We had reserved for 7:30 p.m. and were there at 7 p.m. And was told that we still have to wait. When we asked if we could wait at the bar, the table was already ready. Afterwards the menus were slammed on the table and we were told that we now had two hours. I wanted to drink a strong Argentine red wine with my Argentine beef and was wondering which of the three I should drink, then the waitress came and asked about the drinks and told us that the three (!!) Argentine red wines were out. I then had to think for a moment, which caused the waitress to roll her eyes. The drinks and glasses were finally placed on the table and we were then allowed to distribute and pour ourselves. In between, other waiters kept coming and wanted to bring us drinks that we hadn't ordered. Finally the steaks arrived. Ok, I didn't know that the concept is that you get a steak that is at least lukewarm and cook it at the table, my mistake. But I still don't understand the culinary meaning behind it. The art is to fry a whole piece of meat on point. From a business perspective, it's of course a blast. I can briefly fry mountains of steaks on both sides, the guest is responsible for the end result and then has an experience. Since every square meter was used and everyone was frying at the table, there was a corresponding steam and smell in the room. The dessert cards were served to us just as lovingly as at the beginning. Three of us ordered dessert as there was a three dessert deal. The dessert plates were not cleared until the end. When paying, the reader has probably already guessed that each dessert was billed individually. We didn't have to just order three but said we would order three desserts as part of the offer. After asking the boss, this was corrected in a complex procedure. At the end there was no thank you, just a goodbye. That was a unique experience for me. Conclusion good quality (hence two stars), but trimmed to maximize profits and subpar service.

Um meine wertvolle Zeit für diesen Gaststättenbesuch nicht zu verschwenden schließe ich mich der Bewertung von bohne_roethu vom Januar 2023 an, weil sich seitdem anscheinend nichts geändert hat: Sehr enttäuschend. Mein Fleisch "HEREFORD RIBEYUE" und auch alles sonst war drittklassig. Auch die Rostbraten habe ich in guten Gaststätten schon deutlich besser gesehen. Kochen geht anders, als jeden Tag 1.000 x drittklassiges Fleich mit Kartoffeln aus dem Backofen und Sour Cream rauszuhauen. Die Sour Cream schmeckt wie aus dem Eimer und nur nach Knoblauch. Pfeffermühle auf dem Tisch gibt es nicht, nur eine Gewürzmischung mit Zucker und allem möglichen drin um das schlechte Fleich aufzupeppen.

Wir haben über eine Stunde auf unser Essen gewartet. Manche Speisen waren nur lauwarm. Garpunkt Fleisch nicht korrekt. Essen gesamt ok. Bedienung nett. Toiletten schmutzig und es roch mehr als unangenehm. Dankeschön für 3 Gratisespresso für die negative Erfahrung. Keine Empfehlung.
