Aufgrund von Allergie extra mit der Bitte von Wasabi weglassen bestellt. Wasabi uneingepackt in die Ecke vom Essen gelegt, sodass sich bei der Fahrt alles vermischt hat. Sushi fiel auseinander.

Es ist sehr bedauerlich, eine solche Bewertung abgeben zu müssen, da ich das Essen und generell Sushi in meiner Nähe sehr gut finde. Bedauerlicherweise war bei meiner Bestellung teilweise komplett falsches Essen drin und nicht alle dazugehörigen Saucen, welches mein Essenserlebnis um einige Punkte gesunken hat. ich hoffe das verbessert sich in Zukunft.

Einfach nur schlecht. Sushi riecht nicht gut und wirkt nicht frisch. Seetangsalat schmeckte modrig/faul. Schade um jeden Euro. Das Essen ist fast komplett im Müll gelandet. Hatte Yoko nicht so schlecht in Erinnerung, aber diese Filiale ist es.

A very disappointing sushi order. The sushi looked anything but fresh: dry rice, nori sheets that were opening up on their own, and an overall extremely bland taste. Absolutely unacceptable for this price. The so-called "special rolls" were anything but special. The rolls with guacamole were particularly bad! Unpleasant smell and a sour taste, clearly not fresh. We called the restaurant immediately after opening the box. We were told the guacamole was fresh and perfectly safe to eat, which we find completely unbelievable. The miso soup was also a disappointment: watery, uninspired, and with exactly three tiny pieces of tofu per bowl. We had a very bad feeling after eating it. Definitely not recommended!!

Carelessly made, completely unnecessary. Poor quality. I ordered from here and received a bao from another restaurant ("Go Dumpling"). The bread was also hard and dry. The first and last time I'll order from here.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it at all. The sushi and bowls were really bad – the fish was old and discolored, the seaweed was yellowish and not fresh. The presentation was also poor. Very disappointing.

The finger food wasn't bad. The bao buns were terrible, with a hair in them.

The food arrived quickly, but the edamame looked like they'd seen better days. They were very shriveled and had brown spots. The ones I ate tasted okay, but presentation matters. I think using up old vegetables is generally important and right, but I wonder how a restaurant can get into this situation. The vegetarian bao burger was fine. Unfortunately, the sake bao burger came with raw fish, even though it was explicitly labeled as fried. I don't eat raw fish, so that was a real shame. I can't comment on the ambiance, as I wasn't there.

It would be my absolute worst nightmare to order sushi labeled as vegan and then find out you use cream cheese made from cow's milk! Is that really the case?

I ordered a vegan dish according to the menu, but while eating it I had doubts because the cream cheese tasted like cow's milk. When I asked what cream cheese it was, I was told it was regular cream cheese, Philadelphia to be exact. When I asked if I could see the packaging I was told it was no longer available. That was my first and last time in this store, absolutely not trustworthy!

A nightmare for lactose intolerant people – please be more careful! I am severely lactose intolerant, and an incident like the one my vegan friend experienced at your restaurant would be absolutely horrific for me! She ordered a vegan dish and received something with cream cheese made from cow's milk – a definite no-go, especially if you rely on a restaurant's instructions. If that had happened to me, I would have had to deal with extreme symptoms shortly after eating: terrible abdominal cramps that felt like someone was tightening a vice in my stomach. Bloating would occur, which was so uncomfortable and embarrassing that I would just want to escape home. Shortly afterward, diarrhea would set in – uncontrollable and debilitating. The worst part, though, is the nausea, which feels like an endless wave overwhelming me. Sometimes I get so dizzy that I feel like I'm going to pass out at any moment. My circulatory system could be so severely strained that I would be completely incapacitated—all because of gross negligence in the kitchen. I urge you to exercise more care when it comes to dietary requests or needs. For people like me, this isn't a luxury, but a very real health risk. If I can't be absolutely certain that my needs will be respected, I will unfortunately not be able to visit your restaurant again. I hope you take this advice to heart—for the health and trust of your guests!

Is it true that you use cream cheese made from cow's milk for vegan sushi rolls? A friend told me this and if it's true it would totally shock me! Can you please answer this question?

I've been ordering from this branch for years and I won't stop! The sushi is always very fresh and delicious. Today I had an extremely friendly delivery driver! It's so nice!!! And it always arrives faster than expected... Thanks to everyone!!!!

We ordered food here and it didn't arrive after 2 hours. When we asked over the phone we were repeatedly told that it was on the way and they simply hung up on us.

Food was okay, nothing special for the price. We deliberately pre-ordered food in time for 7:30 p.m. After half an hour we called and were brushed off very rudely. The food was finally delivered at 8:30 p.m. That was probably the first and last time.

I ordered food there. Arrived on time and the food was tasty. Will order here again.

Cheap sushi at a high price. We have ordered here several times. Everything doesn't seem to be right with any of the orders, vegan food is not delivered packaged separately from non-vegan food despite an explicit request, cheap and incorrect substitute ingredients are used for certain specified dishes and, even in advertising, no understanding is shown that you are not welcome for what you don't want Don't want to pay for the food you ordered. On top of that, you are also treated as stupid and given false information. Overall, the prices are not justified for the lack of quality and service.

It looks old and tastes old. Not worth the money 🙄 And fried food is somehow not ready, this golden brown was missing...

I have ordered from this place twice and they were both awful. The food is not delicious at all, and it makes it worse after waiting for the delivery for 2 hours. I thought the first one might have been an occasional issue but now after second order I am convinced that I will never ever order again.

I had the terrible experience of ordering from Yoko Sushi today. I ordered my lunch via Ubereats at 12:56pm and was told delivery would be between 1:20pm and 1:40pm. After not receiving my order, I called them three times and the third time they agreed to cancel. After the cancellation was unified, the order arrived around 3:05 pm and I informed the Delivery Person that I couldn't pick up the order because I made the cancellation with the restaurant, but neither Yoko Sushi nor Ubereats will issue me a refund . So I paid for a service that I didn't actually receive. I recommend everyone to order sushi elsewhere.

Das Sushi kam warm an und hat nur mittelmäßig geschmeckt.

Ich hatte gestern zum 3. Mal in zwei Monaten vegetarisches Sushi von Yoko und bin Fan! Ich habe jedes Mal am selben Tag für abends bei UberEats vorbestellt (3-4 Std vorher) und alle drei Lieferungen waren immer überpünktlich. Die Qualität ist super, dieses Fitnesssushi mit Frischkäse ist der Kracher und diese frittierte Riesenrolle sowieso. Und die Lieferanten sind auch immer sehr nett. Die großen Servietten, kostenlosen Stäbchen, extra Soja- und Süßsauersoße und leckerer Ingwer sind auch jedes Mal einwandfrei. Also ich freu mich wirklich jedes Mal dort zu bestellen.

Um 19:30 Uhr über Uber Eats bestellt, Essen kam um 23:15 Uhr. Dass ich zu dem Zeitpunkt keinen Bedarf mehr hatte, dürfte sich von selbst erklären. Der Lieferant hat mich aus dem Bett geklingelt. Nach Anruf beim Restaurant am nächsten Tag erklärte man mir, dass es Missverständnisse zwischen dem Restaurant und dem Lieferservice gab, weshalb man mit den Bestellungen nicht hinterher kam und auch nicht ans Telefon gehen konnte. Dafür habe ich zwar Verständnis, aber im Endeffekt ist sowas NICHT DAS PROBLEM DES KUNDEN. Dann versuchte man mich abzuwimmeln und sagte, ich solle mich bei UberEats melden. Offensichtlich hat man sich nicht über die Vereinbarungen der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lieferservice informiert. Schade. Jetzt will man mit UberEats über die Sache beratschlagen. Bin mal gespannt, ob ich darüber Bescheid bekomme. Ich erwarte nichts. Sushi sah ok aus.
