Hello, We wanted to try the sushi for the first time today, also because of the good reviews. Ordered online on the 1845 website, with feedback “We deliver as quickly as possible”. 2030 then called and asked where the order was? Answer, it's busy today, another 20 minutes and the order will be there! After 30, i.e. 9 p.m., I called again and said it would take another 20 minutes! Have now canceled and are really disappointed... Suggestion for improvement: Call the people who order when things are so late, especially when a chef gets sick. Then the service would also be suitable, but not in the same way as today.

We ordered food today which arrived 45 minutes late. Unfortunately, everything tasted like a uniform porridge and it was clear from the sushi that it had been refrigerated for a long time. (with the pickled radish corn, all the rice around the radish was already yellow) If I order sushi for that price, I expect freshly made sushi and not ready-made sushi from the refrigerated counter or drawer. Then I can also buy it cheaply from Globus or Co.... Unfortunately that was the last order.

Instead of a delivery time of 40-65 minutes, I only received my order 2 hours later. I called after 1:30 hours and asked. No excuse. They said the driver was around the corner from me. Half an hour later it came. No apology from the driver. That made me very upset. Just stop offering deliveries if you can't meet delivery times! It was still very expensive. Quality wise it was good. But not at all worth the price and hassle. I will avoid this restaurant and will not recommend it to anyone.

Delivery takes far longer than stated by the restaurant. The order was placed around 6:30 p.m. and is expected to arrive around 8:45 p.m. according to the supplier. Would like to comment on the quality of the food, but I'm writing this review while waiting for my "dinner".

Simply great! The food was incredibly delicious – super fresh sushi, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The service was first class: friendly, attentive and quick. You simply feel comfortable and welcome here. If you love sushi, you definitely shouldn't miss this restaurant. We were there on a Saturday evening and the bartender rounded off the evening perfectly with his delicious cocktails. I'll definitely be back!

The service staff are really friendly and the dishes are also very tasty. We've also had sushi delivered. All drivers have been very friendly so far. Can only recommend it.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review! We ordered at 6 p.m. After 2 hours of no food, I called and the employee in Ludwigshafen told me that it could take another 40 minutes for delivery!! This is an absolute no go!! We waited almost 3 hours for a meal and we didn't exactly order a little. Apparently Ludwigshafen doesn't have this under control!

We ordered a cucumber salad but it wasn't there.

Delivered very punctually to Haßloch. With the traffic on the streets in the evening. The meal was complete and very, very 😋 tasty. Always happy 😀.

Price/performance inadequate. Are there better and cheaper sushi restaurants

Was asked to get up with my children because the table was reserved for after an hour. Although other tables were free, no alternative was offered. No hello, no greeting. Felt like a prison cafeteria. Not recommended and never again.

Normally you should be able to give minus stars... The ambience is really nice but the food is really inedible and we're not usually fussy when it comes to food. The starter soup was simply ready-made brown sauce thickener and the main course had canned mangos on my bowl. We paid €50 for two dishes and that was absolutely disproportionate to what we ate.

I am rating the delivery service here because it has now happened for the 5th time that the delivery is over half an hour later than ordered even though we placed the order 2 hours ago. The food tastes good but for the price the late delivery (always) is not okay.

I have never walked out of a restaurant in my life until tonight. This restaurant is infested with bugs. We couldn’t even drink our drinks without bugs crawling in and around them. They were swarming us and everyone else and crawling on the windows and food behind the counter. The server at least didn’t charge us for the drinks when we left but also stated there is nothing they can do. Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had.

Nicely located on the Rhine Gallery, unfortunately with a view of the square and less of a view of the river. I enjoyed the food very much. The homemade lemonade is great. The waiting time was short and the prices are just Lu and not Ma. The parking garage in the Rheingalerie is also practical.

Not even worth one star!!!!! I recently ordered gyoza, miso soup, sliced ​​fruit and chicken skewers. A few hours after I ate I felt really sick. As a result, I had severe diarrhea and was vomiting every hour. That day I only ate food, nothing else. It wasn't until the day after next after my bad gastrointestinal symptoms continued that I went to the doctor. He diagnosed salmonella poisoning. I will never order food there again!!!

All in all OK. A companion who joined us just wanted to pick us up and didn't want to eat anything. He only tried two appetizers at our insistence and had to pay €27.00 No goodwill, it's a shame we won't be visiting this restaurant again.

At the street theater festival, ordering and receiving a drink was very difficult. Then the terrace was closed (4.45 p.m.) because “there was too much going on”. Unfortunately, this wasn't apparent to the customer because the waitress couldn't combine the route to the terrace - serving and clearing away - but there was time to constantly rearrange the chairs. Difficult... and not good form, as a harsh tone prevailed, people loudly complained that we had a lot to do... instead of putting this into practice.

We weren't entirely happy with our meal. In our opinion, the price-performance ratio was not right. I also ordered rice with chicken and curry sauce, but got this instead (see photo)...

Very bad service, zero customer focus. We made a mistake when ordering, which we realized 5 minutes later. Neither a change over the phone nor a cancellation or new order was possible. When we called a second time to ask when our order would arrive (waiting time > 1.5 hours), they said we had only ordered 30 minutes ago. When we pointed out that we had already called, we were told that the driver was leaving. Deviations from the delivery time are completely normal, but you should be honest if it takes longer than 2 hours. Customer service is different, so we will no longer order here.

The restaurant is located directly in front of the Rhein-Galerie, in close proximity to the Rhine. It was clean, service was very nice and the food didn't take long to arrive. The sushi was extremely tasty for a very good price.

It is a small cozy Japanese restaurant which is located in the Rhein-Galerie Shopping Center. They have many types of sushi. Friendly staff. There is a terrace with a beautiful view of the Rhine river. Sushis were tasty and service is fast.

Sushi ok. Presentation a bit careless. Beginner operation. Has a bit of a fast food feel. Too expensive for what is offered.

It's a shame that it takes longer to order and then the warm gyozas are made. It then becomes lukewarm and mushy. When asked whether it could be that they had been standing in the warming box for a good 20 minutes after they had been standing outside for a while, the answer was “Not my problem”. Not a hit otherwise. Gyozas cold! That doesn't suit the higher price level.

The food came over 30 minutes late. (Waiting time was stated as 60min +/- 15min) we waited 1h 52min. When I called they weren't unfriendly. But more than the driver would have to be that... Yes, he's coming soon...didn't come. We wouldn't have ordered if we had known! And then the food was cold. Fried food doesn't taste good if the breading becomes soggy due to the cold fat.

They used to be good years ago, but not anymore. The tuna in the maki is brown!! I wouldn't even make it in the pan at home. For just under €80, almost everything ended up in the trash. -> To answer: you fry the tuna of the maki???

Really nice sushi bar in the rhine gallery in Ludwigshafen. It has a beautiful view on the rhine river.

It was clean and the service was good. Unfortunately the music was far too loud for my taste.

Essen kam zu spät. Das warme essen war leider komplett kalt und die halbe Lieferung falsch. Stattdessen gab es was viel billigeres zum gleichen Preis.

Haben heute das erste mal dort bestellt und waren rundherum zufrieden. Das Sushi war lecker und frisch. Auch die Lieferung war für einen Samstag Abend sehr schnell. Leider wurde bei unserer Bestellung etwas vergessen. Nach kurzem freundlichen Telefonat wurde es ganz unkompliziert nachgeliefert. Das war sicher nicht unsere letzte Bestellung dort.

Schlagende Türen, klebrige Tische, Essen gut

Alle angebotenen Speisen und Getränke waren bisher immer spitze! Genauso wie der Service. Leider war unser Tisch nicht ganz sauber, was ich in einem solchen Restaurant eigentlich erwarte. Aber auch das wurde nach einem kurzen Hinweis ohne Beanstandungen behoben!

Wir waren beruflich bedingt schon einmal Anfang des Jahres hier und nun im Oktober nochmal. Beide Male war es sehr lecker. Wer Sushi mag kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Es gibt auch einige vegane Varianten und 2 verschiedene Currys ohne Fisch. Wir haben uns durch die japanischen Biere probiert und uns haben alle drei geschmeckt. Der servus war nett und zügig.

Essen immer gut Aber lange Wartezeit Heute 2 Einhalb Stunden bis das Essen da war….

leider war das Essen eine grosse Enttäuschung: der Thunfisch zäh, das Sushi Reis überkocht der Inhaber welcher per Zufall an diesem Abend vor Ort war, schien sehr arrogant unter dem Motto ich sei der einzige Gast dem Essen nicht schmeckt. er habe Erfolg mit seinem seinen Restaurants ... Ich meine es gibt definitiv bessere Sushi Qualität In Deutschland. meine Empfehlung ist klar: besuchen Sie dieses Restaurant nicht, wenn Ihnen an gutem Sushi etwas liegt ...

Tolles Sushi, nur manchmal ist tatsächlich die Bedinung oft zu sehr mit den Lieferungen beschäftigt. Ansonsten gerne wieder und hoffentlich wenn wir für zu Hause am Sonntag bestellen wird das Sushi auch so gut.

Visited this restaurant with my office colleagues, this restaurant is really good they have variety of Shushi, first time I have enjoyed eating it. And the service was also good with a smile on face. So I would highly recommend this for Shushi lovers.

Ja wie soll ich anfangen es ist nunmal anders. Man muss es mögen? Besser man mag es oder nicht. Die Hauptspeisen sind meist kalt nur wenige sind warm (die Frittierten) andere Länder andere Sitten. Der Service war gut das Essen auch. Zum Ambiente, hätte man mehr Japanische Akzente einbringen können? Mit Sicherheit ja ABER würde es hier in Ludwigshafen mehr Gäste anziehen ??? Deshalb habe ich bei Ambiente keine Sterne vergeben ich fand es aber OK.

Preis-Leistung des Sushis stimmt nicht ganz; die Rollen sind für die aufgerufenen Preise zu klein und haben teilweise wenig Geschmack. Als Gast im Restaurant hat man zudem das Gefühl, dass die telefonischen Bestellungen Vorrang haben und das Personal darauf fokussiert ist… schade, da die Location eigentlich ganz nett ist.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Bestelle öfters hier und finde es immer sehr schmackhaft und preislich völlig ok. Ist immerhin alles Handarbeit, also kann man für Essen ruhig ein bisschen was bezahlen. Lieferung immer innerhalb einer Stunde und frisch, freundlich, lecker. Kann es immer wieder empfehlen

Никогда там не ела, лишь покупаю кофе с собой, всё нравится, персонал замечательный, пахнет очень вкусно. Жаль что картой нельзя рассчитаться если берешь манишка чем на 10€.

Herzlicher Service, angenehme Atmosphäre und das beste Sushi das ich gegessen habe. Ich habe schon einige Sushi Restaurants im Rhein-Main Gebiet getestet, aber das Sushi 🍣 hat mich hier zu Tränen gerührt. Ein unglaubliches Geschmackserlebnis mit tollem Dekor und sehr sympathischer Bedingungen. Vielen lieben Dank für dieses tolle Erlebnis! Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Pas de la vraie cuisine japonaisz mais pas trop mal, le restaurant était bon pour le prix... Japonais typé allemand (sauces sucrées)

Essen eig lecker aber stark wechselnde Qualität! Bei Beschwerden wird 0 darauf eingegangen! Das verdirbt einem das eh schon teure Essen. Keine Empfehlung!
