Leider war das heute eine totale Katastrophe. Erstmal startete es damit, dass der Kellner einer unserer Kolleginnen keine Getränkekarte gegeben hatte, obwohl diese klar danach gebeten hatte. Die Aussage war, es gäbe keine.
Dann wurde das Essen verteilt und es gab Probleme beim Salat, da zwei Mitarbeiter sich beim Dressing vertan hatte . Der Keller wurde daraufhin zunehmend unhöflich, fast schon schnippig. Am Ende hatte mehrere Kollegen ein Problem mit dem Schnitzel, welches zum Teil sauer schmeckte oder verbrannt war. Der Umgang mit der Reklamation war unterirdisch. Es wurde über den Gast drüber geriffen, ein Stück abgeschnitten und dann die Reklamation abgelehnt. Die des verbrannten Schnitzels wurde zunächst einfach ignoriert.

Neuer Pächter aber überfordert!!
Waren heute mit der Familie zu einer Geburtstagsfeier dort.
Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aaaaber bis es kam dauerte es 1,5 Stunden und dann bekamen auch nicht alle gleichzeitig ihr Essen, sondern welche erst, als die anderen schon fertig waren.
Das ist ein absolutes NO GO!!!!
Wir sind in den letzten 2 Jahren schon öfters eingekehrt und waren mit dem Essen immer zufrieden.
Am liebsten in den Sommermonaten wenn man draußen sitzen kann.
Innen nicht schön aber ok, leider etwas laut. Möglichkeit zum Kegeln vorhanden.
I ate here for the first time today (evening buffet), was there right after the buffet started and all I can say is that it was very tasty. A wide range of options from soup to various salads as starters to a wide variety of main courses (also to be prepared on site such as kangaroo meat and various other types of meat and fish), various types of sushi are also part of the buffet, and a rich dessert buffet is also offered, from fresh fruits to desserts and cakes to ice cream and a chocolate fountain. Price/performance is absolutely right. If you're lucky you get your food or drink delivered by a robot, which was a little highlight.

Food ordered from the vending machine with table service
1x Happy Meal with cheeseburger, fries, ketchup, water, and an apple cone, & of course, the toy. 2x McSmart Meals &
1x 9-pack Nuggets Meal.
When the food finally arrived, ALL drinks and sauces, as well as the apple cone, were missing. I immediately spoke to the employee about it, and she said everything was fine and walked away!! I went to the front with my receipt and told another employee what was missing. She immediately got louder and said that she had prepared our tray and nothing was missing. I then asked her to please come with me and check for missing items. Her response was that I had packed the items in my purse so I could get double. After much back and forth, one of her colleagues made the drinks and told her to give me the sauces, whereupon she picked up two ketchup cones and threw them on me. We left because I can't stand for this kind of behavior.
Better to give this McDonald’s a wide berth.

We wanted to try the sushi for the first time today, also because of the good reviews.
Ordered online on the 1845 website, with feedback “We deliver as quickly as possible”. 2030 then called and asked where the order was?
Answer, it's busy today, another 20 minutes and the order will be there! After 30, i.e. 9 p.m., I called again and said it would take another 20 minutes!
Have now canceled and are really disappointed...
Suggestion for improvement: Call the people who order when things are so late, especially when a chef gets sick. Then the service would also be suitable, but not in the same way as today.
I ordered schnitzel 4 times today. Unfortunately one portion was only a children's portion. There were maybe 15 pieces of fries. It might be a mistake to order schnitzel at a pizzeria, but if you can't, it's better not to. Are super disappointed.
