After calling several times, I finally reached someone who was so unfriendly. Apparently he never received an order. Whether we were wrong and ordered from Asia city. But we didn't do that because Ishiban was always our first choice. So much to support the restaurants so that they can be preserved. It's your own fault if they go bankrupt. And treat regular customers like that. And yelling on the phone. Nothing to hear about compensation or remorse. Someone who can't even cancel the Bringbutler service properly won't be able to keep their stores for long... Order somewhere else now...
