We ate the Cigköftem for the first time today and were very impressed. In the shop I watched the two very nice women preparing it. They prepared this with a lot of love and patience.
The other vegan dishes are also fantastic. So for vegans, this is a great opportunity to get something really tasty!
We've been there for the third time now - and every time it's been simply outstanding! A real class of its own.
We gave some of our customers vouchers for Christmas - and we received endless thank you emails, everyone was so excited! The exceptional quality of the dishes and the fantastic service are repeatedly praised.
Our last visit with business partners was also a complete success - an unforgettable evening in a perfect atmosphere.
A huge thank you to the management and the entire team – everything is just right here! Great, keep it up!
Special recommendation, Lusiana Style, and to share, ... from 1 kg it's fun 🥳
The taste of the kebab was okay, but it lacked a certain sophistication. The ingredients seemed fresh, but could have been portioned a little more generously. Unfortunately, the bread was a bit dry, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. The service was friendly and quick, which is a positive thing. Overall, it was an acceptable lunch, but not a culinary highlight.
Never buy a voucher there!
The owner is incredibly rude - she offers to exchange a voucher worth €100 for a new one worth €30.
It is clearly regulated: According to the law, vouchers in Germany are generally valid for three years.
§195 BGB – Regular limitation period:
The regular limitation period is three years.
This means: A voucher can be redeemed for at least three years - often longer.
The deadline always begins at the end of the year in which the voucher was issued.
Example: A voucher from March 1, 2025 is valid until December 31, 2028.
Important: This regulation only applies to vouchers that were purchased for money - e.g. B. Gift vouchers or vouchers.
Unfortunately, it was the first and last time that there were children running through the kitchen, a woman who came into the kitchen and coughed around without holding her hand or elbow to her mouth and kebab that was given home cold because it was prepared first. Twice said no onions in the cheeseburger & salad, this one was also without, but the burger had onions and a lettuce leaf, which shouldn't be on a burger but rather in the bin...
Went there a bit by chance and really a nice surprise, the food was TOP! Friendly welcome, tasty dishes and relaxed atmosphere. I will come back without hesitation!
