A very nice restaurant with a great ambience. You feel well looked after and quickly have a good feeling. The staff is super friendly. My spare ribs were heated a little too long and were a little dry, but onion rings, fries, sauces were all delicious. My companion's burger was great. Price performance is right. The hotel is not the youngest, but has everything you need and, above all, is clean. The staff is super nice, whether at the reception or in the restaurant. Lots of opportunities for children to let off steam. The food was delicious, but the menu sometimes didn't match the food, which sometimes made children sad. The fact that a large cola costs more than a large beer is not nice. The elevators take forever.

Good food, fast and good service.

Service is very unfriendly. Because the space downstairs is very tight for many guests. It can happen that you are thrown a chair so that the service can reach the other guest. The jackets are put on by service without asking. I ended up putting my jacket on the bench. Although there was plenty of food on the plate, the spare ribs were drying. It used to be better!

Food quality inadequate. After a waiting time of about 50 minutes, mashed potatoes made from ready-made powder, salmon and venison goulash are completely fried, therefore firm (sometimes already hard) and very dry. A disgrace for the chef and therefore not recommended, even if the service tries very hard.
