The food arrived quickly – but the edamame really did look like they were past their best. Very shriveled and with brown spots. The ones I did eat tasted okay, but you eat with your eyes too. I think it's important and right to use up old vegetables, but I do wonder how a restaurant could get into this situation. The vegetarian baoburger was okay. Unfortunately, the sake baoburger came with raw fish, even though it specifically stated it was fried. I don't eat raw food, so that was a real shame. I can't comment on the ambiance, as I wasn't there.

I ordered a vegan dish according to the menu, but while eating it I had doubts because the cream cheese tasted like cow's milk. When I asked what cream cheese it was, I was told it was regular cream cheese, Philadelphia to be exact. When I asked if I could see the packaging I was told it was no longer available. That was my first and last time in this store, absolutely not trustworthy!

A nightmare for lactose intolerant people – please be more careful! I am severely lactose intolerant and an incident like the one my vegan friend experienced at your restaurant would be absolutely horrific for me! She ordered a vegan dish and received something with cream cheese made from cow's milk - an absolute no-go, especially if you rely on a restaurant's information. If that had happened to me, I would have had to deal with extreme symptoms shortly after eating it: terrible stomach cramps that felt like someone was tightening a vice in my stomach. There would be flatulence that would be so unpleasant and embarrassing that I would just want to rush home. A short time later the diarrhea would set in - uncontrollable and debilitating. But the worst part is the nausea, which feels like an endless wave washing over me. Sometimes I get so dizzy that I feel like I'm going to pass out at any moment. My circulatory system could be put under such strain that I would be completely incapacitated - and all because of gross negligence in the kitchen. I urge you to take more care when it comes to dietary wants or needs. For people like me, this is not a luxury problem, but a very real health risk. Unfortunately, unless I can be absolutely sure that my needs will be respected, I will not be able to visit your restaurant again. I hope you take this advice to heart – for the health and trust of your guests!

Food was okay, nothing special for the price. We deliberately pre-ordered food in time for 7:30 p.m. After half an hour we called and were brushed off very rudely. The food was finally delivered at 8:30 p.m. That was probably the first and last time.

Cheap sushi at a high price. We have ordered here several times. Everything doesn't seem to be right with any of the orders, vegan food is not delivered packaged separately from non-vegan food despite an explicit request, cheap and incorrect substitute ingredients are used for certain specified dishes and, even in advertising, no understanding is shown that you are not welcome for what you don't want Don't want to pay for the food you ordered. On top of that, you are also treated as stupid and given false information. Overall, the prices are not justified for the lack of quality and service.

I have ordered from this place twice and they were both awful. The food is not delicious at all, and it makes it worse after waiting for the delivery for 2 hours. I thought the first one might have been an occasional issue but now after second order I am convinced that I will never ever order again.

I had the terrible experience of ordering from Yoko Sushi today. I ordered my lunch via Ubereats at 12:56pm and was told delivery would be between 1:20pm and 1:40pm. After not receiving my order, I called them three times and the third time they agreed to cancel. After the cancellation was unified, the order arrived around 3:05 pm and I informed the Delivery Person that I couldn't pick up the order because I made the cancellation with the restaurant, but neither Yoko Sushi nor Ubereats will issue me a refund . So I paid for a service that I didn't actually receive. I recommend everyone to order sushi elsewhere.

Ich hatte gestern zum 3. Mal in zwei Monaten vegetarisches Sushi von Yoko und bin Fan! Ich habe jedes Mal am selben Tag für abends bei UberEats vorbestellt (3-4 Std vorher) und alle drei Lieferungen waren immer überpünktlich. Die Qualität ist super, dieses Fitnesssushi mit Frischkäse ist der Kracher und diese frittierte Riesenrolle sowieso. Und die Lieferanten sind auch immer sehr nett. Die großen Servietten, kostenlosen Stäbchen, extra Soja- und Süßsauersoße und leckerer Ingwer sind auch jedes Mal einwandfrei. Also ich freu mich wirklich jedes Mal dort zu bestellen.

Um 19:30 Uhr über Uber Eats bestellt, Essen kam um 23:15 Uhr. Dass ich zu dem Zeitpunkt keinen Bedarf mehr hatte, dürfte sich von selbst erklären. Der Lieferant hat mich aus dem Bett geklingelt. Nach Anruf beim Restaurant am nächsten Tag erklärte man mir, dass es Missverständnisse zwischen dem Restaurant und dem Lieferservice gab, weshalb man mit den Bestellungen nicht hinterher kam und auch nicht ans Telefon gehen konnte. Dafür habe ich zwar Verständnis, aber im Endeffekt ist sowas NICHT DAS PROBLEM DES KUNDEN. Dann versuchte man mich abzuwimmeln und sagte, ich solle mich bei UberEats melden. Offensichtlich hat man sich nicht über die Vereinbarungen der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lieferservice informiert. Schade. Jetzt will man mit UberEats über die Sache beratschlagen. Bin mal gespannt, ob ich darüber Bescheid bekomme. Ich erwarte nichts. Sushi sah ok aus.

This is the first time we've ordered from here. According to the order confirmation, the food was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes. The tracker said it was "prepared" after 15 minutes. Now we've been waiting for over 70 minutes, and the food still hasn't arrived. I called in between. I was told on the phone that it was being prepared and the driver would be there shortly, but then I was simply put on hold and no one called back. Very disappointing. After such an experience, I definitely won't order here again and unfortunately can't recommend it. Addendum: After over 80 minutes, the order finally arrived. The food was well packaged and tasted really delicious – I honestly wouldn't have expected that after the long wait. However, I find it very disrespectful that I was simply cut off on the phone and couldn't reach anyone afterward. Customer service is just as important to me as the quality of the food. The taste was excellent, but because of the poor service, I probably won't order here again.

The delivery came quickly, but unfortunately the wrong order arrived. We were offered on the phone to send out the correct order or to receive a voucher. We chose the voucher believing that it was the entire value of the incorrect order. Unfortunately, I found out the next day that it was only a voucher for €5. The salmon sushi was so-so, the chicken sushi was inedible. The €5 voucher will probably expire as we won't be ordering here again.

Unfortunately, you can't give 0 stars. We ordered yesterday. We couldn't reach anyone by phone to inquire. Our food was supposedly delivered two hours later. I don't know who it was to, because we didn't receive any food. When we went to the store the next day to clarify the matter in person, we found it closed and looking pretty run-down. According to Google, however, the store was open. Now we have to chase after the money we already paid via PayPal. Simply a rip-off.

Sushi tastes disgusting, warm, sashimi tastes like an old kitchen towel, caviar on sushi is expired and tastes like acetone. The service is poor; the chef walked with me to the restroom and kept staring at me while I washed my hands. The place is simply abyss. Please don't buy food here. I just threw €45 in the trash.
