My Sushi Palace in Klingenberg a.Main

Unfortunately, the service at “My Sushi Palace” left something to be desired in several aspects. The delivery was almost 30 minutes late, which was disappointing given an already generous delivery time. In addition, the driver only brought change with €1.90 for a bill of just under €60. This expectation that people speculate on the statement “That’s right” is not very professional. The quality of the tuna sushi was particularly negative. The processing was not careful enough, especially since the silver skin was not removed, which significantly affected the taste experience. The presentation of the sushi rolls also left a lot to be desired: they were unusually thin and sometimes poorly shaped, which indicates a lack of expertise in their preparation. Overall, “My Sushi Palace” is neither the best nor the worst sushi. However, the price-performance ratio certainly does not meet the expectations that one would have at this price level. There is still a lot of room for improvement here – both in terms of quality and service.

The food was very good. Price-wise also great. The staff extremely friendly. We didn't realize until we arrived that it was more of a bistro. Therefore the localization is not the best. Rather unsuitable for groups. However, a delivery service is offered. Don't know in what area... Beautifully located in the old town. After eating you feel like taking a little walk.

An absolute disgrace. The food only came after 2 hours. The rolls are very little filled, they almost only have rice and some of them fall apart when you just look at them. This was the last time I ordered here Rice is like a stone and there is a lot of it. thin layers of fish. I paid 50 euros for this “salmon” bento set and two Gunkans. is it worth it? No, it is impossible to eat. I have ordered here before, this time it was the last time.

We have often ordered from Klingenberg and it has mostly been good until today. We were very satisfied with the delivery time, the problem only arose when we opened the sushi. We ordered the King Bento because it is always reduced on Mondays. To our horror we found extremely small pieces of maki, over half of which was filled with peppers. The nigiri pieces had a very thin strip only with salmon and to our disappointment there were only 3 with salmon, none with tuna. In fact we had tuna. In a can. Extremely sweet and bad taste. What still needs to be criticized was the avocado, which was rock hard. We are seriously considering ordering again after this meal. Probably not. We were very dissatisfied. Not recommended, everyone just wants to save money.

We ordered something to be delivered, the food was cold, there was almost nothing in the bowls and I think what we got was €34 too expensive

Where should I start? I am a passionate sushi eater and have ordered from My Sushi Palace a few times. It often seemed to me that I didn't receive the quantity I ordered. The last few times I thought I would count and actually there were always 1-3 pieces missing (which wasn't a major point of criticism for me, since I don't trust the information on the internet 100%). Yesterday we only ordered sushi for €75, which I personally find to be a lot. The order was delivered and what was the result? There were 4 of us and NO ONE was full! We should have received about 60 rolls and were only at 40! This is an absolute disgrace! We tried to contact you via phone, email and the chat on the My Sushi Palace website, unfortunately in vain. We are very disappointed and very annoyed that we don't receive any service in that we receive a message in some way or feedback about where the error is... It's sad that the prices are already very high and then you get ripped off becomes. When I counted, I realized that it had to be a stitch because you can't miscount that often? So the last 5 times I've ordered, a few have always been missing...of course that adds up and annoys me even more when I think about it. As always, the food was very tasty, but unfortunately that doesn't help me in this situation... I have always enjoyed ordering and eating there, but in the future I will look for another restaurant and eat my sushi there. What a shame!

Ordered there for the second time today, unfortunately everything went wrong. For delivery Without ginger (important) unfortunately he was right there with the wasabi and couldn't eat it because of his allergy. (We also called and said so directly, he was very polite!) The sushi crumbled apart and I had to eat it with my hands and fork. Unfortunately some of the rice was very sweet. And unfortunately it wasn't at all like the first time. Nevertheless, we will order there again because I think it's delicious!

We have ordered for delivery here several times, both via Lieferando and our own homepage, and once again the delivery was delivered to the wrong address.

The restaurant is located in Klingenberg's old town. There are 2 tables in front of the restaurant. The sushi is very tasty, also beautifully prepared. The restaurant itself has more of the feel of a snack bar, but that's fine at the two tables outside. We also occasionally order sushi to-go there or have sushi delivered to our home.

Toller Service und leckeres Sushi!

Das Sushi hier ist wirklich sehr lecker! Ich würde sogar sagen das beste Sushi hier in der Umgebung. Ich finde es sehr gut, dass man online bestellen kann. Die Zubereitungs-/Wartezeit wird allerdings immer als 90 Minuten ausgeschrieben, was eigentlich nicht stimmt. Abgesehen davon hat immer alles super funktioniert und es wurde nichts bei den Bestellungen vergessen.

Frisches Sushi, sehr lecker, so muss Sushi sein. Zudem erfolgte die Lieferung durch den sympathischen Lieferboten überpünktlich. Dort bestellen wir wieder.

Meilleur rapport qualité prix des sushis, c'est vrais il existe de meilleurs sushi mais ils sont aussi bien plus cher. Ici pour un prix de 15-20€ vous mangez très bien.

Bestes Sushi im Umkreis! Qualität mega! Geschmack klasse! Nach einigen Restaurants und Liecerdiensten, die wir ausprobiert haben, ist dieses mit großem Abstand das beste! Super liebe und freundliche Bedienung, schnelle Zubereitung! Wir bestellen fast wöchentlich! Grosser Genuss und Empfehlung!

Wir haben der klingenberg am mein besucht und wir haben bei ,, My Sushi Palace '' das beste Sushi gegessen . Personal ist sehr nett und alle zutaten frisch . Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen

Wir haben draußen gesessen und leider stand die Biotonne zur Abholung bereit. Das hat so gestunken dass mir fast der Appetit vergangen ist. Die Bedienung war nicht unfreundlich aber wenig motiviert. Das Essen...naja, bin kein Fachmann was Sushi angeht aber der Reis war pappig.

Die Gerichte waren frisch, schön angerichtet und auch geschmacklich top! Allerdings haben wir auch zwei kleinere Anregungen: Wir hätten es schöner gefunden, wenn die Getränke in Gläsern anstelle von PET-Flaschen gekommen wären. Auch hätte die Auswahl ein wenig größer sein dürfen (nicht nur Softdrinks + Wasser). Wir hätten uns beispielsweise über etwas "Kulturtypisches" gefreut. Da wir uns unter einigen Gerichten nicht wirklich etwas vorstellen konnten, wären kleine Bilder in der Speisekarte hilfreich gewesen - wir haben uns aber einfach überraschen lassen und es nicht bereut :) Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war auch angemessen und der Service nett - wir kommen wieder!

Ich war oft in Klingenberg am Main. Damals fand ich es etwas ganz Besonderes, mein Sushi-klingberg am main so lecker, dass ich es vorher nicht essen konnte, wie sehr frisches Essen?

Bis jetzt alles top!!!! 2x selbst geholt und heute das erste mal Lieferdienst genutzt... Immer pünktlich, lecker und alle Mitarbeiter-/innen sehr freundlich. Nicht nur das Sushi ist sehr gut, auch die Bowls oder pakistanischen Vorspeisen sind super... Wünsche dem Team weiterhin viel Erfolg und das weiterhin das Essen so klasse bleibt 😉

Ich habe heute hier zum ersten Mal Sushi gegessen, ich mache häufig selbst Sushi und habe verschiedenste Restaurants getestet. Dieses hier gehört mit zu den Besten, sehr freundlicher Service, mir wurden die 20 ct, die ich in Kleingeld hätte bezahlen müssen, geschenkt. Der Fisch war außerordentlich gut und auch die Avocado war perfekt reif, zwar ist es ein stattlicher Preis, aber den lohnt es sich auch zu bezahlen. Ich komme wieder !!
