The food is okay so far. But the service really reached its peak today. When I walked into the restaurant, I was informed that payment was only possible in cash today. I asked the waiter where I could withdraw money nearby. Even then the waiter became very unfriendly and explained to me where it was. When I wanted to sit down, I was very rudely assigned to another table. Since all the tables in the row were free, I looked at the waiter questioningly. He then got really angry and really whispered to me that I couldn't sit there with a stroller because he had to go through. That's okay, but you can also say it in a friendly way. As he walked away he cursed something under his breath in his native language. I really just found that rude and unprofessional. Afterwards I wasn't even noticed or asked if I wanted to drink something. So I sat there for 20 minutes without paying any attention until the other person arrived. Mind you on a day with 33 degrees.

With distance! the worst thing I've ever seen. Every station restaurant is a star restaurant compared to this shop. Unbelievable, I'm just at a loss for words. The selection of Runnig sushi is manageable. Volume mostly empty. Food quality moderate. Ambiance - doesn't exist. Service - none. There was no drinks menu. Wheat is served in a beer glass. The first but also the last time in this store.

I've been a customer for over 10 years and was there again on a Friday evening to eat... sushi bands were almost empty, no selection! Drinks are missing! No wine or anything similar available, plus the type of cellar was a disaster! One thing is certain, I will never go to this store again!!

Unfortunately I have to reduce my 5 stars from the last few years to 1 star. Service was unfriendly and suddenly EC card payments were no longer accepted without prior notice. This is still welcome on the website. There was also no final settlement. Without wanting to insinuate anything, there's something strange about it. When I asked if the device was broken, I was angrily told "no card". Or since when no card is accepted anymore, it just says "no card" Anyone who has a local bank in the village now has to go out and get money with extra fees.

Unfortunately, I can only confirm the reviews of my predecessors. Running Sushi was still very good a few years ago. The quality has now deteriorated significantly. In fact, we even found HAIR in the sushi. The service has also become subpar. It's a shame, but we won't be coming back.

Hello, good Thursday, I had a visit to China Dings on Saturday and had a really bad experience…….. Like a dispute with the owner (It escalated). I called the waiters several times and was OBVIOUSLY ignored!!!!! Then I complained and the boss got a bit cheeky and acted like I had pooped on the counter. And was also titled 赫本苏粑粑. That was my first and my last visit.

I've been to Running Sushi twice for lunch in the last few weeks. The selection is good, even just before the end of lunchtime. There's the usual maki etc, a few creative mixes and also fried sushi. In the warm running they have fried noodles, fish, chicken, duck, vegetables, mussels and a few other dishes that I haven't tried. For dessert, orange pieces, vanilla and chocolate pudding as well as warm sesame balls and baked banana. Overall, the quality is good and I like the food. It's just not from a sushi master, but it's also cheaper there. Price performance is good. The staff is very friendly and nice.

Food is incredibly delicious! Fresh, juicy and tasty. Some complain about the service here - yes, that's true, the plates aren't cleared straight away and drinks are only asked at the beginning, but the lack of staff there excuses that. The waiter is simply stressed because he has to do the job alone. In any case, we are glad that there are still staff and that the store can run, albeit with some compromises. There isn't a lot of space either, so you have to be a little lucky. Then it's definitely worth it because of the food!

We were there once and never again. You were stuck to the floor because it was so dirty and stained, curtains were only half attached and the table assigned to us wasn't even wiped down. The service is terribly bad, very unfriendly, disinterested and inattentive. We were assigned a table, but after that we were ignored. We were halfway through eating when we were allowed to order drinks. The atmosphere resembles a departure hall. So no, not really. When I go out to eat, I want to eat my food in peace and quiet, relaxed and clean (!) and not in a jiffy like with the "yellow M". We were there at lunchtime and the offer was extremely limited. The same thing kept happening. And if something did happen for a change, then you were simply out of luck if you sat a little further back on the line, or if you weren't completely stressed and constantly kept an eye on the line - because unfortunately you can reach all the way to the lane that is actually opposite and so The new plates were cheekily snatched away in piles. Some of them didn't have any space left on their table, the main thing is that they have everything. We have observed this throughout.

Last week I was with the old owner in Zirndorf and I recommend it to you, they often asked me if everything was ok and were very nice and the food was great. I have never experienced something so unfriendly and almost disrespectful in any other restaurant or similar. We didn't even get a chance to sit down. We were 8 people (4 adults and 4 children) with a reservation at 6 p.m. When we politely asked for two 4'er tables, we were yelled at, "Take the 8'er table or leave the store" and tried to get past us in an aggressive manner, which resulted in us slightly bumping into one of us and starting at us to write to. That was too much and of course we left the store. If the staff is in such a bad mood, how can the food be there....🤢 I'm actually not the type of person to comment so negatively, but this store doesn't even deserve 1 star. Afterwards we went to a burger restaurant without a reservation on a Saturday and were welcomed with open arms...that was so delicious.😁🍔

We used to go to Wasabi a lot. But today, unfortunately, will probably be the last time. Apparently the restaurant has been taken over by someone new. Hardly anything on the tape on Saturday afternoon. No attention to customers. The plates were literally stacked up to the ceiling and even on empty tables for a long time. The restaurant didn't make a good impression. Somewhat dirty and sticky floor. It's just not the wasabi it once was. Unfortunately no longer recommended.

The meal was okay. Since there was no wasabi on the tape, we had to ask about it a few times. But it didn't help because the service obviously didn't care. Sad that there is no Wasabi for paying customers at Wasabi. The floor in the toilet also stuck terribly. Apparently it had been a few days since the last cleaning. All in all, it's really sad that the restaurant & service is now declining so much. We used to love going there often. Now It was probably the last time. If you read the reviews here, this is not an isolated case either. The current rating of 4.0 still holds up due to the good reviews from the past. What a shame!

First of all, I can only rate the service and not the food. We reserved a table for two at Running Sushi. Unfortunately we arrived 8 minutes late and the waiter with glasses and blonde hair said to us in a stressed and unfriendly manner that the table would be reassigned after 10 minutes. We then showed him the cell phone with the time showing that we were only 8 minutes late. Nevertheless, the waiter said that he had already given the table and that we should wait 40 minutes. I realize that if you arrive late to a reserved table, the seat will be given up again and that would be totally fine with me. The only thing that bothers me is the way it was explained to us and it was also contradictory. For me, this is not a customer-focused way of working. For example, the waiter could have offered us to order à la carte, but this was not the case. I won't visit the place again.

It can't be right that at 7 p.m. on a Saturday there are only a few cold noodles, cold and tough mussels and cold chicken circling around in the bowls. We were in the restaurant at 7:30 p.m. and at 7:30 p.m. there were still no new dishes on the menu. During that time I asked twice if there was anything else coming. The waiter was a little overwhelmed because he was alone, but everything went really well and there was a lot to choose from. I personally found it to be absolutely top class. My only criticism was that there wasn't enough chocolate pudding on the production line, so we would have liked more. Nevertheless, everything else was great and the sushi selection was just as great as the normal dishes to emphasize this again. Would come back any time if I feel like running sushi again.

I can't understand all the negative reviews at all. The restaurant is just as excellent as it was the last time I was there in 2016. Spontaneously came here again today (coming from a little further away) and was very happy. Others weren't so lucky, as all the seats were filled after just a few minutes.

My wife and I enjoyed going to this restaurant for running sushi, even with friends. Unfortunately today was really the last time. I can't understand how such a good restaurant can turn into such a terrible place. The staff, who seem to have to work there under "force", are unfriendly and incompetent. Getting a table depends on the mood of the employee, if you ask after being ignored for minutes you will be rudely insulted. We enjoyed going here for years, of course the ambience is getting old, there was a bit of a lack of choice when it came to food for a while, but the bottom line was that it was ok. But if you as a guest feel like the last supplicant, we won't go there anymore. You can also spend your hard-earned money in other restaurants.

I recently wanted to order food over the phone and even though the restaurant was open, no one answered the phone or was pushed away. I wanted to order again today. I was told quite harshly on the phone that I should call again in an hour because they didn't have time to take my order and prepare it. Then they hung up. Service and customer friendliness are 0 and apparently the restaurateur can afford to turn away customers. I highly doubt whether I will order here again or even eat there.

It used to be so good, but somehow the restaurant was empty, as was the sushi line... when asked, there was somehow nothing and after asking again, the service staff became unfriendly and said there were only new things on the line when the "old" ones were. things would be gone... It's a shame, I've known about wasabi for probably 15 years, but I'll spend my money elsewhere in the future.

As always we were very satisfied. Running Sushi is and remains simply a special experience. There are cold and warm plates, and the drinks prices are more than fair. Maki, nigiri, Californias, sashimi etc. You can also get new trends with crispy duck, with rocket or breaded/fried here. We've only been here for lunch and have never been disappointed.

Absolutely disgusting food! I can't recommend Wasabi to anyone! I ordered from the menu: baked pike-perch fillet with the salad, doesn't it sound good? But in reality it's a horror! You get breaded pieces of zander fish that tasted straight out of a bucket! Add iceberg lettuce roughly chopped with the small tomato in the middle without dressing! Oh yes, add a rice bowl. And all this enjoyment for just 14 euros? NEVER AGAIN!!

After 7 years of going out to eat with my Datev colleagues at Wasabi, I have finally lost interest. The friendly service is now a thing of the past. A seemingly overwhelmed young man now works here, who is unable to take orders properly and is also unfriendly. The quality has noticeably decreased and the ambience is no longer well maintained. You're no longer allowed to choose seats because everyone just shakes their heads and turns around without saying a word, although my 9-year-old daughter just wanted to sit with me at the beginning of the line. It would have been assumed that after 7 years of being a regular customer you would be allowed to express such a wish. There is excellent quality sushi right around the corner, which we can only recommend.

We just had dinner there with our little one and the restaurant was well filled but the conveyor belt was completely empty. Unfortunately there was nothing at all for our little one and she could only sit there and watch. In the end the best part She had to pay full price for NOTHING. According to the staff, who don't speak German, you have to say as soon as you enter the restaurant that this child won't eat anything. Of course you can't know that beforehand. The worst and most unfriendly restaurant I have ever seen in this scene. Keep your hands off it.

My visit to the Running Sushi restaurant was a mix of ups and downs. The concept of the conveyor belt where fresh sushi rolls glide by is definitely entertaining and offers a wide range of options. Although not every dish completely delighted my palate, there were still some truly delicious highlights. The variety of sushi creations was impressive, from classic salmon and tuna rolls to creative vegetarian options. The quality of the ingredients was good overall, although there were some exceptions. Some rolls were not as fresh as expected or tasted a bit bland. The staff were friendly and tried to make our visit pleasant. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively and welcoming, adding to an overall pleasant experience. Overall, my visit to Running Sushi Restaurant was okay, and although not every dish was perfect, I would still come back because of the fun concept and good selection.

We'll probably be there for the last time on Tuesday. It couldn't be more rude and impudent than the young man who works there. Since we have been there often, we are well aware of his not always friendly behavior. Nevertheless, we often go there and have recommended it to others. The food is good and you don't have to have a conversation with him. Then on Tuesday. We had reservations! Which probably went down. Then he wanted to sit us at the table near the entrance. After I told him that we couldn't sit there because of the train, he just said "Then no goodbye!" and just leaves us standing there. I think it's a real shame because we actually went there regularly when we were in Fürth.

We have eaten at this restaurant regularly over the past few years because we were satisfied with the selection of dishes and the taste of the running sushi. We recently ate there twice within a week with our son (11 years old). The first time we visited at lunchtime, everything went well: we received the desired table as stated when making the reservation. As always, the food was good and we got the drinks relatively quickly. The second time we visited in the evening at 6 p.m. When we arrived, the young waiter showed us a different table than we wanted. We then told him that when we made our reservation by phone, we explicitly wanted a table at the beginning of Running Sushi and that we were given it. He rudely refused and told us that it wasn't possible and that it was a colleague's mistake. And this despite the fact that there were still four tables available at this point. He didn't engage in further conversation, ignored us and simply ran away. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. We first briefly considered whether we would go, but then decided to stay. One table remained unoccupied for 35 minutes. It took over 20 minutes before we could order our drinks and another almost 10 before we received them! During the remaining half hour the plates were cleared away again and again, but we were never asked if we would like something more to drink, despite the glasses being almost empty. Apparently you don't want to earn anything from the customer. We didn't get a single chocolate pudding because far too few were put on the production line in relation to the guests. Then no one was added. When we repeatedly asked the waitress in a friendly manner, we were repeatedly assured that we would get another one for our son. After more than 15 minutes we stopped waiting. It's really a joke, you'd think it would be a lot of effort to spoon pudding from a cup into a small bowl. We then wanted to pay, here the Oberhammer. The “friendly” waiter wanted to bill our son as an adult. We complained, the answer: yes, it's already that big!? ... yes, he was already there a few days ago on the other visit and there was no discussion about age by the same waiter. Today they even wanted to see an ID card! With an 11 year old, really now!? We provided another proof of age and then the waiter apparently had too much mental arithmetic about how old our son was. He then even asked for proof again and still seemed overwhelmed. Then he gave in and charged a child. Really embarrassing and completely unnecessary own goal. For us it was the last time at Wasabi. It's a shame, because it definitely wasn't the food. If you read the latest reviews, it seems that we are not the only ones who have had experiences with the cheeky and ignorant manner.

When we paid, he charged us the full amount for the child. When we asked him about it, he wanted the child's ID and spoke to us in a completely stupid way. We should go somewhere else. Long assembly line with enough space for several families. Ambience is quite nice, but still has room for improvement. The assembly line is at maximum 20% capacity, so you mostly just see the same thing circling around. Sushi: a lot of rice on the sushi roll, little filling. But rice tastes good. Little variation, rarely salmon, no tuna. Warm food: very greasy but quite okay/good in taste. Service: very quiet, you have to approach the waitress. Conclusion: Quite OK, but wouldn't visit it again personally.

There's a pretty strong smell coming from the conveyor belt, and in the men's toilets you're literally stuck with your feet on the floor. It was never great but cheap and clean. Now, however, you have to fear for your own health. For years at least once a week, but that's over now. Adieu!

Went to Running Sushi for the first time at lunchtime during the week - great 👍 food and price, the prices of the drinks were also right. At the weekend we went there with friends for running sushi in the evening - the price was higher in the evening, but that's ok. What disappointed us, however, was that we had to wait about 20 minutes for our ordered table and that the selection wasn't as large as last time during the week. Were really disappointed. The staff tried hard, but it wasn't well organized. When there was no dessert on the conveyor belt, I simply asked and we were very pleasantly surprised when the waitress brought us a whole tray of various delicacies. When we paid there was a plum schnapps for everyone.

Als langjähriger Gast in dieser Lokalität musste ich heute leider mit Entsetzen feststellen das es nicht mehr der gewohnte gute Service ist welcher mich immer wieder hierher gezogen hat. Nach einer mehr als unfreundlichen Begrüßung durch den Sohn der Chefin oder des Chefs, jedenfalls gab er sich als dieser aus nahmen wir an einem Vierertisch Platz und warteten auf die Getränkebestellung. Da wir dort gerne Radler trinken, wie schon gesagt nicht unser erster Besuch dort, bestellten wir dieses und wurden sofort sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen das es keines geben würde. Als ich dann den Kellner gebeten habe doch etwas freundlicher mit seinen Gästen umzugehen wurden wir kurzerhand beschimpft und mit sehr unfreundlichen Worten ( kann ich hier nicht wiedergeben ) darauf hingewiesen doch woanders hin zugehen. Ich wollte dann eigentlich das Lokal verlassen aber meine Tochter hat da wohl etwas mehr Kampfinstinkt im Blut. Ich wollte dann den Chef des Ladens sprechen und wurde informiert das diese unfreundliche Person der Chef sei. Nun manche lieben ihren Beruf einfach nicht und haben sicherlich auch kein Interesse sich ihre Gäste auch für die Zukunft zu sichern. Schade, ein ehemals sehr gutes Restaurant hat sich leider in einen totalen Ausfall verwandelt. Ich kann jedem nur abraten dort auch nur einen Euro zu lassen. Ob die Qualität der Speisen noch auf hohem Niveau sind kann ich leider nicht sagen, soweit sind wir nicht gekommen. Danke für dieses einmalige Erlebnis.

Immer gerne hergekommen und heute haben Sie leider wieder 4 Gäste verloren. Schon am Eingang wurde man dumm angemacht, an welchen Tisch man sich setzen sollte. Beim Getränke bestellen, und der Frage nach einem Radler wurde man regelrecht angeschrien dass es kein Radler gibt - als mein Vater den „netten“ Herren dann gefragt hat, warum er denn so schlecht drauf sei - wurde uns gesagt wir können gerne wo anders hin. Daraufhin wurde dies mindestens 5 Mal wiederholt. Eine der anderen Bedienungen meinte dann, er wäre der Sohn vom Chef. Na dann ist das Ganze ja noch schlimmer…. Würde gerne - Sterne abgeben!

Am besten Sie rufen nicht an, es könnte den Mitarbeiter nerven mit jemanden zu sprechen. Dachte evtl. hatte er einen schlechten Tag aber leider war dies schon öfter der Fall. Heute nach dem unangenehmen Telefonat kamen wir um 12:30 und konnten bis ca 13 Uhr essen. Danach waren die Bänder komplett leer. Ich habe also eine Stunde bezahlt aber konnte nur eine halbe essen. "RunningSuhsi" ist auch ein bisschen übertrieben. Eher "runningfrittierteszeug" wer also die billo Frühlingsrollen liebt wird hier fündig. Diese drehen Stundenlang ihre Runden zusammen mit fertig Gioza ausm lidl. Wir waren sonst gerne hier aber das kann ich leider nicht unterstützen. Schade

Service war gut und sehr nett! Viel Essen auf den Bändern (entgegen der letzten Rezension), ich hätte mir nur hier und da mal einen Sprossen- oder zb seetangsalat oder so gewünscht. Essen war lecker - also für den Preis sehr angemessen. Einzig allein muss ich den Wasabi bemängeln..dafür dass das Restaurant so heißt, sah er wirklich nicht ansprechend aus 😅

We were in this Cafe 6-7 times. Tasty food, not bad kitchen. Last time, we were with children. We ordered 6 glasses of cola and one glass of water. The waiter counted 8 glasses of cola and 3 glasses of water. To our objections that the children couldn’t physically drink so much liquid in an hour, the young waiter didn’t even want to listen to us. He just ran away from us down the hall, that was very impolite of him. Let me remind you that cola and water were in glasses (not in bottles you can take). So, be as attentive and vigilant as possible in this institution. Finally, we were cheated for 11 euros. The amount is not large, but it was very unpleasant. Of course, we will not go there again and don’t recommend this institution to anyone.

Wir sind seit 9 Jahren regelmäßig hier vorbeigekommen und haben dafür einen Weg von 50km auf uns genommen. Letzte Woche war es aber leider unser letzter Besuch. Anscheinend fand ein Besitzerwechsel statt und der neue Besitzer hat keine Lust auf Gäste. Zuerst wurden wir 5 Minuten ignoriert und nach erneuter Nachfrage, was mit unserer Reservierung sei, sagte er nur pampig, dass er keinen Tisch für uns hat. Das Restaurant war zu dem Zeitpunkt bis auf einen Tisch aber leer. Sehr schade, wie man mit Kunden umgeht. War für uns der letzte Besuch..

Heute hat sich der Service (Kellner) an Unfreundlichkeit wahrlich übertroffen. Vieh wird netter behandelt als ein Gast. Unsere Nachfrage nach 30 min, ob wir Getränke bestellen können, wurde mit den Worte "du nichts wollen" abgetan. Bänder waren nach dem vierten Durchlauf leer. Es dauerte locker 15 min bis etwas nachgelegt wurde. Irgendwann kam dieser sehr unfreundlichen Mensch zu uns und maulte uns an "die Teller separat zahlen! Stunde war rum! Wie zahlen?" Entsetzte und schockierte Gesichter - auch an den benachbarten Tischen. Unsere Nachbargäste auch schon länger da und hatten noch keine Getränke bestellen können, da dieser Herr nicht kam. Unmögliche Zustände, die immer schlimmer werden. Nie wieder, außer die Serviceleistungen, ganz besonders dieser Mann, wechselt.

Wir waren gerade spontan dort essen. Service eine einzige null. Überfordert und sehr unfreundlich. Das Band war lange immer ziemlich leer bis was nachgelegt worden ist. Essen war schon echt gut. Getränke kamen nach erst 30 min. Aber da musste man auch öfters nachfragen. Von außen nicht beleuchtet. Innen sehr unaufgeräumt und nicht saubere Theke und Boden. Küche dreckig. Nachtisch gab es nur Gebackene Bananen oder Schoko Pudding ist aus dem Eimer…. Und von den warmen gab wenig Auswahl. Immer das gleiche. Genauso vom Sushi. Werden dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Wenn Running Sushi dann Wasabi ... Das habe ich vor 5 Jahren geschrieben und heute muss ich leider Mal etwas negatives anbringen. Die Freundlichkeit lässt immer mehr zu wünschen übrig ... gehe regelmäßig zum Essen meist mit Kollegen hin und das Essen ist immer noch gut aber auch hier wird immer mehr gespart. In letzter Zeit allerdings hat man immer mehr das Gefühl lästig zu sein ... das ist sehr schade und ich hoffe sehr das ändert sich wieder und bestenfalls Zeitnah. Würde mir nur ungern ein neues Lokal suchen und das nach dem ich ein Stammkunde von Wassabi bin

Ich kann die vielen schlechten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Für den Preis kann man eben auch keine super krasse Qualität erwarten. Für den Preis war die Qualität top. Das einzige was tatsächlich gefehlt hat, waren die Süßspeisen. Hier war die Auswahl wirklich ziemlich gering. Es war ein Donnerstag Abend weshalb nicht viel los war. Trotzdem war das Band immer voll und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Ich werde hier auf jeden Fall noch einmal hingehen.

Ohne Reservierung muss man Glück haben, einen spontanen Platz zu bekommen. Große Auswahl auf der Karte, da findet bestimmt jeder etwas. Alternativ gibt es auch "running Sushi", getrennt auf 2 Ebenen mit kalten und warmen Gerichten, so wie Nachtisch. Aufgrund der vielen Gäste kam es uns recht laut vor
