The sushi was just disgusting. It tasted like it had been left for 3 days, the fried things were sticky and tasteless, the sushi with fried salmon smelled and tasted fishy and not really like salmon at all.

I can't understand the boss's decision. We always went there with the children after training. The staff was super nice and the food was super tasty. I've probably already paid well over €500 for a meal there. Now we are no longer allowed to eat there because people spilled on the chair. Absolutely incomprehensible then.

First of all: the sushi and bowls are expensive, but delicious. But unfortunately, everything else has recently deteriorated considerably. The prices have increased, and at the same time, the portions have become significantly smaller, so the price has doubled. Delivery times have become incredibly long, and sometimes they don't include much sauce, ginger, or wasabi. In my last order, an expensive sushi item was simply forgotten, and after almost two hours of waiting, it was supposed to be delivered another hour later...absurd. A refund was promised, but hasn't been forthcoming to this day. I absolutely can't recommend this place anymore! A shame!

Food took forever and was cold. It wasn't fresh either.

Ordered twice, was thrilled that it came so quickly the first time 15-20 minutes, I thought WOW....it actually tasted pretty good.....ordered today delivery also came between 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m., everything was great, if you order fried chicken with peanut sauce and then you get sweet chili, that's not nice. Sauce was missing AND was wrong...when I called, the answer came. We tried to call and couldn't reach anyone (I'm sitting next to the phone and there was no call) and yes, a mistake happened. We ran out of chicken, please? When you run a store like that you run out of chicken??? What is that??? Damn, no wonder so many negative reviews are written, the main thing is to earn money, you don't give a damn whether the customers are happy or not, at least you get the feeling, the last time I ordered was so unfocused and listless, no thanks, sauce was supposed to be delivered later, of course nothing came, very sad...

Poke bowl rice was bad. So I don't actually write bad reviews, but it seemed quite appropriate here. I ordered a poke bowl with salmon and a miso soup. The delivery took 45 minutes, but I think that was okay. I didn't like the miso soup, but I brushed it off and didn't think it was a bad thing. Then I tried the poke bowl, the salmon was okay but not great either, so far so good. The rice, however, simply tasted bad. This tasted like it was several days old, no longer stuck and was hard, which later gave me a bit of a grumbling stomach. I initially called to let them know and assumed they would either give me my money back or offer me a new bowl. None. The employee felt personally attacked and tried to lecture me that I didn't know what sushi rice tasted like. I then very politely said I just wanted to inform them and hung up. But I realized that the whole thing was really bothering me and called again to get a new bowl because I definitely wouldn't eat the old one. When I called, the same employee reacted very irritably again and wanted to explain sushi rice to me again and also said (!) I should have called immediately after ordering and said that I wanted a new bowl, that would have been another 20 minutes here. After several minutes of discussion, he said he had to call his boss and would call me back. He did that and then just said he would send me a new bowl. This time it was polite, but there was no apology in sight. There are only two stars because I ended up getting a second bowl.

Sometimes different food was delivered than what was ordered and the employees on the phone were very unfriendly and not at all solution-oriented. The sushi itself was okay, but that was definitely the last time. The store is not recommended.

Unfortunately the delivery took quite a long time, which is a bit of a shame without information. The sushi was okay, but not exceptionally good. I wouldn't completely subscribe to the negative reviews here, the sushi is solid. If you want to have sushi quickly and inexpensively, it's definitely fine.

Are people seriously commenting here who don't even like sushi without wasabi and don't know that the fish is almost always raw? And a few idiots like it too? 😂 I ordered via Lieferando, delivery takes a while, but the suppliers have been very nice so far. The food is experimental and I like that, plus you get plenty. Soy sauce, chopsticks and refreshing towels are included, which I always find very pleasant. The vegetarian selection could definitely be larger and for bubble tea, a selection for type of tea, plant milk, amount of ice, etc. would be great. It's expensive too, but that's Schöneberg and I can get over that when it comes to food; dirt cheap would put me off and make me suspicious of the quality of the ingredients. When it comes to sushi tacos, however, I'm also skeptical about whether the experimentation goes too far. 😄 But there is something like that in Japan too, so I'll give it a try. The bubble tea is very good here! Since many people are frustrated with their lives and like to take it out on the service staff or in reviews, I will soon see for myself whether the place is really that bad when you eat there or whether there are/were initial difficulties. The people in question are perfect from the start and throughout and are not so merciful. ;) And I can't take super dramatic "OMG WORST RESTAURANT Ev0r!1" reviews seriously anyway. Such people are either 12 or have minimal life experience. I really like the atmosphere in the photos!

Warm sushi was cold. 1x portion was missing and was not replaced. Service underground. Never order again.

I can't say anything about the food because I canceled the food, but about the delivery, I waited over 1.5 hours and it didn't arrive, I called them, the lady was very nice and apologized and she said the food should be there straight away. After a few minutes of waiting I called them again and canceled. With such a long delay you expect something more like a price discount or coupon.
