We stayed at the “Alte Editorial” hotel for a weekend and went out for a 3-course meal in the “Hochzwei” restaurant in the evening. It was incredibly good. From the starter to the intermediate courses to the dessert, we have rarely eaten something so good and tasty. The portions were large and we were stuffed. The ambience was very pleasant, but I personally would have liked a little more light. But that is my personal feeling. The service was attentive, very friendly and on the ball. If we're in the area again, we'll come back.

It still looks the same as it did in Uhlenspiegel times.

Went there for the first time today, but unfortunately we didn't get to eat...service was non-existent, unfortunately the waitress preferred to focus on other things, and if you complained about it, you got the answer: "They could have come to the counter" no sorry...not at all...never again...!!!!'

Here I ate the best goulash soup that I have never had better anywhere.

Gyro plate with fries and tzatziki, great portion size, very tasty, gyros juicy. Very nice to dogs, there was water brought to the table for the dog. We were here today not for the first nor for the last time.

Nie wieder! 10.80€ für eine große Pizza Remo+Paprika! Im Flyer steht diese mit 7,90 +1,80 für die Beilage. abrerechnet wurde eine große SCHINKEN-Pizza + 2 Beilagen(Champignon und Paprika) zudem kommt noch das ab 17€ geliefert wird und still und heimlich 18€ draus werden weil die Lieferung dann trotzdem 1€ kostet. Das Ganze war dann noch mit Magenschmerzen verbunden. Nie wieder!

Quaint inn! Very good food (veal liver), cooked to perfection, delicious gravy, and excellent mashed potatoes. Prices are quite reasonable for the quality. I recommend it if you like classic German food.

Not recommended. Unfriendly and stressful hosts. Burst into the apartment unannounced and wake up the guests with a knock and then opening the bedroom door: “You have to move out today. When do you do that?” Early in the morning (the guest is sleeping) pressure is placed on a move-out, although this has to be done by 12 p.m. In addition, the heating is switched off on the penultimate day. Where are we please? In addition, the entire hotel is in a shabby condition. Nobody can relax there after a strenuous day at work.

We ordered pizza tonight and were very surprised. Very, very tasty pizza...
