This is the steak I have been missing in Germany! Steak was cooked to order and came out on a hot stone. Was amazing!

Fantastic Really excellent meat Impeccable service

Service was great, food didn't convince me for the price. Side dishes small and nothing special. The steak was very dark on the outside and tasted good, but nothing special.

Consistently very good quality on the plate - tartare, pulp and steaks were beautifully prepared and delicious... even the desserts were lovingly prepared.

Um meine wertvolle Zeit für diesen Gaststättenbesuch nicht zu verschwenden schließe ich mich der Bewertung von bohne_roethu vom Januar 2023 an, weil sich seitdem anscheinend nichts geändert hat: Sehr enttäuschend. Mein Fleisch "HEREFORD RIBEYUE" und auch alles sonst war drittklassig. Auch die Rostbraten habe ich in guten Gaststätten schon deutlich besser gesehen. Kochen geht anders, als jeden Tag 1.000 x drittklassiges Fleich mit Kartoffeln aus dem Backofen und Sour Cream rauszuhauen. Die Sour Cream schmeckt wie aus dem Eimer und nur nach Knoblauch. Pfeffermühle auf dem Tisch gibt es nicht, nur eine Gewürzmischung mit Zucker und allem möglichen drin um das schlechte Fleich aufzupeppen.

I've known the restaurant for a long time and am a frequent visitor. And of course, like in real life, there were ups and downs. But what I've experienced over the last few years has been top notch and makes me happy to be a guest there again and again. A great team, great service and great quality on the plate. Please keep it up

The three of us had a late lunch. I had the bocadillo sandwich with steak. There was just a lot of sauce with meat. A long single lettuce leaf that is soggy. The bread underneath was toasted but completely soft like a sponge. The gratinated chicken, on the other hand, was more of a bad joke, about the size of the palm of my hand and definitely not gratinated, just spinach and sauce on top. Rump steak was definitely cooked through. Although medium was requested. No point asking beforehand if it comes through. The employee with the dark beard still made an effort and accepted the same feedback in the store as described here and apologized. There was a concession of 10%, which I think is good for you. It's a shame if you've been a Maredo customer for over 30+ years and the quality simply doesn't justify the price.
