiting for almost two hours, it was supposed to be delivered another hour later...absurd. A refund was promised, but hasn't been forthcoming to this day. I absolutely can't recommend this place anymore! A shame!

It used to be my absolute favorite sushi, but now the quality is so bad, I'm looking for another place. Baked sushi dry and tough, staff unfriendly and the fish is no longer on display in the store, so no freshness test possible...

For a long time I was a regular customer but the quality and taste changed so dramatically I won’t be coming back any time soon.

The food was okay, but the red curry wasn't very tasty. What was annoying was that our drink was missing and after we let us know it wasn't delivered as promised. That's annoying!

I recently picked up several sushi dishes. I've eaten there several times and also picked something up from Miu-Sushi in Berlin. But this time the sushi was really, sorry, mostly disgusting. The fried sushi tasted like old grease and the rice was mushy and tasted old. You really couldn't eat it and several times we had to spit out pieces or throw the mass away. Unfortunately, no one responded to multiple emails afterwards. For the Unfortunately it was just too far to get back. I hope and wish that this was just an exception and a blip. Although that should certainly never happen like that. We definitely won't get or eat anything there again, but we haven't had any negative experiences in other branches in Berlin.

Conclusion at the start: very disappointing for the hunger and the money Fried sushi with shrimp was quite good, salmon avocado maki, soy sauce and wasabi have a strange taste of their own, unfortunately it will end up in the trash. Wasabi and ginger are also very dry. Noodles and chicken very tasteless. Soup is quite good. But soup alone doesn't fill you up. Delivery 60 minutes

The seventh order 2024 - duck with rice - super tasty but today - that will never happen again ok Berlin - you can't be topped! The taste and quantity is abnormal and I am really devoted and remain loyal to you! The duck is so delicious and filling!

Super tasty and always fresh so far. I really have nothing to complain about! Maybe it's just that sometimes the sushi isn't rolled tightly enough and it opens up quicker as a result, but that's criticism at a high level :)

Absolute disaster, we will never order there again. This shop has no idea about sushi. The food came in a cardboard box that looked like leftovers from a previous sushi order. Taste zero, appearance zero, quality zero. I don't know why this store hasn't closed long ago...

Worst service ever. After placing an order via Lieferando, the order was canceled because the zip code apparently did not match the address. When we clarified things over the phone, they simply hung up. Underground!

I ordered through Lieferando and the food arrived cold. A solution was sought with the employee, but he tried to talk his way out of it and became increasingly unfriendly. The managing director was requested and offered to call back because he could not be spoken to. Now I have to wait another 45 minutes and hope that the food arrives hot. Normally the staff are always polite and helpful except this one today. Ridiculing customers is just plain bold.

I have never eaten at MIU and never will as the drivers are an absolute disaster. It's a miracle that no one has been killed yet. Get your bearings and if you want to become a racing driver, take your Smarts to the Nürburgring. Inhabited areas are not suitable for your fantasies.

Today I ordered sushi for me and my friend over the phone. I have been vegan for years and also have a lactose intolerance and was delivered sushi with cream cheese. Luckily I saw it before. My request was completely ignored even though I had repeated it several times on the phone that I had an intolerance and that I was vegan. The bill even says vegan!! In addition, the employee on the phone was completely unfriendly, impatient and didn't let me finish. From now on I won't order sushi here anymore. It's not the first time something like this has happened to me. The orders are prepared without love. Very unfortunate!

Leider war die Lieferung unvollständig. Reklamation wurde angenommen, aber leider wurde das Hühnchen erst nach 1 Std nachgeliefert. Zu spät...Das Gemüse war wenig. Bei der vorherigen Lieferung wurde Ente anstelle von Hühnchen geliefert.

Fast alles sehr lecker. Leider wurde teilweise das falsche geliefert. Auch die Trüffel Rolle, die mit grünem Spargel sein soll, wurde nun schon das 2. Mal mit grünen Bohnen als "Ersatz" geliefert. Sushi-Rollen, die mit Kresse-Mantel beschrieben sind, kommen schon seit längerem ohne Kresse. Auch die Spicy Tekka Maki, die mit Frühlingszwiebeln sein sollten, werden ohne diese geliefert. Hier sollte vielleicht die Karte überarbeitet werden und auch der Preis angepasst, wenn die Trüffel Rolle nun mit Bohne anstatt Spargel serviert wird.

Ich und eine Freundin holen uns sehr häufig dort Sushi. Wir bestellen im voraus über liferando und holen es dann vorort ab. Wir hatten noch nie groß Probleme damit & wenn wir warten mussten, dann nie länger als 10min. Vegetarisches sushi ist sehr lecker und frisch, gleiches gilt für das reguläre mit Fisch. Das Menü ist vielfältig und bietet alles was man braucht. Gebackenes kann etwas aufweichen wenn man to-go isst, das ist jedoch bei jedem warmen Essen wenn man es in Boxen tut (verstehe die anderen Kommentare dazu hier demnach nicht). Außerdem kann man sich 1L Soft-Getränk aussuchen beim bestellen sehr cool!

Es gibt ja weiß ich wieviel sushi lieferdienste in berlin, aber ich hab noch keinen besseren als miu gefunden ❗️die sind immer freundlich, verdammt schnell und das Essen ist hammer geil 🤩🤩🤩🤤🤤🤤🤤unbedingt ausprobieren 🤪😇😇😇❗️❗️❗️

Rezept für Bowl Eiskalt liefern lassen. Deckel von Schale entfernen. Die Schale mit Inhalt bei 100 Grad im Ofen erwärmen. Darauf achten, dass Salatblätter dabei nicht labschrig werden, der Rest aber genug erwärmt wird. Abschließend mit mitgelieferter Soße würzen. Guten Appetit. Das Essen sieht fantastisch aus, wird nur leider kühlschrankkalt geliefert. Ein Hinweis in der Speisekarte wäre super. Nachdem wir es uns erwärmt hatten war es sehr gut.

Rotes Curry Soße überall aber nicht in meinem Gericht

Wir haben über Lieferando bestellen und das Essen kam super pünktlich. Obwohl wir eine riesige Bestellung hatten, war alles vollständig und mega lecker! Preis-Leistung auch einfach top! Love it.

Wir haben schon mehrmals dort gegessen, das Essen ist gut. Heute hat sich leider ein Vorfall ereignet, über den wir fassungslos waren. Wir haben eine Straße in Tegel überquert, bei der derzeit die Ampeln ausgestellt sind. Es war kein Auto zu sehen. Während wir über die Straße gingen kam uns mit deutlich erhöhter Geschwindigkeit ein Auto von Miu Sushi auf uns zu gefahren und anstatt zu bremsen ist das Auto ca. 20 Meter vor uns nochmal aufs Gas gegangen. Da wir die Straße mit insgesamt 4 Kindern überquert haben konnten wir auch so schnell nicht ausweichen. Wir mussten tatsächlich rennen und die Kinder über die Straße zerren, damit nichts passiert. Zur Krönung wurden wir dann noch ausgehupt. Unglaublich, wirklich. Und das in unmittelbarer Nähe des Ladens, wo ja potenzielle Kunden nicht weit entfernt sind.

Ich habe heute mal etwas anderes bestellt. Eine Miu Vegan Ichi bowl! Soo lecker!!!

Hab schon mehr als ein Dutzend Mal hier Sushi bestellt und nie enttäuscht worden. Lieferzeit war meistens bei 45min... Hängt vermutlich auch davon ab, wann bestellt wird. Der Preis ist angemessen zur Qualität. Ich habe auch schon mehrmals woanders Sushi günstiger bestellt... Man merkt vor allem im Vergleich einen Unterschied. So fühlen sich z.B. die Algenblätter bei den günstigem Sushi wie Kaugummi beim Kauen an. Der Reis selbst schmeckte bei Miu Sushi besser. Die einzelnen Reiskörner sind erkennbar während bei dem günstigem Sushi es eher nach Reisbrei aussieht. Das Auge isst halt mit👀 Dann lieber einmal weniger bestellen und dafür schmeckt es mit allen Sinnen besser😋

Ich habe dort 3 mal bestellt. Die Lieferzeit war angemessen. Die Qualität empfinde ich als sehr gut. Die Sushi sind absolut frisch. Die Panade ist kross. Geschmacklich ist alles gut aufbereitet. Soßen sind der Standard - habe ich allerdings auch noch nie anders erlebt. Preise liegen meiner Meinung nach über dem Durchschnitt. Die Inhaber sind am Telefon sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und gut gelaunt. Meine Anregung an die Inhaber: Leider fällt immer sehr viel Plastik an, sodass man schon ein sehr schlechtes Gewissen bezüglich gelieferter Ware hat. Es gibt mittlerer Weile gute Alternativen aus recycelter Pappe. Als Freund der asiatischen Küche habe ich auch immer Stäbchen und Sojasoße; das könnte man ggf. auch abfragen, ob benötigt.

Sushi von einer sehr hohen Qualität. Der Reis wurde sehr gut zubereitet, sowie genau perfekt gewürzt (nicht matchig, nicht zu hart, weder zu süß, noch zu salzig). Eine angemessene Menge an Zutaten zum Reis: sehr herzhafte Portionen! :) Und das veggie Greenroll ist einfach ein Traum! ❤️

Freundliche Bedienung, super angerichtetes Essen und die Wartezeit hielt sich definitiv in Grenzen.
