What happened??? We were always thrilled! But today was a disaster. Service took forever for drinks. Otherwise, it was quite nice. The food was lukewarm, or the chicken breast wasn't cooked through. We won't be back.

We had our annual Christmas dinner there with the family, but it was definitely the last time!!!! We ordered bread with tzatziki. There were nine of us, and we only received three slices of bread. Ordering extra took forever, and they kept forgetting our drinks. The chicken gyros had bones and was cold. When we asked about it, they said they'd do "half price." After asking again, even after the food had arrived, we finally got one mayo and one ketchup for four children. My husband ordered fries, which we're still waiting for, but of course, they were added to the bill. For dessert, my son had to wait 30 minutes for his ice cream while watching the other children eat (they asked at least four times about it, but there was no response). My son finally went to the waiter himself! How hard can it be to put one scoop of ice cream in a cup???????? And as if all that wasn't enough, the two waiters were so incredibly rude and disrespectful that I got into an argument with them at the table. I've never experienced anything like it. Food was terrible! Organization was nonexistent! Service was a joke! This place ruined our family dinner and we will NEVER go there again! Politeness and respect need to be learned. P.S. When I asked to speak to the manager, they didn't respond; of course, he didn't show up.

We ate there with six adults and one child. We were all thrilled. The food was fantastic, the service was incredibly friendly (the little one was given a box of toys from which he could take one home), and they even offered a complimentary mini dessert and an ouzo. We'll definitely be back! 👍😃

The food was incredibly delicious and, compared to some other restaurants, relatively inexpensive. There were two of us, and we had two bottles of water and a bottle of red wine. We opted for Greek tapas and stuck with them. The final bill came to €110. All in all, it was quite good! A little tip: if the place is full and you want your gyros crispy, mention it when ordering. Otherwise, it might get a bit... let's just say soggy, from being constantly sliced ​​off the spit. 😉 You'll have to wait a bit longer, but it's definitely tastier that way (if that's your thing).

We keep trying to eat there because the food isn't bad. Yesterday, we had to dispute the bill four times again because there were items on it that we hadn't ordered. We had two tzatzikis when we only ordered one, and three beers when we only ordered one. We had to have this corrected four times before it was finally right. They consistently overcharge the bill; this is the third time the bill has been inflated. They justified it by saying they were busy. It's strange that they always overcharge and never undercharge! It's also outrageous to charge €28.90 for a vegan plate with potatoes, beans, salad, and three stuffed grape leaves. Don't order any food or drinks from outside the menu without asking the price. Don't even order house wine without seeing the price. We asked four times for the mayonnaise we ordered and never received it. We go to Greece every year; the food there is significantly better, and the service is friendlier.

The food is lukewarm, served after a long wait, and not all at once. Drinks are overpriced, and if not listed on the menu, they're outrageously expensive. Bills are never correct, and you're always charged for too many food and drinks. It's best to write down what you ordered, especially for large groups like Christmas parties! Never order anything that isn't priced, otherwise you might end up paying €50 for a bottle of house wine at a "better" chip shop. The staff is very unfriendly, especially if you repeatedly complain about incorrect bills. Always check your bills carefully! They often try to charge the entire group, even though you have the right to separate bills, which is essential for business entertainment. Who wants to pay for 20 guests and then split the bill with the others? Be careful with the bill!!!

First, the positives: The food was very tasty. The gyros was excellent, as was the tzatziki. Unfortunately, we had to wait a very long time (two hours) before at least the appetizer arrived. Ordering drinks was also very difficult. We had to try several times to get a waiter. They were hopelessly overwhelmed in the kitchen and also in the dining room. It's a shame; it could have been a lovely evening.

Top! I love classic Greek cuisine centered around the gyro skewer and have rarely tasted better. Juicy, well-seasoned, crisp salad, and even the onions are delicious. Service is fast and friendly, and the young men do a great job.

We ordered food around 6 p.m. An hour later, I called back. The man on the phone was still friendly and said the delivery man would be there in five minutes. Another half hour later, I called again because no one had delivered the food. The man on the phone wasn't so friendly. When the food finally arrived another 20 minutes later, there was a small bottle of wine (very nice), but the only thing that tasted good was the salad. The sauce in one dish was scattered throughout the bag (probably leaked). Unfortunately, for the price, I can't recommend it for delivery.

This was our first time dining at the Saloniki restaurant. We really enjoyed the food. One minor criticism: the menu could have a bit more choice when it came to main courses, but the meze selection was very good and extensive. We'll be back.

Never buy a voucher there! The owner is incredibly rude - she offers to exchange a voucher worth €100 for a new one worth €30. It is clearly regulated: According to the law, vouchers in Germany are generally valid for three years. §195 BGB – Regular limitation period: The regular limitation period is three years. This means: A voucher can be redeemed for at least three years - often longer. The deadline always begins at the end of the year in which the voucher was issued. Example: A voucher from March 1, 2025 is valid until December 31, 2028. Important: This regulation only applies to vouchers that were purchased for money - e.g. B. Gift vouchers or vouchers.

Yesterday I had dinner there again with my husband and our daughter for probably 30 years. There was only a small card because of Easter, but it didn't promise too much. The food was delicious and fresh. Our daughter's special wishes were even taken into account. The restaurant was very clean and the service was very friendly. We will definitely visit Jannis and his team again.

Dry chicken gyros and dishes swapped. Otherwise quite tasty. Furnishings are getting old or have been renovated cheaply. You don't really feel like you're in Greece.

We went there for dinner on January 10, 2025 and unfortunately we weren't that impressed. The service could be improved that evening, especially the friendliness of the lady. The food was okay so far. We wanted to have the leftovers packed up for the children, but they just carelessly dumped them into a box without sorting out the green fries or mushy tomatoes first. At the end, a box of toys was carelessly slammed onto the table where you could choose something. Conclusion: Food good, gyros could be crispier, female service annoyed and unfriendly -> could be improved

We had dinner there yesterday for work. The service was really very good, attentive and everything came very quickly. The food was ok, but nothing more. There are simply much better Greek restaurants. The fries tasted like bad fat and the gyro was a bit too salty and burnt. All in all it was ok, but wouldn't go there again.

Hello, to be honest, it wasn't that great this time. I'm not writing to annoy you. But when the boss isn't there, things don't go particularly well. Our dishes were undercooked and the staff offered to bring something new, but that just can't happen. We were not given any more goodwill. Very unfortunate.

We stopped here for dinner on a Saturday night. We got lucky and got a table without a reservation. After we were seated it took a while till our order was taken. I would say about 10 minutes later we got our drinks. Shortly after that, our salad was brought to the table with an extra dish with some bread oil and olives. While we were still eating our salad (almost done) our main dish was already served! That was very fast!! It looked good and tasted good as well! We had to order zaziki separately, it wasn’t included with the dish and it is pretty high priced for 4,50€ a portion compared to the main dish priced @ 12,70€. After dinner we received a free ouzo and a free homemade pudding dessert. We were able to pay the bill with card, which is very nice nowadays. We will be coming back here again. Thanks!

We had dinner there on December 26th, 2024 with 16 people, we've been there a few times, the food is always great. We received a total bill today,??? we should pay that. As is common in other restaurants, we wanted to pay individually/or in pairs. That wouldn't work!! There would be so much to do over Christmas/so no time. There were maybe 20 people in the restaurant at lunchtime. I think it's part of the. SERVICE in addition. .So we took it over and figured everything out. That's why we'll be spending our Christmas party somewhere else next year.

Ich kann mich den positiven Bewertungen nicht vollumfänglich anschließen. Wir waren mit 10 Leuten im Rahmen eines Firmenessens in der Location. Relativ schnell wurde uns klar das der Service am heutigen Tag überfordert war. Getränke kamen zum Teil nicht an oder wurden falsch gebracht. Nachdem das Essen bestellt war dauert es eine sehr lange Zeit bis dieses dann bei uns auf dem Tisch stand. Rund 90 Minuten später hatten wir erst uns essen aus meiner Sicht zu lange. Von einer Entschädigung war keine Rede. Der Bezahlvorgang gestaltete sich ebenfalls schwierig und umständlich. Zum Essen kann ich mich meinen Vorrednern anschließen. Es war wirklich lecker.

So stellt man sich Essengehen in einem guten, griechischen Restaurant vor. Gerne wieder.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, das Restaurant Saloniki zu besuchen. Das Essen war zweifellos vorzüglich. Die kulinarischen Genüsse, die hier geboten werden, sind wirklich bemerkenswert. Die Aromen und die Qualität der Speisen haben mich wirklich beeindruckt. Leider gab es jedoch einen kleinen Wermutstropfen in meinem Besuch. Die Bedienung schien gelegentlich etwas länger zu benötigen, und es gab Momente, in denen man den Eindruck hatte, vergessen worden zu sein. Dennoch war das Personal stets freundlich und bemüht, den Gästen ein angenehmes Erlebnis zu bieten. Das Ambiente des Restaurants Saloniki ließ meiner Meinung nach zu wünschen übrig. Die Einrichtung und Atmosphäre waren nicht besonders einladend. Es fehlte an der gewissen Gemütlichkeit, die man sich in einem Restaurant wünscht. Insgesamt betrachtet, bietet das Restaurant Saloniki eine hervorragende kulinarische Erfahrung, aber es gibt Raum für Verbesserungen in Bezug auf Servicegeschwindigkeit und Ambiente. Wenn Sie bereit sind, über diese kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten hinwegzusehen, werden Sie mit köstlichem Essen belohnt.

Das Saloniki liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt an einer Durchgangsstraße, ist aber dennoch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Obwohl wir ohne Reservierung gekommen sind, wurden wir freundlich empfangen und man hat uns einen noch freien Tisch im vorderen Bereich angeboten. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, die Atmosphäre angenehm. Die Speisekarte enthielt die typischen griechischen Gerichte. Bestellt hatten wir als Vorspeise Taramas und gebackene Zucchini. Zum Hauptgang wählten wir einen Hirtenspieß sowie einen Bauernteller. Alle Gerichte wurden nett serviert und schmeckten wirklich lecker. Die Speisen waren weder fettig noch ölig. Eine Portion Pommes hätte locker für zwei Personen gereicht. Zum Schluss gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hauses in Form einer kleinen Mousse au chocolat, wirklich nett und lecker. Den obligatorischen Ouzo gab es natürlich auch noch. Wir haben uns im Saloniki sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Meine Erfahrung im Restaurant war zwiespältig. Obwohl das Essen lecker war, war ich ein wenig enttäuscht von der Portionsgröße und dem Preis. Ich hatte Gambas in Knoblauchsauce bestellt, ohne Beilage und ohne Salat, stand so auf der Speisekarte,aber stattdessen erhielt ich lediglich drei Gambas mit ein paar Paprikastreifen und zwei halben Cocktailtomaten in einer kleinen Schale serviert. Das Gericht kostete 10,50€, was ich für übertrieben teuer halte, insbesondere da keine weiteren Beilagen oder Salat enthalten waren,die Beilage und den Salat habe ich mir extra bestellt Auf meine Frage hin wurde ich vom Kellner an den Chef verwiesen, der jedoch sehr gestresst wirkte und ich entschied mich, keine Beschwerde zu erheben.

Super Essen, hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Der kleine Salat vorweg war äußerst gut, die Salatsoße war sehr schmackhaft und das im Salat, Granatapfelkerne waren, hat das ganze vorzüglich abgerundet. Kann ich nur Empfehlen.

Mega leckerer Grieche Bedienung super freundlich sehr schöne Einrichtung mit schönen tischen, Gemälden und Stühlen. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse, sehr zu empfehlen!!!!
