Bring'N'Sushi Buckow in Berlin

Eating leftovers re-served (see photo)? I made a simple bowl with chicken and rice noodles (Bun Bo nam Bo). Strangely enough, some of the chicken was fried and some was cooked...hence leftovers??? Noodles were overcooked and everything was really not good even though it was such a simple dish!!!

Not recommended. Bad service. Online ordering. Unfortunately the spring rolls were missing from delivery. So what the child wanted. After a call we were told on the phone that we were now out of luck and we were offered a voucher of 20% for our next order. Because the route was obviously too far for you. Because it wouldn't help us in the situation, we said we would prefer the food and since they weren't interested in delivering the missing food to us, we asked for our money back. It was agreed. Today 4 weeks later we still haven't received a refund. Really bad service!!!

I can only agree with all the bad reviews. The delivery time is 30-50 minutes. After 1 hour I called and was told the driver would be there in 15 minutes. It's now been 30 minutes and the food is still not there. Impudence!

Ordered via Lieferando. Before ordering, delivery time was stated as 15-30 minutes. After ordering with 45 minutes. After 40 minutes the order was on the way. Called after 1 hour and was told "the driver had just left", which wasn't true as the delivery didn't arrive until after 1:40 a.m. The food was good but cold. No apology or anything.

Never again! Food delivered cold after 2 hours. Nobody can be reached by phone. Cancellation not possible. Wonder where the 5 stars on Lieferando come from.

Ordered food and after 1.5 hours nothing was there... so I promptly called the store and asked what was going on. The answer was that the driver was stuck in a traffic jam but would be there in half an hour. After 30 minutes no one was there. It took 50 minutes for the driver to arrive. He was totally unfriendly and didn't even offer an apology for the late delivery. The duck dish and soup arrived cold. Overall it was a horror! No recommendation, don't do it to yourself.

We waited for about 2 hours and the food didn't arrive even though the delivery time was set at half an hour. Then we canceled. What a juice shop that can still stay afloat

Absolute disaster. I waited over three hours, after two hours I called, I was assured the order was on its way, an hour later there was still nothing, I called again and was told the order hadn't gone out. Absolutely overwhelmed with the orders. The lady on the phone was clearly stressed but helpful

We ordered there for the first time today, and absolutely EVERYTHING was wrong.. a muffin was “forgotten” maki kappa with salmon (normal and signposted without salmon) and instead of chives in the inside out rolls there were sesame seeds.. the taste was ok and delivery time also good. Otherwise it's just bad, because the actual orders, which didn't even include special requests, were not taken into account - and were simply done according to the dictates. Very unfortunate

Ordered from Lieferando during the lunch break, delivery time was given as 40 minutes max. Delivery time over(!) 2 hours. You are put off on the phone, “the driver would be there soon” Food was then simply left somewhere in another office in another building and kindly brought to us by the employees on site. Regarding food: I have rarely, probably never, been served something so disgusting. The Chicken Box is nothing more than strange-smelling yellow rice (presumably from the lecture) with a lob of fried chicken. No sauce, no vegetables, not hot (it goes without saying). It was a challenge to even try. But then I was able to convince myself that the taste was a smooth 0/10. Rated well on Lieferando (4.6), but you can see that the 5 star reviews were all given by the same 5 people. NEVER AGAIN

Absolute rubbish store. You order food to be picked up, drive there and then find yourself in front of locked doors. And that even though it was supposed to be open for over an hour.

I have to agree with the bad reviews here. Anyone who orders here (Wolt delivery service) can wait forever. I placed my order at 6:01 p.m., delivery time was stated between 6:36 p.m. - 6:56 p.m. After two hours I went there because neither Wolt could / wanted to help me (I should just wait, the order had been accepted). I finally set out and lo and behold, the shop is closed 😂 But the business hours are until 11 p.m. and I was there at 8 p.m. Save your time, and I have no idea how the good reviews on Wolt came about.

I really don't like giving too few stars, but in this case I want and have to contribute something. Today I ordered two dishes through wolt and the delivery time was given as a maximum of one hour. 2 hours later I contacted wolt because there was no response to over 10 calls to the restaurant, unfortunately wolt didn't get anywhere either. Conclusion: Despite confirmation of the order, the food never arrived and the children waited 3 hours for food without success. Just very bad, or better said, catastrophic customer service!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute audacity, food never arrived, no one answered the phone. A juice shop like this should be closed. It's really, really bad, please just don't order.

Absolutely top food. Everything tastes fresh. When ordering, every request will be taken into account (without sprouts, etc.). Nice delivery drivers. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

I've ordered here several times. Food comes quickly and hot, the sushi is always fresh and filling. I can't fault anything! Gladly again and again.

Has the owner changed? My miso supi tasted sour, the edamame were overcooked or not fresh and not salted, the summer roll with shrimp only had two shrimp. The sauces didn't taste good. The sushi was okay. In general, however, everything is not of high quality. A pity!

Disgusting shrimp in the summer olives that have turned black on the edges and stink... The noodles with vegetables are edible but unseasoned

Catastrophe! Waited 2 hours and then received the most loveless, ice-cold, disgusting food in the world. Pasta with chicken was ice cold and stomach ache inducing. Sushi disgusting + no wasabi and about 5ml soy sauce for 12 rolls and summer rolls were hard and disgusting and the peanut sauce had a thick skin

The fried noodles didn't have any chicken in it. Only got pasta with vegetables.

This is the biggest juice shop. We waited over an hour for our food then something was missing and then we insisted that it be delivered to us and we were promised that we would get our money back because we would then have waited a total of 3 hours and after 1 We called and asked when the food would come and then they said that it wasn't coming and that we should pick it up ourselves. We wanted our money back. We paid via PayPal, strangely enough they didn't have PayPal anymore so we had to go and collect the money - a total disaster. Just junk.

I ordered there via UberEats. Order was quick and it was still warm. Unfortunately, the chicken crisp was too salty and the sauce I ordered with it was forgotten. The sushi is good, but I think €4.50 for 6 maki is a bit expensive. Elsewhere you get 8 for the price.

Always fast and tasty delivery for a fair price. So far I've never had anything that wasn't tasty.

We ordered for the first time and were unlucky to receive both dishes without sauces. So the rice was super dry and the duck meat was unfortunately not tasty because it was very chewy. The chicken was okay and the packaging was pleasantly sustainable. A pity

I ordered at 6:53 p.m. I haven't received anything yet, I called once in between and was told the drivers were on the way. The last call at 9:45 p.m. my delivery still wasn't there, so I had it canceled. I'm going to bed now hungry and angry Not recommendable

Terrible. Ordered and called after 60, 80 and 120 minutes and was constantly assured that the order was on the way. In the end it was never prepared??

My grilled noodles arrived with NO sauce!!! The taste is really bad, I couldnt eat a bit even.

We ordered here a week ago. The avocado was mostly brown. The sushi (inside out, maki & baked) wasn't particularly tasty either. The delivery took longer than stated. It ended up being over 2 hours. We will never order here again.

Have ordered there many times now and are always extremely satisfied. I think the bowls are the best, but the other dishes are also super tasty. Here you get something for the price, the food is always well portioned and it is always super fresh and tasty. Ordering could be a little quicker, but the wait is ultimately worth it. We will order again!

Das Sushi ist super, durch einen Arbeitskollegen kennengelernt. Missverständnisse gibt es nur mit der Dame, die sich nichts bei der Bestellung merkt, man weiss nicht genau, was sie gegen die Kunden hat. Sie ist den Kunden generell sehr wenig wohlwollend eingestellt. Die anderen, die dort arbeiten, sind alle super. Wenn sie da ist, einfach anderes Lokal wählen oder selber kochen.

Ich habe bislang nur den Lieferservice in Anspruch genommen, der wirklich vorbildlich ist. Sehr leckeres und bei Lieferung noch heißes Essen mit kurzer Lieferzeit. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Meine Freundin und ich bestellen hier regelmäßig Sushi, weil es sehr gut schmeckt. Auch der Service ist tadellos: bei unserer letzten Bestellung gab es ein Missverständnis, worum sich der sehr freundliche Herr am Telefon aber direkt gekümmert hat. Kann den Laden nur weiterempfehlen!

Äußerst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Essen ist jedes Mal frisch zubereitet und bei der Abholung und Lieferung noch warm. Endlich ein guter Asiate in Buckow, bei dem ich seit Monaten nicht ein Mal enttäuscht wurde.

Wir bestellen hier regelmäßig gehen auch ab und an direkt vor Ort Essen. Kleines lokal. Aber es schmeckt super. Wir sind jedesmal begeistert von dem Essen. Personal ist auch super nett!

Wir haben heute das erste Mal bestellt und waren gar nicht zufrieden, das Sushi nicht frisch, der Reis ohne Säure, die Algenblätter durchgeweicht. Die bowle sehr geschmacklos. Die Sommerrollen auch ohne Geschmack, der Salat alt. Hier fehlte die Liebe zum Kochen. Wir werden hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Alles super, nette und freundliche Leute, die für dich da sind! Sushi sind auch lecker, gerne komme ich wieder.
